Aston Bali Beach Resort & Spa — Nusa Dua

Very good breakfast buffet , very kind and helpful staff, good rooms but the hotel is centered towards the pool not the sea, even the sun loungers are turned towards the pool, not the Indian Ocean. Very limited access to swim in the sea.

Excellent hotel. Straff friendly although reception a bit vague at times. Rooms huge with amazing ocean views. We stayed in Ocean View Room and it had 6 separate rooms, separate bedroom for kids and two bathrooms. Pool was massive and always seemed quiet. Only complaint was that somew of the activities advertised never seem to happen. Always waiting […] for Aqua-aerobics but no one available and kids club was non exsistant. This is a good hotel with very good restaurants and bars. Staff is very helpful and the breakfast buffet is really good but the beach access is very limited and most sun lounges are facing the pool. Good hotel but not the best in Nusa Dua.

Two of us stayed at the Aston for 6 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed all that the hotel offered. The room was always clean and comfortable. Best of all were the staff - so helpful and genuine. They went out of their way to help answer questions. congratulations to you all - we had the best time.

This hotel provides everything you need in a resort, but it's old and needs renovation. Location is good in Nusa Dua. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The crowd is a mix of families and young people. It's not the hotel if you are looking for something fancy, but does the job.

It is a hotel that use to be good but it has lost its spark. It should not be advertised as a 4star hotel.The food is not good.The staff need training especially in communicating in English at least as most of the guest understand English.i will not go back,thank you.

Its an old hotel requiring upgradation, the A/c didnt work, though they fixed it next day. There was a foul smell emnating from the batchroom for which they kept a scented lamp which burrned off the smell!! sorry but wont stay again..

The Aston Bali hotel is excellent; very clean, modern and the rooms are fantastic. The beach is nice (although could do with a few more sunbeds), and the pool is huge. The hotel is however very expensive; the food and drink is double the price of the Peninsular next door. Staff were friendly & very helpfull with whatever requests we had. Resort is lovely with pool, bars, lots of areas to just sit & chill. Lovely room with balcony, very clean. The only downfall is the pillows...very high & hard! Sore neck & little sleep after 2 days, so opted to use the little cushions off the couch. They really need a selection of pillows..softer […] ones! We had friends staying there too who also mentioned the hard pillows..If you can, bring your own. A little bit noisy some nights with people making noise in corridor outside room, but I'm a light sleeper & wake with any noise. Other than that, I would recommend this resort. Right on the beach with all water sports. Breakfast included was great, fantastic selection to choose. Lovely, helpfull staff, clean room with a decent bathroom, sometimes in Bali bathrooms are not the best, this was great. Comfy bed & balcony. Restaurants & cafes on site & good prices for meals etc. Not a lot of shopping locally but resort has drivers available at reasonable cost to take you anywhere. So getting out & about is no problem. Resort is surrounded by other good hotels & great to just stay & relax. Lots of families with children there & also couples. I've been to Bali 6 times & would recommed the Aston Beach Resort for anyone & would definitely stay here again...but will bring my own pillow next time! This hotel has fantastic facilities but is in a poor location with very little of interest within walking distance of the hotel. The meals served in the restaurant were disappointing and the local restaurant we tried the same hence we need to drive to other locations for dinner. Breakfast served in the hotel was fantastic, pools and hotel amenities […] all good and location to water sport activities also very good. Nice upmarket Hotel located on the beach. Lovely pool surroundings. The hotel is nested alonside other hotels giving it a total diffrent feel than the rest of Bali. Beach not that great but the watersport activities are close by and plenty of fun.

