I will stay here every time...I love the loft style! The bed was very comfortable, everything was very modern including the furniture being leather. I felt more apt to sit on furniture that is leather and can be cleaned then old dingy cloth couch or chairs that are typically found in hotels. Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the most marvelous stay in this former plumbing factory! Upon checking in, I was told that I had been upgraded to a King suite. Imagine my surprise when I opened the door to my room! I was on the top floor, a corner room with windows on 3 sides, 15 foot ceilings, a spacious greeting area and a gigantic bedroom area. The bathroom was roomy as well, […] with a large square tub big enough for two. Dreamy! Everything was clean and modern, yet with an old-world feel. very nice hotel - close to Hockey arena and great restaurants/bars in the Arena District. The only negative was the blinds in the hotel didn't work well to keep out the light. Bright lights outside the hotel kept our room lit up no matter how tight the blinds were closed. Other then that small point it was a terrific stay.

A nice change for something different than your standard. Exposed brick and super high ceilings. We splurged on the sitting room and it was really unnecessary... the room was plenty big without it. Quick walk to all the shops, galleries, bars and restaurants in the Short North and Arena District.

I had a lovely stay at the Lofts hotel. It was very convenient being across the street from the Convention Center. In addition, the staff were very helpful and curteous.

It really is an old warehouse with wood floors. I don't know about other locations inthe hotel, but in our second floor room, the creaky floor noise from the room above us was excessive. There must have been 5-6 guests in that room and they tromped across the floor until 2 AM and started again at 5:30 AM. This is a classy hotel with spacious rooms and […] wonderful creature comforts. This is a very nice hotel with great location. However, late in the evening, I could not sleep due to people next door and above me making all kinds of noise. The walls in the room are way too thin. Better insulation will take care of this problem.

This place is very clean, very nice staff and very modern. Great amenities and comfy bed.

Friendly front desk personnel. Nice that it ties into the Crowne Plaza's facilities. Had shuttle service to go out and come back for dinner, etc. I really liked the room's layout and the cool loft feel - more like staying in an apartment. Comfortable bed too. Couldn't find an alarm clock in the room, the room was a little light at night with the thin […] shades and I ordered room service on a whim for breakfast and it took nearly an hour to get there. I have tried the suites and the non- suites and all are great even if some don't have great views. My #1 spot to stay in Columbus, Ohio.

Very nice hotel, but on the hotels website, parking is listed at a certain dollar ammount a visit, and in reality it was that ammount only for each night stayed. the hotel was nice enough to remove my extra expense over this issue, but people need to be aware how much the valet parking really costs. Nice and clean, staff very nice and helpful.

I booked this hotel for 3 reasons - 1 -and the main one- it was across the street from the Columbus convenion center. No driving-finding a parking place- hiking back and forth. 2 - It was in my price range-actually on sale!! I'm a diabetic- so the fridge and the proximity to my meds played a big part

The room was gigantic and the concierge was so friendly. I wished they had had free WiFi, but a dinner at Max and Erma's ended up giving me access for the whole weekend. When I checked out I was told I had been in one of the smaller rooms too. I would happily stay here again.

Wonderful bed, extremely spacious room, in a great location.

We had to check in at the Crown Plaza next door. The agents were courteous. They couldn't give us a bar key, but said they would send one right up. The Lofts seemed deserted. We saw and heard no one else. Our room was 52 degrees and our view was a parking garage. We called and maintenance was sent. Still no bar key, so we had to call again. We went […] next door to the Crown Plaza bar to wait. After an hour we went back to our room, which was now 60 degrees. We dressed for dinner in the bathroom warmed by the steam from the shower. We went out to dinner and returned two hours later, the room was 67 degrees. We bundled up to sleep and woke up at 3 in the morning sweltering hot. In the morning the only coffee in the room was decaf. There was a folio under our door with a description of charges of the room, which was significantly less than what we paid Hotels.com. When we checked out there was someone working the desk and we asked about the discrepancy. She said, "Oh, you weren't supposed to have that. That shouldn't have been put under your door. You've already paid. That's what we charge Hotels.com. Overall, the hotel left us with the impression that it is either just starting out and doesn't have it together, or it's about to go out of business. Uzziniet vairāk

The hotel was very nice...newly renovated in an old mill building. Close to everything we needed including short ride from the airport

Great hotel in a great location. Very quiet and clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Had a difficult time finding it as the outside sign was not lit up. The hotel is not easily seen from the street. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I really liked the hotel. Nice place. Would stay here again. Great location in Columbus, OH.

Of all of the places I have ever stayed this was by far the most trendy and at the same time, peaceful. I could have heard a pin drop in the hallways, nice to not have any disturbances during my stay. I will be staying there again!

Traveled from out of town to meet with family and interested from the website. The room was great, that staff (Matt) was more then helpful and even recommended a great place to eat in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Difficult to find..there was one tiny sign surrounded by overgrown plants out front. We did not know that this hotel is a 'sister hotel' to a larger chain. In fact they are connected and share the same valet. The room was nice buy noisy. I'm not sure if we were there on a strange day but this part of town shuts down on Sunday morning. There was no place […] to eat except the crappy buffet in their lobby's (surprise!) chain restaurant. Overall, not a great experience and I would not recommend this to anyone. Uzziniet vairāk

I was very pleasantly surprised with the hotel value I received via hotels.com. The hotel was very clean with a great layout. Although I was traveling, I spent a fair bit of time in the hotel just enjoying the space.

The room was comfortable and had a lot of space. It was a very good quality business class room. You can walk to the convention center through the sky walk so no need to be outside in the rain. It is also just a 5 minute walk to the nationwide arena, a movie theatre, and a park. The problems were the television is relativly small, about 15 feet above […] the group and 15 ft away from the bed which made it hard to watch, the channels constatly changed back to the previous channel, and even with all 6 different lights on the room was still dark at night.
