Good hotel with friendly service. Breakfast OK, though no hot dish. Suggestion: Boiled eggs best left in shell, as in most European hotels.

Clean, friendly, recently re-done. Helpful staff, nice sized room - the two room suite suited our family of 6 well for the one night we were there. I've paid a lot more for a lot less room elsewhere.

lots of amenities, kitchen, microwave, fridge, nice hot breakfast, comfy beds and pillows, nice staff.

I like this chain and seek it out. My room in this particular one did not have a complete separation of bedroom from living/dining area which means the opportunity for privacy and. probably more important, baffling of noise from the corridors when one wants to sleep is reduced. Also, the entryway from the road is not obvious or clear.

The two-bedroom suite was perfect for my husband, sister and I to spend time together. They also allow dogs so we could bring her along. It is close to where my husband works so was very convenient. We will have him stay there when there is a threat of snow. Very nice and comfortable and staff was nice also.

My only complaint was that the heating system was very loud. Had to turn it off in order to sleep. Otherwise I loved the set up of the rooms we rented.

The room was incredibly comfortable, breakfast delicious, front desk staff helpful and professional - overall a wonderful hotel! Even in the snow! (Oct 28 storm)

I have stayed at this hotel before and was less impressed this time. The telephone in my room did not work at all, totally dead . In addition, there is no fan in the bathrrom which is kind of unusual at a middle range hotel. Breakfast was average at best. The room itself was above average with a nice bed with soft mattress. One problem at the hotel […] was the smell of smoke at 2 A.M. in my nonsmoking room. It turns out some young "punks" were smoking in a non-smoking room through the night. A beautiul hotel with awesome accomodations. Very clean. Our only wish that we could have shut the curtains all the way. While shears covered all of the window, we wanted to block out the parking lot lights and morning sun...but the curtains to not shut all the way. All in all..we had a great room, comfortable bed, clean and comfy accomodations.

This hotel is amazing. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It makes you feel like you are at home with a kitchen, dishwasher, utensils, fridge and microwave. Their complimentary breakfast is delicious. I have stayed here twice and both times were very memorable for me. The suites are certainly sweet!

I would recommend this hotel anytime. It is very close to the shopping mall. I walked to Target to do my shopping and got my excerise at the same time. Very clean and comfortable.

We needed a room for our family road trip (2 kids) and had a king suite for the night. The room was amply sized, with a separate room for my wife and I. One kid slept on a pullout couch and the other slept on a blow-up bed we'd brought along. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet and conveniently located. Front Desk staff most welcoming and helpful. Room was a delight with kitchen area, super comfortable, clean and inviting bed and bath. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Pros:Customer service was great, they have a shuttle that picks you up at the Airport in Allentown. Friendly manager at front desk. Convenience store open 24/7 with popcorn and snacks.