Came from Sanur. We were given a free upgrade to the honeymoon suite. The space is awesome! A full living room with pantry, very wide bedroom with balcony (unfortunately seaview was blocked 80% by trees), dressing area, followed by a tub in the toilet big enough for a couple to soak in. Very luxurious indeed. Buffet breakfast is very varied and standard […] is good. People hog the beach benches early with towels so if you want a tan u gotta be quick! The beach line was vast and very beautiful. It was very romantic at night. We did water activities with one of the vendors. Walk to the left for better rates. parasailing and banana boat. Beware of sandflies though. Keep your insect repellent on. Both my arms were badly bitten when I tanned along the pool that was right next to the beach. Body massage - walk out of hotel and turn right. those nearer charge exorbitantly. Walk further down past laguna gardens restaurant. The one next to the pharmacy is great. The therapists have great skills. Overall if you are after a serene and romantic holiday, consider this location. If you are a hardcore party queen or shopping queen, this may not be a place for you. I would highly recommend this hotel to the first time travelers to Bali. We stayed in the ocean view room and I was stunned to the quality of the room, amenities, cleanliness, spa, and the overall serene place. A very good hotel to enjoy a balinese life in the very quiet Benoa area. Several steps to the beach. Rooms are elegantly decorated. A small balcony for watching the ocean and wasting time. The hotel has a nice pool. It's a little noisy.

Friendly staff, great pool, excellent views!

Very nice hotel in a nice, calm resort area, away from the busy tourist-area. You have everything you need at the hotel, so no need to go outside

Detta är ett stort o rätt omysigt hotell. Fin pool med omnejd men det är det enda som e bra. Och fin strand också. Men personalen är inte jättebra, hotellet börjar se nergånget ut, det är opersonligt o maten är jätte dålig. Vill man ha party obinte bryr sig så mycket om kvalité så visst då kan du boka detta hotell. Det förtjänar definitivt inte 4 stjärnor […] som det står att det är. 2 stjärnor, kanske 2,5 på vissa punkter. Ta ett annat hotell helt enkelt!! Uzziniet vairāk

Vi var 4 stk . 2 voksne og 2 barn som alle hadde et veldig fint opphold her på Aston Bali Beach Resort & Spa. Rommet som vi hadde var etnSuite med ocean wiew ( rom nr 498 ) dette kan anbefales siden det ligger i 4 etg som er øverste etasje midt på med utsikt rett ut mot havet, flott rom med 2 flatskjermer, 2 toaletter, hvorav et er på badet som er meget […] romslig med både dusj og badekar. Det som kan være greit å vite er at dette hotellet ligger ikke inne i selve Nusa Dua hvor både veier og fortauer er brede og fine, hvor man må igjennom en egen "sikkerhets kontroll " for å komme inn, Aston ligger i tanjung benoa hvor gatene er veldig smale og det er rimelig mye trafikk fra hotellets side ut mot veien, støy fra veien hører man ikke når man oppholder seg på sjøsiden av hotellet. Veldig bra service blant de ansatte, fullt på høyde med Thailand, når det gjelder mat så vil vi anbefale restauranten Tao som ligger ca 10 min gange fra hotellet og er verdt flere besøk, hvis man ber resepsjonen booke bord for deg ( for det kan være lurt siden det er et populært spisested, så henter og bringer de deg til og fra hotellet. ) Hotellets gjester var for det meste fra Australia, japan, Nederland ( lite Russere ) Skulle vi reist til Bali flere ganger ville vi nok sørget for at vi kom til selve Nusa Dua. Allt i allt veldig fornøyd med Bali, men siden reiseveien er rimelig lang så er det greit å ha ticket av Bali som " been there done that ". 室内の水周りのメンテナンスに多少古さを感じましたが、それ以外はとても快適に滞在できました。 ホテル正面を渡ってすぐに美味しいレストランがあり、安価で食事もでき、コンビニもすぐ近くにあるので不自由はありません。

