"Niice"
I stayed over night, hotel has a lounge to grab that night cap,nice walk in shower, comfy bed & pillows. I enjoyed the stay.
"Great staff - convenient location"
Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was well kept, (though bathroom door needed work). Pool was nice, bar and restaurant good, and kids ate breakfast free. Could walk to convention center for our event.

"Best hotel in Tinley Park"
I have stayed at virtually all of the hotels in the general area as this Holiday Inn; I would rate the Holiday Inn the best of the bunch. Hotel was very clean and the employees very friendly and helpful.
"South Suburb comfort- easy train downtown"
Clean, very friendly hotel. I stayed a week and every night was a good experience. The train station 5 min from the hotel allowed me to go downtown without the traffic and parking headaches. Their shuttle even took me to the station.

It would be nice if the hotel had complementary coffee.
The one thing we did not like about our stay was the heat. The room was too hot and we could not control the heat with the controls in the room. We also had a problem with the password for the internet. We were at the the hotel for a conference, and we were given at least 6 different passwords before we were able to access the internet.

Excellent hotel. Very tastefully decorated, room was well furnished, beds were very comfortable and had extra pillows. Room was very quiet which is very important, close to shopping, area was safe

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful. Minor negative things noticed, broken shade on the wall sconce & microwave oven would not work if left plugged in for more than 2 minutes.

"Holiday Inn Convention Center Tinley Park IL"
I've stayed at this hotel before, and it was just as good as I remembered. Only bad thing was that the fan for the HVAC was blowing into my face in bed. Otherwise, everything was very very good. The food was excellent, too. I love the fact that I had a first floor room, too. I hope our conference is back next year!
"Froze in my clothes"
My room was very unattractive. It had a gloomy looking bathroom without a tub. I asked for a different room but was told that the hotel was booked. Several hours later I was without heat. I called and complained and was sent up extra sheets and covers because the maintenance man was gone already. Needless to say, this was an awful experience that left […] a very bad taste in my mouth. Microwave oven not working. I called for an exchange it was replaced (almost) immediately. Very,very good.

We stayed overnight after a concert at the First Midwest Bank Amphetheater. Very convenient to get to & from the show. The price is a bit high for the quality of hotel, although it was comfortable enough & service was friendly. Good drinks at the bar.

Imaculate facility with a dedicated staff. Rooms provide comfort plus. Excellent restaurant on site.
