No extras, but everything you need. No robes provided in room. Other than thwt, everything as described. My daughter found the sheets to be uncomfortable.

This is a very clean hotels, spacious rooms, quiet and located in a neighborhood that is great for walking even at night.

We wanted a location within walking distance of the Performing Arts Center, near the water and decent restaurants. The Phoenix Inn Suites came through perfectly for our needs! We had a super quiet room on the top floor w/ king bed and adjacent sitting area. This turned out great, as after the concert, friends came back to our hotel room for a while, […] and there was a couch and a place to sit and visit (not on the bed)! The breakfast (included) was fine; one could find what they wanted (healthy, or not so much) and it ran until 1000 a.m. We walked to Budd Bay restaurant (very close) which is right on the water and had good service, food and drink. There were other choices nearby also. Next morning, we walked the marina, admired the boats, boarded the historic tugboat Sandman for a touri (free admission) & walked over to Capitol Lake. Older hotel that included breakfast buffet. That is not a plus considering the quality of the food. This hotel needs serious renovation based on the age and condition of the rooms. I travel extensively and am used to staying at Marriott properties or various bed and breakfast locations. I stayed in one of the "suites" and compared to my other travel […] experiences, this would be considered a 2 out of 5 star hotel at best. There are limited options in the Olympia area and for the price paid, this was absolutely not a good value for the money in my opinion. If I return to the area, I will definitely consider ever other possible alternative before returning to this hotel. Hotel personnel were very personable and that was the only plus for my stay. This is a comfortable hotel. It was quiet, although it seemed to have a lot guests (including a bus load of high school-aged kids), and the bed was way perfect. The staff was polite and efficient and otherwise invisable...which is what I want. Note to staff: turn up the heat on the water heaters and the pool spa. Great central location, right by the water. Staff was friendly, and there were plenty of choices at breakfast. Our room was large and had a separate sitting area.

the room was freezing when we entered and it took 3 hours to get the temperature to normal-someone had turned to lowest heat and maximum cool psoition on the thermostat. strange in January

1/27-29/2012. The pool, hot tub and workout facilities were great. Breakfast was a typical hotel continental breakfast with a few hot items, including waffles and eggs. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in and check out was efficient and staff was friendly. We will stay here again.

My son had a severe allergic reaction to cookies that were sitting on a tray on a table in the lobby. The cookies were not labelled as containing peanuts. If such a label were available, my son would not have eaten a cookie. We ended up visiting the hospital for a preventable cause.

Located at the base of the hillwith free transportation to the Capita, this hotel is one of the better places to put up your feet. The included breakfast and on site conference faciliies with ample parking makes it a wonderful location for meetings, or a jumping off location for activities at the Capital.

My main concern when booking for this trip was a heated indoor pool and a working hot tub. I called before booking to make sure it was going to be working. the pool was good, but the hot tub was available only 1/2 of the time. There is a nice park right across the street and walking trails along the water.

I love Olympia and now I know where I'll stay every time I go! The people in the Phoenix Inn Suites are friendly and very helpful. They do serve an "ok" breakfast but there are several incredible restaurants nearby - literally! I was there during some sort of convention so the parking was scarce...but it's in a safe neighborhood and the walking is easy. […] We were there during Halloween so we took my grandson trick or treating along the main road in all the shops. Such nice people. This hotel is right on the waterfront...it was great. I would have given the cleanliness of room a 5 but the carpet was probably old and needed a good steaming. Otherwise, a comfortable bed, there's a refrigerator and microwave. I stayed in the Seattle Sheraton prior to coming here, and I have to say, I enjoyed the Phoenix Inn much more. Air conditioning was not cool.Suppose to have double beds had a single.

We stayed in the Phoenix Inn Suites at the beginning of August 2011. Super hotel, lovely breakfast. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming. Very near the harbour area with excellent restaurants and lovely walks.

