"Stunning"
We absolutely loved our stay at Crillon. It was a little off the tourist path, which was ideal for a quiet and romantic weekend. The hotel was gorgeous and the views were breathtaking. Small details like an ipod cord in the room enhanced the experience. Our only complaint is that breakfast was a little pricey (19 euro/person) and we were never informed […] of the price. We were merely told that breakfast would be served on the veranda until 11. We were a little shocked that the simple (albeit delicious) breakfast cost so much and felt the desk should have been more transparent with the cost. We probably would have skipped it. "Wonderful out of the way hotel"
This is a wonderful hotel although very pricey. You are treated like kings and queens which is nice. There is not too much around the area to do (that can't be done in a day) so a short stay is fine. But if you're tired of the car this is a wonderful place to relax and be pampered!
