This hotel was poorly maintained and managed. The room we stayed in does not have functional adjustable heater/AC. The bathroom have no window or active vent (smell bad too.) We had to leave the windows open; but suffer from crazy mosquitos bites all night long. The hotel is situated in a busy, fast street. The noise was so loud that I wash awaken a […] few times since we had to leave the window open. The manager (maybe owner too) was not friendly and not helpful in any request or question. I stayed here with my parents and absolutely loved it! The A/C was superb, the breakfast was excellent, but didn't have eggs if that's what you're looking for, and the staff was uber helpful. Florence doesn't have a lot of options for parking, so having the secure free parking was a lifesaver. They even let me keep my car there the entire next day after […] I had already checked out. It is conveniently located a couple blocks from the train station and on the edge of downtown, so we were able to walk to everything. Highly recommended! We stayed here for three nights, and were very impressed with the quality of the hotel, the size and comfort of the rooms, and all the amenities (free internet, continental breakfast, etc). It's a little bit of a walk to many of the main sites, but unless you're really quite lazy or unable to walk long distances, the distance is definitely not an impediment. […] It was actually a little more convenient for us, as we were travelling on a budget and the close proximity of the hotel to the train station meant that we were able to dump off our backpacks and explore the city without having to worry about getting a taxi to the hotel. Das Hotel Golf liegt nahe dem Bahnhof, aber nicht in Richtung Altstadt. Leider liegt das Hotel direkt an einer Hauptverkehrstraße, d. h. bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen geht nicht. Es gibt aber eine ruhige Klimaanlage und bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man die Straße nicht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Den Kaffee beim Frühstück umgeht man am besten […] und trinkt Tee, ansonsten ist das Frühstück okay: Schinken, Käse, Marmelade, Croissants, Brötchen, Müsli, Saft. "清潔感のあるホテルでした"
2ヶ月前にSMN駅の最寄りの同じ三つ星ホテルに宿泊しましたが，同じランクでもこんなに差があるのかと感じました．清潔感・シャワーの湯量・エアコンの効き具合など快適に生活でき満足いくものでした．残念だったのがホテルの写真ではバスタブが設置されていましたが，実際予約した部屋には設置されていなかったこと．ホテル側のインターネット不調により利用できない日があったことです．Patiesa Expedia viesa atsauksme