An older but nice hotel. Friendly & excellent service from all staff.Spacious dining room - good b'fasts. Bed comfortable, good clean linen.Conveniently located to shops,restaurants and theatres. Overall, very satisfied.

I've stayed at the Phoenix a few times now and the staff has always been kind and helpful. If you get there in the afternoon/early evening you get a cookie at check in! Its a nice treat to start the stay. They have a pool and hot tub which is nice and they are right by the water (within walking distance of several resturants and bars) but there is construction […] right now (June 2011) and not sure when that is wrapped up. Great location on the port water front near great places to eat,beautiful lobby but the room had an odor of old smoke and the blow dryer looked like one my father used in 1964.....the only thing missing was a comb attachment.....

Seemed higher than 2 1/2 Stars to me. Very pleasant lobby, helpful desk, large room and in an excellent location downtown close to shops and restaurants.

The hotel was well maintained and comfortable, and the staff I dealt with professional and friendly. Would have given 5 stars for service, but there was a party of some sort (wedding?) there, and they were out in front of the hotel making all kinds of noise until ~ 4 am. Just returned from 2 nights at the Olympia Phoenix Inn Suites, and will absolutely stay again. Parking is free, convenient. Close to downtown, easy flat walking to area venues and restaurants. Great seafood place right across the street that also provides room service. The Phoenix Inn itself was the very clean. No sounds heard from our room. Nice broad […] hallways. Very comfortable beds and marvelous soft pillows. The shower head? Plenty high enough for my 5' 9" - and good water pressure. All staff - front desk, housekeeping, breakfast area - were professional, friendly, and very helpful. The buffet breakfasts were quite good, varied main selections each day with lots of choices for all appetites and food preferences. Nice big dining area, also. The staff is absolutely amazing.

I stayed one night at this hotel, and it was an entirely comfortable and satisfying experience. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. I thought the 24/hour pool and gym and the free breakfast buffet (mmm, biscuits and gravy) were awesome. I had never stayed at the Phoenix Inn before, but the first time I did, I was thoroughly satified with the hotel. The staff were all delightful, the room was more than I expected, and the hot breakfast is what sealed the deal before I booked. I feel that I got more than my money's worth, I will be staying at the Phoenix Inn in the future.

The Phoenix Inn was clean, the staff was very accommodating & the beds were super comfortable. It was much more than I expected...cute rooms with microwave, fridge, loveseat & coffee table.

Great place to stay, was easy to find and a lot of places to go within walking distance. Parking was hard to find on Friday night, but you didn't have to pay the meter for the weekends. Breakfast was awesome from breakfast burrito to waffles. The place was really clean and I highly recommend this place. Everything we could ask for except that there were too many people in the pool, but oh well. the bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept on so now we need to upgrade the one at home! We will stay there next time we are in Olympia and recommend The Phoenix to everyone we know.

very friendly staff, free bottled water, excellent location...only bad thing was weak coffee in the morning

Could not have asked for more from this hotel. Comfortable, well-decorated room. Clean property. Conveniently located in downtown area. Decent continental breakfast in the morning. Happy to say the only drawback to this room was the 1970s style hairdryer. Wish I could have stayed more than 1 night.

Every time I visit with my daughter, who lives in Olympia, I stay at the Phoenix Inn. The room is spacious and comfortable, the staff is friendly and the entire hotel is kept very clean. The buffet breakfast and the warm cookies at night are also very welcoming and appreciated. In addition, I like having a small refrigerator and a microwave for those […] left overs from dinner. The hotel is close to the wharf area. but there's major construction going on next door

We frequently stay at the Phoenix Inn when visiting family in Olympia. Their breakfast offerings are really good and included in the price of the room. The kids love the pool. And they have free wireless internet! It's a great location, very close to the water.

Et helt OK hotell. Beliggenheten på hotelle er en veldig fordel, med gangavstand til alt du trenger. Litt minus er det at du ikke kan få orntlig fokost på hotellet, men det er flere gode frokost plasser rett rundt dørene. Kommer til å bruke dette hotellet igjen.
