"Great Place to stay"
This is an awesome place to stay. Employees are friendly. Close to Zion and downtown is walking distance. There is a great restaurant next to the hotel where breakfast is complimentary with stay. They just need to upgrade in room TV. No plasma.

This hotel did not look like your standard Best Western. It looks like a beautiful lodge on the outside with a beautiful back patio area, swimming pool, and hot tub (with an awesome view of the park!). Rooms were nice and clean. "perfect location"
Although we only stayed 1 night, this is the best hotel I have experienced in this type location.
It was wonderful. The surroundings were beautiful. We were able to walk up town and not far. We were pleased to leave the car there while we went to Zion and felt it was safe. Great place!

"zion park inn"
This hotel satisfied my expectations. Clean rooms, pools, lobby and friendly service. Even with real bad neighbors our 2nd night it was bearable due to well constructed walls. Staff was competent. We walked to most of our meal choices. Very peaceful surroundings.

Great place to stay -- and very nice breakfast with the package. The cost was high and so were the added taxes. That was my only concern.

Lovely quaint hotel in gorgeous surroundings just outside Zion National Park. Very comfortable beds (and I am fussy). Clean accommodation and lovely friendly staff. Would defiantly recommend.

We stayed overnight at the Zion Best Western, after driving up from Las Vegas. Overall, the stay was successful. Management was very nice and helpful, there was a free breakfast at the next door restaurant, and the hotel was clean and well appointed. Weaknesses included the noise from people in the hot tub as well as other rooms, and the pillows were […] not very high quality (too soft and mushy). Our room (210) faced toward the back overlooking the pool/hot tub area. The views were beautiful, the noise was not. Yes, I would stay here again, great location and breathtaking area in general. "Will be an annual trip"
Went for a long weekend getaway. Lovely property. Rooms were very comfortable. Nice complimentary breakfast. We will be making this an annual trip on President's Day weekend.

Superb hotel for price. Excellent location. Hotel staff welcoming and very helpful. Jack's Diner next door does good meals and staff are courteous and accommodating.
"ZION BEST WESTERN"
Zion's is comfortable with very basic facility like microwave oven and drinks dispenser located at the lobby area for guest use came in handy during our visit in Dec 12 as most shops were located nearby were mainly closed due to winter season I supposed. Room were cosy and comfortable and it was really nice to have my room with full view of the spectacular […] view of the mountain. A little putting green facing the mountain really brings out the kind of relaxation one would loves. A little suggestion: if the hotel provides simple breakfast during this season so that one can sip onto hot coffee, read, or just 'day dream' would complete this fabulous stay. "BEST WESTERN ZION PARK INN"
The staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants even though not much is open in Springdale in December. It was great to have a hot tub for a cold, clear starry night! I usually camp in Springdale, but after staying at the Best Western Zion Park Inn, I'll be more likely to chose this as an option from now on.

Perfect location for exploring Zion National Park. Excellent facilities and food. Springdale a 'feel-good' town. The Park is stunning - compact but diverse - a real favourite of ours.

It was a wonderful experience staying at the Best Western. We were never bothered and was gratially helped whenever requested. The largest problem was the wireless internet. It was slower than molasses in January. It made turning in term papers more difficult and slow than necessary but we were able to get passed that and utterly enjoy the stay. No complaints at all here. Our luggage was delayed and the staff were most helpful. Room was clean and well maintained.

Was very pleased with the location and surrounding of the Hotel and found them to be overall very good. The rooms were very large and had all the amenities that you would need but found it very dark needing the lights on whenever we were in the room. What we were not very happy about was the Switchback Grille & Steak house attached to the hotel, we […] had a lovely if not very expensive meal at the Switchback but we were on holiday and was happy to pay the extra but at the end of the meal we were asked if we wanted the service(Tip) included on the bill we declined this as we were paying with a Cash Passport and wanted to keep everything at a round figure, only to be advised by the waitress Rose that she only earned $ 2 per hour and out of her tip she had to pay the wine waiter the table clearer and food deliverer making an assumption that we were not likely to tip well, we do tip well and usually make it up to 20% if we have been happy but the experience put a real dampener on the evening. A Service charge is just that, it is for Good Service and not being made to feel guilty about how much we give IT IS OUR CHOICE. Uzziniet vairāk

This was nice hotel right in the heart of Zion and was very convenient to Zion and Bryce Canyon National parks. Room was very good, the front desk persosnnel were very courteous. Overall, a good place to stay near the Zion parks and very enjoyable location. could add complementary breakfast as an improvement. Nevertheless, a great value.

Nice looking building from the exterior, easy parking and a pretty comfortable room. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The city shuttle (which takes you to Zion shuttle) stops right at the hotel (as it does at some others). As noted by other reviewers, no breakfast but that was fine by us. A great little hotel that is located just outside the park. Wake up to fantastic views, go to sleep with the same.
I was very disappointed when I found out there were no role away beds available. My husband found out last moment that he could come with us. We were very happy, however once we were told that there were no more rooms available and also no role away beds, our happiness fade away. I ended up sleeping on the floor and having a terrible night. However […] the hotel was very clean and beautiful and in a good location. Stayed here on the evening of 13 Oct. Excellent location and setting. Large, comfortable rooms. Good dining nearby. We ate in the Bit and Spur across the street. Very good mexican food. Quick access to Zion by car or shuttle.

I made this booking almost 2 months in advance of my two night stay at this Best Western when my husband and I decided to visit Zion as part of a longer trip through the region. I made it in haste and I am sorry that I did. We were given a tiny room right off the lobby. The window looked out onto the driveway entry into the parking lot. There were many […] annoying noises such as banging doors, a running toilet, and refrigerator starting up every so often (unplugging it got rid of that noise). Other wings and/or other floors of this motel may have been better, but our 1-king bed room seemed like a basement afterthought. The location of this place was good for getting to Zion where we spent most of our time. The town of Springdale is wonderful.
