Experience was good until receptionist forgot to book my cab to the airport for me from a fixed priced cab service company I requested. I was not too... happy since they did not inform me that they had changed their mind to use their in house cab services. Also, don't relay on the free Internet if you have lots of gadgets that need to be connected on wifi. You will need individual user ID and passwords for each device; any dip in network connection will mean you have to reenter your login details on all devices which I found frustrating.
