location is a little shady, and the room definitely could have been cleaner. overall hotel was okay for the night...beds were comfortable, breakfast was alright, and most of all price was right.

Rooms were old. Short staffed. twice there was a sign that the person at teh registration desk was called away. They closed breakfast at 8:45 and they had people taking what was left off of carts. It was posted that breakfast was open until 10:00.

This is one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at. Our room was disgusting! There were stains on almost every wall, stains on our sheets and comforter. The pillows were not comfortable at all. The bathroom was VERY dirty. Our check in took about 20 mins and the front desk clerk was not professional. We check in at 4:30 pm and she was unaware if our […] room was "ready" for us. She left us waiting at the desk for 10 mins while she went to check. Housekeeping should have all rooms cleaned before advertised time of check in! When we checked out in the morning, there was no staff at the front desk. 15 mins before check out there should be staff waiting for us to check out. We waited for 10 mins at an Empty desk for someone to come help us check out. Horrible service all around! This hotel was booked for 2 city council members to stay at for a conference. Upon returning I was informed that 1 of the council members had to return to the registration desk twice because of people being in the room! The first room that was given to member #1 was occupied by squatters and the second room still had guests in it from the previous day. […] The door to the room next to member #2's had a hole in it. The bonus was that member #1 did have a room upgrade after going to 2 rooms and walking in on people. We will not be using this hotel in the future no matter what the rate is. Uzziniet vairāk

Room was not cleaned very well at all. We found 3 different beer bottle caps that were in plain view.

This hotel adequately met our needs. Nothing fancy, but a nice stay.

It was a nice quiet room, the beds were comfortable to sleep on, the staff were courteous and helpul and the breakfast has plenty of choices.

It was horrible. The pool didn't work, our curtains didn't close, the bathroom didn't drain, and the service was terrible.

Nice, quiet. Needs upkeep, better eye on room cleanliness. Comforters need washed. Under beds had candy from prior guest(s). Consider hallway monitor system? Otherwise, had a great time! Pool was perfect!

First thing is that they had reservation on a wrong credit card. Second we did not get our smoking room, until I complained enough. The toilet was constantly running...this hotel should be bull dozed and something that resembles a hotel put in its place.

Could not get on the internet. Called down three times to the front desk and still could not get on. Food not hot for breakfast. Food at the attached bar and grill was not very good

bathroom ceiling repairs were poor. service was nonexistant . breakfast was unorganized and no cleanup. was not worth the price.

We have stayed at this Clarion several times over the years. Although the upkeep has some room for improvement, it has always been clean and comfortable. The staff has always been very courteous. It is a bit off the beaten path (although very convenient to the freeway) but is quiet and peaceful. Also nice for family with the pool and hot tub.

When we arrived at the hotel to check in at 3, they didn't have any clean rooms available. We were not the only ones that had to wait anywhere from 30-60 minutes to get to our room. Once we got up to our room, we had issues with getting our key cards to work. It would work 1 out of 10 times. Some of the buttons on the TV remote didn't work, which was […] not a big deal, but definitely noted. However, the hotel staff was very friendly and appologetic. They made sure we made it to the event we were attending that evening. The room was comfortable and the beds were nice. We were only in the room to sleep, really, so it worked well for us. The initial greeting by the night desk person was great. The day shift, so-so. We stayed two nights. My wife has a special towel she uses for her hair, she had it hung out of the way (not mixed with the regular towels so as not to get it mingled in and lose it). Sure enough it was taken with the regular towels. As we headed out for our day's activities […] we asked the day shift desk rep to leave a note for housekeeping to please keep an eye for it and return it. He said he would. The next day, we hadn't received it, but we saw a housekeeper folding towels and linens, so my wife went to her and asked about it. The lady couldn't speak a bit of English! We found the accomodations at the Clarion to be very comfortable. They had a table and chairs which are not showing up in some hotels and motels. You end up sitting on the beds to visit. The continental breakfast was more than usual. Sausage and potatoes are very seldom made available. We were pleased with all the choices we had. At first things seemed fine with the hotel. Shortly after we got to our room we discovered the TV didn't have sound on most of the channels. Saturday when housekeeping made up our room, they gave us a couple of new towels, but didn't take the dirty dishes or make the beds. The staff was rude. I wouldn't stay there again.

Exactly what the title says. Our room was a little outdated but was never-the-less comfortable. The front desk staff could have been a little bit more attentive and helpful. That being said I was satisfied with the rate I got for a one night stay and the free breakfast was much better than I've gotten other places. Never stay there again! Room wasnt clean at check in time so moved to a different room then that room didnt have a door knob on the door so moved to another room. I was charged twice. Didnt give me a discount or anything! Very very upset!

Was very disappointed in the fact that I asked about having a hot tub they said yes, but didn't told me that it didn't work. That's why we chose this hotel because it was close and had a hot tub.

The hotel was kept fairly clean. What was disturbing to me, is that the room was booked for three people and yet we were only given continental breakfast for two and told we would have to pay for the third. First room, door lock did not work. After several visits back to front desk for new keys, I was given another room, a deluxe suite. That door lock did not work either. Then when pulling back sheets to sleep, there was long black hair on both beds. Sheets were probably washed, but the amount of hair was disgusting. had to ask for clean sheets. it was gross! Cleaning staff should wear hairnets!
