"Close to who we were visiting"
I was under the impression (when I booked) that rooms on first floor had patio doors to pool area. This was not the case :((

"perfect"
We needed a good, clean, and safe hotel as we were in from Taiwan to do some engineering rework on a product in a nearby warehouse. Not only were the staff helpful, the rooms were great. The people in the area were very friendly and we felt extremely welcome.

This Comfort Inn was perfectly suitable for our one night stay. We especially enjoyed the fact that we had breakfast included with our stay. We were in Riverside for a softball tournament and had to get to the field early on Sunday morning. Breakfast was served at 0600, but we got there a little early and most everything was already ready which was […] much appreciated. There was a great selection of food that was suitable for my girls to have a nutritious breakfast before their games. The only negative is that on Saturday night we unfortunately had no hot water. I understand that it was uncontrollable and not the hotel's fault. We have been contacted by the management and have been rightfully compensated. "Nice Motel Friendly staff"
Very Nice motel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very neat and clean. It was a little larger than expected. The bathroom was extremely small, however. Two people could not fit in it without dancing to move about. It was clean and useful. Other than the bathroom size the room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Early in the evening, the bolts in the toilet seat broke, and we notified the desk. They were to leave a note for maintenance. We left the seat on the floor the next morning, so it would be noticed and repaired. The maid replaced the seat on the toilet. When we returned in the afternoon we notified the t the seat was not repaired, We called the desk […] clerk, and he said there was nothing he could do. We went to the office, got the manager, She came to the room, made a call to the maintenance man who arrived almost immediately, and replaced the bolts. The whole episode took about 10 minutes. "Affordable, confortable."
Amazing customer service, nice personnel, the lady at the counter let me check in earlier. It's a good confortable place to stay at an affordable price, it's a safe neighborhood, no hookers around. Everything u need in one room. I lost my key and they replaced it with no problem.

"Updating"
This facility is somewhat aged, it could use some updating. It appears as though the facility is being used for some type of housing program in addition to accomodating travelers. The pictures on the web site do not reflect the true condition of the facility.

"Riverside area hotel"
Very easy to find; great breakfast! included fresh waffles, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fruit, cereal, bagels, etc.

I reserved this hotel room with the whirlpool tub for my son and his new wife for their wedding night - they could not go very far from home. They told me that there were bright street or parking lot lights shining in the room and the whirlpool tub jets did not work. Friendly staff, standard room matched the price
"Not Great but ok"
Front desk at check-in was nice but slow...room was clean but bathroom is very small. There were no pillowcases on pillows room service walked in without knocking to give us pillowcases. No towels in the bathroom (when we called for them) we were told that we had to go down to the front desk to pick them up ourselves :( Room was on the 2nd floor next […] to the elevator could not sleep because there were a group of girls running and screaming down the hall way (no hotel staff around to quiet them down). "Zentral im San Bernardino Tal gelegen"
ohne großartige Umwege zu finden, obwohl nahe der Interstate keine Lärmbelästigung, geeignet für Ausflüge in der Nähe, ca. 1 Stunde mit dem Auto von Great Bear Lake entfernt. Saubere Zimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, kostenfreie Parkplätze, hundefreundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen.
