"Great!"
This is a nice hotel tucked among some hospitals near downtown Denver. I stayed while attending a conference and loved the room, the service, everything. I felt relaxed and comfortable. Everything was clean. My room had a little kitchenette (somehow I missed that when I ordered the room online), a desk, and great service. I liked the exercise room, […] especially its 24 hour access. The lobby is small, the staff also a small crew, but eager to help and friendly. The room was clean! Bathroom clean. I am one to notice grout and caulking and everything was in very good shape. Good water pressure, on 4th floor-very good water pressure. Not everyone will enjoy what I find enjoyable, but I loved finding the owner's dog resting in front of the little front desk. I liked the cleaning crew. It felt a little like family. Often at conventions I feel isolated and cold, but this place definitely made me feel at home. I wanted to stay in my room and just get some work done in comfortable quarters, but went to the conference anyway. One note -- The website (not hotels.com) mentions a shuttle, but it is for the local hospitals, one in particular, which was not a disappointment for me because hotels.com did not mention it. I would strongly recommend this for anyone in Denver. I did rent a bicycle and ride into Convention Center. Nice bike lanes, quite enjoyable. Uzziniet vairāk
"Hotel is located 8 blocks from Downtown Denver"
The hotel is older but is in good condition. The workout room is small with one elliptical machine, two treadmills, one bike and some free weights. The breakfast is strictly cereal, yogurt, and muffins. Our room was a very comfortable suite with a couch, desk, flat screen TV and kitchen unit. The facility only has queen size beds no kings. The hotel […] location is conveniently located just off of Speer and Sixth Street. It is located right next to one of Denver's Hospitals. We only heard an ambulance once. There are several fast food restaurants and a couple moderate priced family restaurants within easy walking distance. The AC worked great which was a must given the temperature during our stay was over 95 each day. If you are looking for the "Four Seasons" this is not a facility for you, but if you are looking for a moderately priced facility with small suites then this facility is a good value. "GREAT STAY"
Loved this hotel. Traveling on business and after meeting filled days it was so nice to be able to go to room and just cook something there rather than go out, however there were several eating establishments very close by. "Spacious for the price"
I was pleasantly surprised during my recent stay. It is spacious for the price and the staff was very friendly. I wish it was closer to the convention center downtown (~25 min walk), but it's a short drive away. I'd stay here again.
"Ladies Night Out"
I booked this room for my sister's bachelorette party. She lives in Greeley and doesn't come to Denver often. In addition we had a guest from out of state. I booked early and was able to get a top floor room with a nice view of the city and the Cherry Creek River/Trail. Our room came with a full kitchen and was perfect for having snacks and cocktails […] before we went out. The location is also perfect. We saved ourselves a lot of money by bringing a bag of flip flops and walking to the bars. We put our heels on when we got to our destinations. For the rate, you can't beat it. Great deal and a lot of fun. The only downfall was there was not another mirror in the main part of the room. It was hard for 4 ladies to get ready. "Great value"
Everyone was great! I don't drive in Denver so I had to use a cab when I wanted to go places because it's a little hard to walk to my designations from there but I had a great room, wonderful room maintenance and because it had a kitchen and guest laundry, I was right at home. The best value in Denver!

Having tried other hotels in Denver, we now only stay at the Towneplace. It suits us perfectly. Convenient and comfortable, a real home away from home, very friendly and helpful staff.

"Great Location and great services"
The rooms come with a full kitchen and the location is great. It also has a free continental breakfast and internet access. They even have a free printer for their guests. The only down side was that in very early mornings, the water was not hot. I had to shower with almost cold water
"Above and Beyond"
In all of my experience with staying at hotels . . . this was by far one of the best. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we were so appreciative of the staff. On the night of arrival one of the front desk staff drove us to our destination because the taxi service was taking too long. We really appreciated that offer.
Enjoyed my stay. Pleasant helpful staff, good compimentary breakfast and internet, convenient shuttle service to conference center, convenient location to eateries, and competitive price. I was happy to have "discovered" it.

I had a reasonably good stay at this hotel. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. I have no real complaint about my stay and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel, strongly.

It was a nice hotel just on the outskirt of downtown Denver next to a hospital. It was also within walking distance to a couple of eateries. There were beggars at a nearby corner. The room was nice and quiet with a spacious desk, couch, and a kitchen. There was a fridge, microwave oven, and toaster. I was in town for the Denver Marathon. This hotel had just what we needed. Right at downtown but well-priced to suit our budget. Everybody, (including other guests :-)) made this hotel a great experience. We had a faulty drain in the bathtub, but were very pleased with the management's immediate action towards remedy. The b'fast is great, and nothing like their spread of various teas to […] start off a glorious Denver morning. The building itself was not purpose built for a hotel, but conversion works have been stellar. On the whole we couldn't have asked for a better place for the location, WiFi, money or the parking!!! "Marriott Towne Place Suites Denver"
This was a great place to stay for our family of 4; with 2 bedrooms, a living room, and ful kitchen. Only drawback was the one bathroom, with mirrors located only in the bathroom. With 2 teenage girls, this made taking turns getting ready a little more difficult. 3 TVs and complimentary internet also great. All the hotel desk persons were very helpful […] and friendly. "Liked it!"
As mentioned above I did like it but the flat-screen TV had a distorted picture, making the actors look like they were in a hall of mirrors and the color was too red (being that another person might have been able to adjust such things, I only mention it because I am not tech minded and had no clue how to make it better). "Friendly staff, good stay"
We wanted a hotel near the Rockies but a convention in town took all hotel rooms. this was a little out of the way, but very nice. Friendly staff. Good rooms. Good price. Good stay.
"Do Not Stay"
The hotel was hard to get to, close to downtown area but with all the one way streets there was better hotels that were much easier to get to. It was close to a hospital so the ambulances would wake us up at night. The hotel itself was old and run down, the 'suites' were no bigger than a regular hotel room, with the exception of having a mini stove […] and fridge. The staff was not friendly and did not give us what we payed for. We booked the room well in advance, over four months, and still did not get what we booked. The breakfast that is offered was a joke, nothing but some coffee that could be made in the room, and a few pastries if your early enough to get to them before everyone else. We got up early anyway and went down for the breakfast right away and they would only set out a few things, but were ready to offer other breakfast items and drinks for an extra charge to the room. There was not enough parking and if we got in too late we were left having to park in the hospital parking lot across the street. Definantly would not stay again, I would spend the same money and stay at a better hotel. All in all, two thumbs down. Uzziniet vairāk

This is in a revovated historic building, and the halls contain interesting old pictures of Denver and information about the company which was previously there. It is located right on Cherry Creek near downtown and the Denver Art Museum. Shopping and restaurants on Broadway are within easy walking distance. The location is ideal in regards to easy access to downtown and restaurants. However, it is directly across the street from a busy hospital. The hotel did take this into consideration and made all entrances to the building only accessible with a room card. The two bedroom suite was very spacious and open with great natural lighting. Good hotel for mixed business and pleasure. location is close enough to downtown and denver tech center yet you don't incur expensive valet or parking charges, internet add ons. Small but functional kitchens make it seem homey. I've stayed here several times (all in summer, with windows open) and didn't hear traffic loud enough to keep me awake. "A good choice which suited us well"
Convenient for Downtown area, and a good choice to stay in Denver. The suites are well kitted out with oven, dishwasher, microwave (none of which we used - but staying for a longer period, on a budget, could be useful. Coffee available from reception area all day; And nie breakfast choices.
