Super 8 Redlands San Bernardino/Redlands Area — Redlands

I found this hotel to be good value for the money. It was easy to locate and convienient for driving to the downtown. The room and hallways were clean. The staff was very friendly and the pool was heated. The parking spots are kind of tight but there was no shortage of parking available. I'd stay there again.

The carpet was torn open, the mattress was disgusting the secondary lock was broken. I called and Lauren was able to get me transferred to another Super8 on Hospitality Lane and being a 5 Star customer there was no extra charge.

sheets were dingy,bed not made up correctly sheets not pulled tight. bath sihk faucet.leaks, hard to reulate hot-cold water. no maid service, had to go ofice to get towles. have stayed at Super 8 many times, this one was not up the usual Super 8 standerd.. will not return to this one.

There are a whole bunch of little things contributing to this, and I'm generally not picky about my room, I'm just there to sleep. But I'd skip this hotel.

I walked in and the room had a funny smell. I almost left but it was 2am and I was so tired so I had to stay. I will not return.

when i saw th reviews of this hotel i was a little concerned, after staying there for 3 nights, i thought the room was clean,comfortable and convenent, so much so i booked the next weekend for 3 nights, the only beware is bring your own pillows, theres are very very very hard, and they dont have others

Close to area businesses, low cost, good customer service.

There was hair on the towels and scum in the shower when we walked in the door. I have never been more grossed out by a hotel room. We walked right back out.

The room was was fine and quiet. The hotel clerk was helpful enough. They have a laundry room which is a nice convenience, but watch out the wahing machine is a little tempermental. The surroundings not exactly elegant, but the neighborhood seemed quiet and safe

I arrived at this Super 8 on Sunday evening. The hotel is in an industrial area and not warm or welcoming, but at no time did I feel unsafe. The area simply is industrial. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. On my way to my room I noticed the trash containers were overflowing with a weekends worth of garbage. Down each corridor dirt and trash […] was everywhere. My room was an older room with typical knocks, dents and dings. The room itself was clean. The bed was old and worn, still I slept fine. Our remote didn't work, had to call the front desk. Tv was fuzzy, like not good reception. But hey you get what you pay for.

Slow service, the computer had to be reset upon check-in, seemed like an old system. Chairs were stained in the room, room was hot and took along time to finally cool down. Good for a cheap night stay, I will stay elsewhere the next time I'm in Redlands.

The super 8 in Redlands is an excellent value for your money. Very clean room, with an exceptional staff

The check in went fast and that was cool. I did request a downstairs room due to my bad knees but was told they wouldn't honor my request. However, in driving the small property there were numerous available rooms on the ground floor. When I got to my room I realized there were only 3 pillows between our 2 beds. It was close to locations for film crew. Not the nicest place but did it's job for a place to crash. A little expensive for e crash pad, but beggars can't be choosers.

The room with 2 queens was extremely small. Bathroom small... this was room 125 room 134 king bed was like a taco.....need new mattresss

This was the dirties hotel I have ever stayed in. I almost went back to the desk and tell them to refund my money I wasn't staying in this discusting room, but as I figured I would have to pay for it whether I stayed or not, I stayed. My middle son tried to sleep in the car because he was so disgusted by this room, but we made him come join us in this […] dirty room. The sheet were not changed from at least one time before us. Checking in was your normal ordeal but when I got into my room everything changed. First impression was ok and when I got settled in was when I realized how dirty the room was. I had to move the only nightstand to plug up my laptop and when I did, I found a used condom behind the nightstand. I tried to turn on the TV with the remote but to find out […] the remote didn't have any batteries. All this got reported to the front desk and all I got was an apology. The hotel is right off of the freeway and the walls are paper thin because you can hear the freeway crystal clear and the neighbors crystal clear too. Let's just say that the neighbors were very much enjoying themselves and the girlfriend did get off. Uzziniet vairāk

beyond what i expected and recomend this hotel

This is a nice, bare-bones kind of place. Room was clean, had refrigerator, hair dryer, etc. Check in was pleasant. Location easy.

Éviter cet hotel - état lamentable, excréments de chien sur les trottoirs non nettoyés, draps douteux. Dommage, car belle piscine, bon emplacement et habituellement, bons controles de la chaine super 8.