Wij zaten hier de laatste paar dagen van onze Bali vakantie en hebben hier heerlijk een paar dagen niets gedaan...rond het zwembad gehangen en naar de zee gekeken. Het zwembad is zeer mooi voor iedereen geschikt incl watervallen waar je onder kunt staan. Er is iedere dag een aktiviteiten programma rond het zwembad. Verder niet storend. De drankjes zijn […] niet goedkoop (in vergelijking met wat je in de rest van Bali betaalt) en Happy Hour bestaat uit: 3 drankjes halen 2 betalen, wat niet echt handig is als je met z'n 2-en bent ! Hotel is mooi en luxe ingericht en de kamers zijn modern aziatisch en erg comfortabel. Het is mogelijk hier all-inclusive te boeken maar achter het hotel liggen ook nog genoeg andere restaurantjes. Verder is er buiten het hotel niet veel te beleven in de buurt. Alleen een straat met restaurantjes en heel veel andere hotels. Uzziniet vairāk

Le camere sono eleganti, pulite e spaziose, il letto (gradito per chi soffre di mal di schiena e non) ha un materasso eccezionalmente comodo. La piscina (nel pomeriggio c'e l'ombra come del resto in molti alberghi della stessa localita') e' bella e ha due particolarita' , da un lato inizia con la sabbia degradante e al centro ci sono due piccole cascate […] , una volta attraversata la prima si puo godere del massaggio della seconda! Per quanto riguarda la spiaggia e' un po' stretta come la maggior parte del resto! Per collegamento wireless e' possibile acquistare le schede a prezzi modici , e' difficile che la conessione prenda in camera dovrete posizionarvi nella hall. Per quanto mi riguarda la parte migliore di questo albergo e' la posizione, infatti davanti all'albergo e proseguendo a nord (a piedi) ci sono tutti i tipi di ristoranti, supermarket, centri massaggi taxi per fare le varie visite affidatevi hai vari driver che a prezzi convenienti vi porteranno nei centri di maggiore interesse.Nella stessa settimana ho soggiornato anche al Melia Benoa posizionato piu' a sud esattamente tra benoa e nusa dua. (per altre info guarda recensione) Per quanto mi riguarda albergo altamente consigliato per chi vuole un ottimo albergo vicino a tutti i servizi. Uzziniet vairāk

Een mooi hotel met hele nette ruime kamers. Wij hadden uitzicht op het zwembad en zee. Zeker een aanrader.

Hotellet ligger på Nusa Dua, ca. 30 minutter med taxi fra flyplassen på Bali. Standarden på hotellet er meget bra, og servicen var absolutt upåklagelig. Vi hadde et rom med sjøutsikt. "Sjøutsiktsrommene" ligger ikke direkte vendt mot sjøen, så utsikten blir en blanding av "hage" og "sjø". Standarden på rommet var meget bra. Stranden som ligger like […] ved svømmebassenget, er et godt alternativ til bassenget, og i nærområdet er det mange tilbud på vannaktiviteter. Restaurantene på hotellet holder en høy standard, og frokosten besto av et stort utvalg av både varme og kalde retter, I gaten som går like bak hotellet, ligger mange lokale spisesteder og butikker av varierende kvalitet og prisnivå. Flere av spisestedene har underholdning på kveldene. Hotellet kan absolutt anbefales, og forholdet mellom pris og ytelse er meget god. Uzziniet vairāk

nous avons séjourné dans cet hotel mi-juillet 09. le personnel lors du check-in n'était pas spécialement agréable, la premiere impression n'est elle pas déterminante ! la chambre avec vue sur océan possède une tres agréable vue en effet, terrasse de bonne taille avec un petit jacuzzi, dommage que la chambre et les meubles ne soient pas assez propres. les […] fourmis avaient quasiment envahie une partie de la chambre et s'étaient glissés dans mon sac à dos !!!!! séance de nettoyage obligatoire pour décontaminé mon sac. tarifs du resto de l'hotel correct et la nourriture est plutot bonne. piscine de l'hotel pas très grande par rapport au nombre de chambre de l'hotel, il y a aussi des transats sur la plage qui est juste devant. sinon pas grand chose quand on sort de l'hotel, mais c'est normal, c'est comme ça pour tous les hotels ! donc autant en choisir un qui soit vraiment bien !
