Very friendly staff. Great Manager, she went above and beyond to take care of all of my needs. Great value for the price.

Cozy little retreat, customer service is lacking, parking is a lil limited,refrigerator, range, gym, out in the middle of nowhere right next to Raider Headquarters,no real convenence store nearby, but otherwise, a fairly good deal. Only thing was they were painting the exterior so plastic covered the windows, and no real sunlight was coming in.

The hotel room was absolutely disgusting. I actually just checked out and got another hotel room down the street for the rest of the week. The couch had stains all over it, the bed was as hard as Sheet Rock and VERY squeaky, my toilet seat only had 1 bolt holding it on so it slid to the side, there was Hair in my towels and on the floor, more water […] came out the shower faucet then the shower head, the carpet was full of stains, and just an overall very dirty room. The hotel was well maintained unlike other Extended Stay America hotels I have stayed at. About the only negative I would give is that they do not do the complimentary breakfast on weekends.

The staff was nice, and that is about the only positive thing about this hotel, all the furniture had stains on it the television look like the t.v. I had 20yrs ago, the cell phone signal in the area is weak and they want to charge for the wi-fi, I would not stay here again

So I usually don't write reviews yet I do look to reviews to guide me so I thought I would give business travelers some guidance. First, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. However, the hotel is not really set up for business. There is not business center. There is a printer than you can print to, but the process is not especially convenient […] and it takes FOREVER. Additionally, the internet connection is very slow. The hotel seems a bit run down. The air conditioning/heating in my room didn't work. The refrigerator didn't work, however the freezer did. I am from Oakland and me and my girlfriend like to stay in hotels for a mini vacation and we have stayed in many extended stays and by far this was the best one great service clean rooms this is now our home away from home

So I didn't know what to expect after reading some of the reviews above. Well, this hotel was great. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean, and it was in a great location. The hotel location was within a couple of miles from Restaraunts, fast food and the Coliseum. Pet friendly hotel takes adjusting to but it was ok for a couple of days.

The DELUXE in the title is not correct WARNING: the beds are so noisy when your partner turns in the bed while sleeping you will no longer be asleep do to the noisy beds, not just my room I had others have the same issue. The toilet was pieced together with different parts, seat was from a small toilet & didn't flush enough to push the paper down, you […] know the rest of the story. It was great it was close to the raisers main office I love it thanks It will be my no. 1 hotel when I go to a raider game

Not very good accommodations - the kitchen takes up 1/2 the room - not very much area left. There were none of the basics provided in the room - i.e. shampoo, soap - towels were small and cheap. Elevator was very slow and rickety.

I have never taken the time to write a review before, but this has to be told. The hotel was dirty beyond belief. The bed squeaked. The fridge had to be unplugged because it was so loud. The TV barely worked. This is without question the WORST hotel I have ever encountered. Hotels.com should take this off their list. Extended Stay corporate should shut […] this down. I stayed here for a recent business trip. The location is pretty close to Oakland International Airport, but the location is hard to find and quite far from the freeway. The room had a certain odor to it, but that was probably due to the kitchen in the room. I am guessing the previous guest cooked food in their. This hotel was awful. The cable was bad, the trash was not taken out from the previous tenant, the shower curtain was molded, it had a weird smell during the duration of my stay. The elevator smelled like pee. This experience alone will make me never stay ar an extended stay hotel again.

This is an affordable place to stay, the location is great especially if you are a Raiders fan, it is also very close to the airport and restaurants. Customer service is great, one flaw that I found was the bed, I'm not a big fan of firm mattresses and this one has firm and a bit annoying noise when moving. The hotel was nice EXCEPT for the fact it was not near the airport. It is located in an office park. If you want go to a convenience store or a restaurant, you need to take a $20 cab ride.

Creaky Bed, uncomfortable, stained mattress with blood. Stained couch, and dining chair. Floor needs a shampoo, very unclean. This is a great location. Needs to be udated. Carpets in the halls has rolls from cleaning. Back doors were not kept locked.

I am a long-time customer of Extended Stay hotels. This is the best I have ever seen. It is tucked into a quiet, green woods right next to Oakland airport. It was so quiet, pleasant and exceedingly clean and well maintained. I would actually travel to Oakland again for no particular reason just to stay there!

The facade of this hotel is nice, but as soon as you walk in the front door your opinion might change. I checked in late in the evening. The lady who gave me my key was friendly and helpful. When I stepped off the elevator at my floor, the smell of old cigarettes was overwhelming. Luckily, my "Non-smoking room" only had a slight smell of cigarettes. […] My room was a bit worn-out looking, too. I had an early flight and therefore was only in the room about five hours. I found this hotel dirty and out of date. Some of the staff was rude and uneducated on how to get to and from the hotel.

My fault, but I thought this hotel would be next to all of the other airport hotels. It's not. It's on the complete opposite side of the airport. You can't walk there, and there is no shuttle service. I spent over $30 in taxi cab fees getting too and from the hotel to the airport. It's also next to nothing (my taxi cab driver couldn't even find it). […] If you're looking for a hotel with convenience to the airport, spend a little more to stay at a nicer hotel that's actually next to the airport. About 10:45 PM Istarted hearing dogs barking in the hallway. 11:00PM I knocked on the door of the room across the hall where the noise was comming from....no responce. I then called the frount desk.....NO ANSWER! The frount desk was closed with no phone number for problems or help! The barking finally stopped at 1:30 AM when the owner of the dogs came […] back. I won't lie; I booked this room because it was cheap and claimed to be "centrally located." Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed the continental breakfast described on the website was not, in fact, offered on weekends. Also, the front desk closes at 11:00 p.m.--and I mean closes: everything is shut down and locked up. This location is home to […] many extended stayers, cats, dogs, and all, so many of the hallways and particularly the elevator smell pretty terribly. I could deal with the hallways--mostly they just smelled like whatever the tenets were cooking--but the elevator was downright disgusting. The carpets are stained and detached from the walls and the smell is a combination of musk and cat urine. I would advise taking the stairs. The room itself was comfortable and had good amenities: stove, microwave, dishes, etc. The room was not very clean though, especially in the kitchen where there was no carpet to mask the grime. Lastly, the hotel is located 1.5 miles from the airport in a business park, so it's quite a trek to find food, entertainment, or even other people. That being said, make sure you bring everything you will need for the duration of your stay--including shampoo (there's none in the room)--especially if you don't have a method of transportation. The room I needed wasnt ready for us to check into so we ended up being placed in another room. The refrigerator didnt work the entire stay, the elevator smelled of urine, and the location wasnt easy to find at all. The host were friendly but the hotel was terrible. Had no idea pets were allowed to stay in rooms. Hence, the low score on "room cleanliness" . Unsure how house keeping is really done knowing that pets can be anywhere and do their thing. What about people who have allergy issues?

We had stayed here before because it is 3 miles from the airport and is very convienent to the return car rental. The front desk service personnel was very pleasant, however we were told that there was a football game in town and expedia and other interenet sales had overbooked them. Therefore we had arrived and it was going to be first come first serve. […] Apparently all of the nonsmoking rooms were taken. The hotel looked like it needed a little TLC. I thought the room was cheaply constructed, the AC was next to the bed and noisy so could not use it at night. The bed must have had a plastic cover on it since every time you moved it made a noise. The bed was not very comfortable. Everything else was o.k. doubt if I would stay there again

There is nothing around to go to and the beds are all so noisy that I woke up at 11:00 pm to the people up stairs testing the beds durability.

need a update of rooms. Clean but looked like dated. Breakfast not up to par.
