The hotel is family owned, and many relatives use the hotel as their own home. Apparently they recently took ownership of the hotel. The rooms/furniture are out-dated and old. In a 2-night stay we had three different rooms because of cleanliness (first room) and a terrible odor (second room second night). It was very nice and staff was friendly and helpful. The only down side was no elevator for a two story building. what do people do that have trouble with stairs?

This is absolutely the nicest Super 8 I have ever stayed in. The staff was wonderful. The only things I would suggest is: Cups or glasses for the bathroom. All that was in the room was the 2 coffee cups, so once you've used those, you have nothing to use for brushing your teeth. Also, my parents had a 2 person room, but only one washcloth. Very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Within walking distance of places to eat. Easy on-off access to I475. Quiet and clean. Breakfast had limited choices, but it was enough for us.

I stayed 8 nights and travel to Toledo every day. Maumee is a great city, nice restaurants close to the hotel and right off main highway. I will stay there if I go back to Toledo/Maumee area. Our room had recently been carpeted. The room was equiped with a refrigerator and microwave. Hotel is in a quiet area. We would stay here again.

coffee stain and dirt behind the bath room door and urine stain on the out side of the toilet have been there for some time and it seem nobody care .

This hotel is very nice considering the economy price. The bed and furnishings in the room were comfortable and clean. It is a quiet hotel just off the freeway. The hotel just had all new carpet installed. The only thing missing was a nice flat panel TV. Overall a nice, quiet, and safe place to stay near shopping and restaurants.

Hotel was older but in good shape. Carpet was older, TV was older, not flat screen and no HD programing. Quiet neighborhood. We will stay here again when visiting Toledo.

Was skeptical about user ratings, but was not disappointed. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The only (very minor) complaints I can come up with is that I did not have a cover for my ice bucket and the luggage cart wheels squeaked. The bathroom counter space was limited but not unusual for this class of motel. Very good deal for the money. Rooms were just as good as any i've stayed in for twice the price. Many restaurants in the area and easy to access the highway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory and i would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was easy to find from 475 and 23.Arrived at midnight, so we fell into bed, and the beds were great. Room was clean and quiet. Desk clerks were pleasant and helpful. The only negative was the breakfast which was sparse and unappetising.

This was an overnight stop for us on a long drive. We made reservations via on on-line service which was most satisfactory. The room was just as was advertised. Everything worked in the room. Good value/rates. Breakfast is continental and okay. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. They have free wi-fi and a computer for use in the lobby. The location allows easy access to the Toledo area. There are plenty of restaurant and fast food places close by, and a huge supermarket within about a mile (Meijer).

A little hard to find as it is off the main drag (Dussell Road), but once you find it you won t be disappointed. Well lit lot with plenty of lighting in parking lot. Rooms are quite especially the ones that back up to the field and beds are comfortable.

This was a really nice hotel. Our party had 2 rooms, and they were both very good. The bathrooms were really clean and the floors were fully vacuumed, which are both are huge in my book. We needed a room to dress before a wedding at Toledo Zoo and to come back to afterward for the night. Staff was helpful and friendly, room was small, but clean. Beds were reasonably comfortable, bathroom clean. Several places to eat within walking distance, many more for a short drive. The place was clean but old. Had a certain smell that I did not totally appreciate. Breakfast was simple but filling. You do get what you pay for. I guess I should have expected this from a two star hotel/motel. Don't get me wrong, I did sleep soundly so I gave them passing marks.

My second time at this hotel. Both stays were good without complications. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and water was very hot. With free WiFi and breakfast, hard to beat staying here unless you require in-house restaurant or pool.

I stayed for a few days while I was in town for a friend's wedding. Overall I was pleased with my stay. The staff was extremely pleasant. The hotel was clean. I had to stay in a wheelchair-accessible room as it was the last room they had, so that was a bit of a nuisance as the mirror was low and angled toward the floor (I am over six feet tall). Also, […] the sink had very little shelf/counter space and there was no shelving at all in the bathroom, so it was pretty inconvenient. Do people in wheelchairs not need places to put their toiletries???? But other than that, the hotel was fine. Very convenient location for those traveling on Interstate 80/90. Facility is well-maintained. Room was clean and comfortable.
