I liked how close the hotel was to the High Museum of Art and the MARTA. Walking distance from eateries, too. Overall, good location for someone interested in staying in that area. Bed was very comfortable, too, and it was convenient to have a mini-kitchen and seating area in the room as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The location and staff is what makes this hotel a really awesome place to stay. The staff at the front desk were so friendly. We enjoyed all the spots they told us to check out and the help they gave us on the riding the MARTA was spot on! I will start with the good first about this hotel: It was VERY centrally located, and easy to find. The staff that worked at the front desk were very friendly when we checked in an out of the hotel. Now to the bad: Our room was NOT cleaned well at all. There was a used bar of soap left in the shower, with a hair on it! There were crayons under things […] all over the room. Cheerios were everywhere. Underneath the bed was something I won't even mention. On top of all the dirtiness, our TV did not work. We first were put in a room with a 15 foot ceiling and exposed pipe & duct work complete with peeling paint. In addition, the heat had been turned off, so it was 65 degrees in the room. After having the heat on 30 minutes, the temp had risen only to 67. We asked to be moved to another room, and we were.We did not receive an invoice "under the door." […] We went to the front desk and asked for an invoice, and we were told an invoice would be mailed to us. A week later, I have not received the invoice nor has my credit card been billed. I gave the quality of hotel services a 4 only because when we went to get our car that evening, the young man working the valet parking had several of his teenage friends (girls) hanging out in the area, seeking a place to park their car, loud, teenage stuff. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE HOTEL OVERALL. VERY DIFFICULT TO GET INTO AND OUT OF FROM THE STREET, FRONT LOBBY WAS VERY DIRTY AND SMELLED, LIGHTS IN OUR ROOM DID NOT WORK AND SOME WERE BROKEN. We have stayed in this hotel twice now and loved it. This time however they now charge a mandatory fee to park your car in the garage below the hotel. The fee is exorbitant for valet. I don't mind tipping a valet, but don't like being told that if I want to park at the hotel I am gonna get slammed with a hidden fee.

I booked this hotel for its proximity to Centre Stage for the ProgPower USA Festival last weekend. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Arts Center MARTA station which in turn is about 30 minutes from the airport. Well, the hotel is in very good order inside, the desk staff were not overly welcoming but professional. I had a room on the 3rd floor and this […] was huge, with a small kitchen and bedroom/lounge. A huge flat screen tv and only gripe was the analogue stations were pretty poor (not sure what the digital/analogue situ is in USA though). The fixtures and furnishings were very modern and the bed was very comfortable indeed. I would say that although adequate the bathroom was a little small and could do with an upgrade. That said, the shower was powerful and hot. No shower gels provided though which is a small gripe. I took breakfast everyday and this was included in the price. As it was a festival weekend it was very busy so had to share a table, which was not really an issue for me. There was a large choice of hot and cold food including self waffle maker and loads of different drinks. I am a celiac sufferer and need gluten free food. There was a sufficient range but I did take a risk. All in all, I thought the hotel was perfect for my needs. Uzziniet vairāk

This room was WAY above expectations and I worked out in the exercise room every day I was there. The staff even helped me out in an unexpected situation where I needed something and forgot to bring it with me. Residence Inns usually are a comfortable space to stay when you are there for more than a day, but this was perfect!

I had to make a last minute hotel booking and chose to stay here. It was at least 60 dollars cheaper than other surrounding hotels and I was thoroughly impressed with my stay. Clean room, friendly staff that was willing to help. I'll be back

Hotel was clean employees were friendly and helpful. Walked several blocks each day to catch a shuttle for the event I was in town for with no problems. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

And also: whilst we were waiting in the lobby. Both staff members behind the desk proceeded to have an argument with each other. The staff were all really nice and super helpful, especially the valet. He had a great suggestion for an amazing restaurant with an upbeat attitude every day. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed for 3 days. There was bug flying in my room and the windows did not open. So how did the bug get in? Through the vent? Since the windows did […] not open the room got a bit stale smelling unless i kept the air set to 68 degrees. The hotel had a nice breakfast every morning which was super helpful since I had to drive into work each morning. Luckily the fitness studio wasn't busy each morning at 7am, there are only 4 machines and free weights. Of course the machine I was on, the elliptical, had a broken headphone jack, so I couldn't listen to the TV while i worked out. I have stayed at this hotel several times for anywhere from 11 days 3 weeks +. I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly from the time I drive my car into the valet area, have my room cleaned daily and without fail have never been refused any request within reason. I have seen some slippage in bathroom products (shampoo and body wash […] and lotion missing on this last trip, The only product available was conditioner), I also mention to anyone who will listen including the manager that I really wish they would get in-room safes ( at least in some rooms, I would pay extra rather then having to go to the front desk all the time. The smells varied as you walked around inside, some sections smelled worse than others. The room we were in had a bit of a musty smell, but the beds were clean and the service was friendly. Though the High Museum is practically across the street, there is little else (especially on weekends) to keep you entertained in the vicinity. If you walk about 10 blocks, however, you will be in a very lively bar/restaurant area with a wide selection of foods.
