"Nasty place"
The hotel front desk lady was very nice and accompaning. However the room was just not up to standard. The hot tub had a ring around it and low on water. We will never stay there again.
"Fantastic find close to the airport!"
We only needed a hotel for one night since we were heading to Augusta the following day for the Masters. This hotel seemed to have great reviews and they had a free shuttle from the airport, which was also necessary since we rented our car from a location close to the hotel to save about $200 from renting it at the airport! Anyway, the convenience and […] ease of getting the shuttle at the airport was awesome! The service from every employee at the hotel and our interactions with them were always kind, friendly, and welcoming. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable (which is always great since my boyfriend is so tall!). We had to check out very early; too early for breakfast, but they had coffee and grab and go breakfast bags with fruit and granola bars already prepared that were perfect! One of my favorite things about this hotel was the toiletries they use... The shampoo and conditioner are Pantene Pro V and the lotion is by Vaseline but smells amazing and works so good, I wish I had asked for a couple more! Uzziniet vairāk
Breakfast buffet was out of a lot of food over half an hour before closing, room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom showing a little bit of age, need more than one towel per person when travelling with women. Overall, recommend, good location close to airport and city.

Being in East Point I didn't expect much, but the hotel was quite nice, the room was clean and in good condition. Very convenient to the airport.

The Country Inn and Suites was a lovely hotel for my overnight stay before flying out of Atlanta airport. Staff were friendly and the hotel is new and well furnished. The room was great, two rooms with everything I needed. Only small complaint was that the staff had the wrong information about when airport shuttles ran so I missed the one I really wanted […] to be on, the next one was ok, but made it a rush at the airport. Great facility, quiet, printer was out of toner in business center but front desk took care of printing needs immediately. Very accommodating staff. Good breakfast selection. Great oatmeal.

The Country Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport North hotel was very convenient to the airport and the bed was soooo comfortable. Service was great, as were the free freshly baked cookies and the free hot breakfast in the morning. Tip: If you are waiting for the hotel shuttle at the airport, make sure you look for the Wellesley Inn shuttle, since this shuttle […] makes stops at multiple hotels. All the hotel stops are listed on the side of the shuttle, but the Country Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport North is listed on the side of the shuttle towards the back and I missed it the first time and had to wait 30 minutes for the next one. "Sub-par and disappointing."
The first room smelled of mildew and there was a pink film surrounding the edge of the tub. We were moved to a different room when we complained; this one smelled better but had strange red stains on the carpet. The microwave was extremely old and out-dated. The gym is tiny; it has 4 machines (2 treadmills, a stair stepper and a bike) and no weights. […] It smelled so bad of burning rubber, I couldn't even use it. The breakfast was also disappointing; the hotel advertises eggs and there were no eggs; just greasy sausage and biscuits and other processed junk. The coffee was sour. I've stayed at other Country Inn and Suites before... this one is a let down and in need of major overhaul. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else. Uzziniet vairāk

This property was very clean. It appeared well maintained. My room was large for a motel room. The refrigerator and wet bar were a plus. I found it convenient to both the freeway and the airport.

Stayed here two nights while visiting for a hair show. Was pleasantly surprised when we stepped off the elevator onto our floor. The hallway was bright and did not smell weird/moldy like some hotels. Beware the extremely slippery tub; I had a tumble, even with the bath mat in. Great location if attending anything at the convention center, one exit away. […] Not far from downtown Atlanta either. "Great location!"
The time spend at the Country Inn & Suites was very well spent. Great staff who were very friendly and helpful. The room was awesome... 1 bedroom king suite. I loved it. I will definitely stay here again. And breakfast was Sooo delicious.

Excellent, excellent service. Excellent hotel. The only two problems I had was that the breakfast was terrible, but I've never had a good hotel breakfast in my life. And second, the indoor pool was not heated. That's a very small complain and would not change how I feel about the hotel at all though. And wow, the jacuzzi was magnificent. "Fine value"
Our room had a little bit of chemical or wet dog smell, but they gave us some air freshener when we told them about it. The breakfast was good, the hotel room was clean, cold (good in Atl in July), and quiet.

I was somewhat unsatisfied with the air conditioning system. When we went into the room it was set at 68 and seemed cool. When we turned the thermostat up heat actually began to come out, so we had to turn it back to 68. There was a little bit of mildew in the shower, and the neighborhood around this area was not that great; however, it was very close to the airport which is what I needed.
Front desk staff at this place was atrocious. Waited forever to get checked in and out. Not apologetic about my waits. Generally unpleasant all around.

The Country Inn was recommended to me by some of the staff who had stayed their last fall. For the price - it would be hard to beat. A great small hotel located just off Virginia Ave and but a short distance from the Military bases and from the Airport. The rooms were super nice and the beds were very comfortable. They made for a perfect night's sleep! […] When you combine that with free breakfast downstairs, and free wifi in the room -- you do indeed have a great bargain. "Disappointed"
This is a very old hotel (think 70's). The previous 2 nights we spent at Hilton Garden Inn Milleneum Center (for several dollars less) and what a difference. Would definately stay at the Hilton again. Would NOT stay at the Country Inn again. Do yourself a favor and even if it costs more book the Hilton Garden Inn Millenium Center.

We stayed overnight and just wanted somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep. This hotel totally met those expectations and the rate we paid was good. Our room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and staff were pretty friendly. We would definitely stay there again if we were flying in to Atlanta airport.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast \bar was good. However, both the coffee maker and the hairdryer (essential) didn't work. And, I found it ridiculous that the exercise room didn't open until 6:00 am. The only people staying at the hotel were overnighters for the airport; the gym should be open 24 hours, to accomodate early or late flying times.

It was a very comfortable overnight stay. Room was very clean and in good condition. I will go back again. I like the idea of the continental breakfast and its convenience.
We found the hotel to be very nice. It was clean and comfortable. Served a good breakfast in the mornings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have only one recommendation ande that is that the graying towels be replaced with new ones or bleached to return them to white.

"Poor service"
Room was not available at check out as promised. Also no heat in my room the 1st night. The service was very bad. Called front desk twice to address matter and was not resolved until the next day.
"Close to airport"
The hotel is very close to the airport, about 5 min distance by shuttle. They have complimentary breakfast and there are a few fast food restaurants at walking distance. The only thing that I did not like was that the towels in the bathroom looked grayish as opposed to white, the color they once were.
