This is a regular hotel near the airport. It's a good hotel, although the bathroom can use a little bit of updating. Otherwise, it was clean and the beds were comfortable and a decent hotel all in all.

The room was super clean..staff VERY friendly.. Arrived early and they let me check in with no problems..Will recommend to my friends visiting Chicago. Harry Caray's is within walking distance. The River's Casino is right down the road. Would love to stay here again.

the room was large and the bed very comfortable. even though it was close to the airport, there were minimal sounds of airplanes, parking was convenient, and the staff most helpful. would definitely stay here again

I booked a room for one night for a friend's wedding happening nearby. My boyfriend was able to check in for me no problem. I booked through hotels.com while a couple friends of mine did not and I ended up saving myself a good $30 ...not a huge amount but always something. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. The front desk person Angel, let us check in early since we were only in town for 1 day and had to get read for a wedding that was starting at 3PM. The shuttle to the airport is very convenient and arrives and departs on time. Arrived on a late flight looking for a quiet sleep. Unfortunately the restaurant below me was intent on moving every last table and chair by sliding it across the flooring until 2:00am. I called the front desk and it did stop for 20 minutes, they offered me 5000 points as compensation. We got two queen bed room with four people. The room is good. We like the seperate rooms. There is privacy. The free breakfast deal is MISS LEADING!! It is a voucher ($20) for a restaurant next to it. You will end up spending some money coz the restaurant is expensive. We ended up spending 20 more dollars with four people.

My wife and I were greeted quickly and politely by the young lady behind the front desk. The check in process from an on-line reservation was smooth and quick. The room was very clean and modern. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The LCD television was HD and the programming available was excellent. The Harry Caray's Restuarant had delicious […] food with superb service. The waiting staff is well-trained, polite and attentive. Although near O'Hare Airport, there was no noise infiltration and the room was on the airport side. Would stay again without any reservation. This hotel is clean and well maintained--it is fine if your sole purpose is an easy place to stay on arrival or departure from O'Hare Airport. The hotel shuttle runs every 30 minutes. It does have a sports bar with the usual 100 TVs. Again--this is a hotel built for the O'Hare traveler that is located around other hotels built for the same purpose and nothing else. This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel for a work meeting. The first time it was okay, nothing fancy but it got the job done. This time the hotel room didn't seem as clean. The stay was great, from the speedy check-in (thank you, Hotels.com) to the speedy check-out. The desk agents were pleasant and accommodating. The free shuttle to and from the airport made it easy to get around. The shuttle would take you to the airport to catch the CTA trains. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our ttrip back through Chicago we stayed elsewhere, which we regret (The Holiday Inn was much better.) We ate at the Harry Caray restaurant the food was good, […] but nothing outstanding. However, we went in between dinner service so had to sit in the bar area. We thought the food was a little overpriced. Opened the window for some fresh air, only to find absolutely NOTHING to protect me from falling out of the window. No screen, no protection whatsoever! Not safe at all. Thankfully I didn't have my children with me on this trip!

Excellent value. I don't know if it was just last minute, but Holiday Inn O'Hare Suites was the best deal in the area. I was in another nearby hotel the night before which cost more and wasn't nearly the quality. I was so glad I switched.

when i booked the room I was unaware this was a smoking room.. The room smelled like a tobacco factory. I was arriving late and didn't have the opportunity to locate another hotel, and they didn't have any other non smoking rooms available. I booked the hotel for our ealy flight out, and because the staff was so helpful with bags, etc. while on vacation I booked the night for our return. The staff was very courteous. I had a red-eye flight and this hotel was close, had 24 hour shuttle service, and a drive and fly option to park cheaper than on the airport property. This was a great, comfortable option, and the staff was lovely.

I enjoyed my stay. It was very covenient for me and my family. It was my daughter's birthday and I took her to see a Disney Musical at the Rosemont theater. The hotel was 1 mile away and restaurants were close by.

High reviews prompted us to stay there. I'm very glad we did. We had exhausting days and were glad to come "home" to this hotel. Front desk service was excellent. Restaurant was expensive; however, fresh fruit could be bought from front desk and was really fresh. Target, restaurants a few blocks away are handy. Watching planes take off and land from […] bed is nice; yet no airport noise. Forgot my power cord for my computer. Needed a hotel close to O'Hare and this one was very nice! Since it was cold outside, it was really nice to be able to get dinner downstairs at the Harry Carey Steakhouse.

The shuttle service was precise; the rooms were clean, comfortable and attractive;Service was cheerful, helpful and quick (I asked for an extra pillow and it was at my door in less than 5 minutes); The lobby was even enjoyable, something I rarely look to in a hotel; The breakfast was fantastic!!! The prices were FINE, not overpriced […] at all and especially for the quality and quantity of the food. I truly had the BEST breakfast croissant sandwich ever!! Even the coffee was good for restaurant coffee. I have tried other hotels here as we travel through Chicago often and this one was by far the best for the price...did I mention the price??
