The hotel is really nice. The staff are excellent. However, getting into the hotel parking lot from the highway is quite difficult due to construction. Once this is finished, it will be really good again.

Stayed at 4 star hotel near IAH last week, and this hotel is far preferable. Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable, and it's actually closer to restaurants than the ones on John F Kennedy blvd.

We were a bit reluctant to try this hotel after reading negative reviews but decided in the end to give it a try. The hotel is located in a business/warehouse type area. I think it is unfair towards the hotel to say that it is in 'gunspoint' (as per another review). The area is not a place where I would buy a home for my family, but it is perfectly […] OK for a night's stay close to the airport. And seeing that it's not downtown, we didn't think we'd like to meander down the road after dark. The hotel itself was very decent. We got an early check-in (around 1pm) without having to plead. The suite was spacious with 2 bedrooms on either side of an open plan kitchen/dining room and living room with pull-out sofa. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The beds were really soft, so it kept waking us up. My husband said that the airplanes were bothering him the whole evening, but I couldn't hear them - the low-pitched drone of the AC seemed to drown all the outside noises for me. The couple travelling with us loved the beds and weren't bothered by any noise either. Although a complementary breakfast was included, we were off to the airport in a hurry the next morning and couldn't try any food. We would stay here again. Uzziniet vairāk

Wonderful hotel! Extremely helpful and friendly staff, very clean, and delicious hot breakfast. Pool and spa were nice and towels were provided. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with an infant, 2 year old, 10 year old and 3 adults and had plenty of room. I loved that the room had 2 bathrooms, 3 TVs and a full kitchen. Due to construction on the access road for the Sam Houston Tollway, there can be traffic jams on the one open lane of the access road. However, my suite was fine, except for the AC unit, which made a lot noise, which was annoying during the night. The hot breakfasts were good and the hotel staff were friendly. There are only a few decent restaurants […] around this location, but they were satisfactory. Definately a business travelers hotel.. no 'romance' at this location. Uzziniet vairāk

We had a lovely 2 bedroom suite which accommodated our family of five very nicely at a great price. It was clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, very roomy and our included hot breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very warm and friendly. However, we would not stay there again as even though the mattresses were new (we checked the label), they were […] of almost embarrassing quality not up to the standards of this hotel chain.
