I had reserved my room online, it was to come with a refrigerator. The clerk at the front desk gave us a small room with NO refrigerator and I had to go ask about this, she looked it up on her computer and said "Oh yes, that room has no refrigerator". Plus that room had mold in the window sill. So she moved us, but the bed in the next room had a hole […] in the middle of it. This was my first microtel experience, and I have stayed at others since then, and been very happy with the service. But I DO not recommend this Microtell in Bossier. "Microtel has micro rooms"
The staff were very nice.The room is small, but clean. The hotel is near railroad tracks and the train is very close to the hotel, not to mention it rolled by very loudly every morning.

There was not enough toilet paper in the room. We had to go to the desk to get it. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay. Will use the facility again.
Only stayed one night but my girlfriend who is very picky said she approved. I didn't check out the breakfast though.

The room was pretty small... the bed was hard.. the bathroom door did not close and in order to have a light on a very loud exhaust fan also had to be on...the shower curtain had little tears in it which made water go everywhere.. they charged to have a fridge and when we asked for a microwave they said they would bring one and never did.. the location […] was great but there were a lot of small issues Uzziniet vairāk
our room did not look like the picture at all I thought we were getting 2 beds or a king bed, but we got a queen in a very small room. I wouldn't recommend this service if this is what one gets.
Hotel staff was very friendley and helpfull.Made stay very enjoyable.

Breakfast the first morning lacked butter and the gravy was cold. Attendant claimed it was not her fault. The second day the waffle maker was defective. After breakfast, we could not get into our room because the key cards had been deactivated. Hotel clerk claimed it was not her fault, and we must have done something wrong. "Good Enough"
For the price it was good enough. The rooms are small and the bed was not super comfortable but it worked just fine. There was a free breakfast in the morning which was nice. The staff was friendly. "Misery!"
This hotel smelled bad, the bed was like the highway, the maid service was horrible and to top it off there was a train nearby. The pictures you see on this site are very deceiving.

This might have been the worst stay ever. The room had a damp and musty smell, and when I walked in the bathroom, there was a huge roach in the corner. I can out up with some things for a cheap price, but that was a little too much. Never again.

Saturday morning as the breakfast room was closing, two female employees got into a LOUD CAT FIGHT over the waffle maker and it being turned off due (it was past 10am) It was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE for the guests in the area. Every Microtel I've stayed in is always clean and comfortable. This one was the same. Centrally located to restaurants, casinos, etc. Would stay there again.

"A good place to stay"
We had no problems with this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Alittle construction at the entrance to the hotel, but not bad and not the hotel's fault it was city construction. Quiet area even no it was right off the interstate. I will stay at this hotel again.
Served it's purpose...just needed a place to get a few hours of sleep before we got on the road to return home after a night at the casinos. Room was clean and property was well kept. Would stay there again.

The room had an overpowering smell of cleaning solution or room deodorizer. Some of the TV channels got poor reception; informed the front desk two times but it was not fixed. The bathroom sink was slow to drain.
"The Room was Small"
Even though it was small compared to contemporary motels, it was well furnished and comfortable. One criticism - the air-conditioning unit was very noisy. Fortunately, we were weary road warriors, and soon become accustomed to it. It did not keep us from going to sleep.

"Nice area close to everything"
Stayed Tue-Thurs and the room was great. Fast check-in and courteous staff. The room was very nice and included a nice window seat. My only discomfort was a sag in the mattress but sleeping was not a problem just sitting there. I would stay there again.

It was clean and the staff was SUPER nice. It was just a little small because I had alot of stuff. But I would recommend it...oh the elevator broke but they fixed it right away!!! GREAT STAFF!!
"Small but nice"
The room is small but then again it is a MICROtel. Duh. The only complaint we had was that the staff didn't clean the room. They came relatively early, ie before husband left in the first morning. He asked them to just leave clean towels and more coffee after he left (he was leaving soon). When we came back late that night there were no clean towels, […] the used towels had not been picked up and there was no coffee. The front desk was kind enough to give us both. When my husband and I arrived at Microtel Bossier City we were warmly greated by the front desk clerk. She was very friendly and also helpful to us on where to go eat. When we arrived back at the Microtel Bossier City that night, again the front desk clerk greeted us with an upbeat attitude and very nice. "Weekend Visit"
We were visiting our grandchildren in the local area so we only needed a place to sleep. The breakfast offered was done very nicely and the dining area was kept neat and clean. Our room was small – hence the name Microtel. I thought the bed was comfortable, my wife did not. We did notice that the bath tub had poor drainage the first night but was okay […] the next. We always got clean bedding and the heat/AC worked just fine. There was a little musty smell the first night and that was probably because we did not use the heat or A/C. We used the A/C the next night and I did not notice a smell. Our only complaint was that the room safe was locked in the “open” position and we were unable to get it fixed during our stay. Was booked at the last minute, and I was just hoping that it would be clean. It was very clean and I felt same comming and going with my children. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, they charged me twice for the room. The people that worked at the front desk were rude. You couldn't pay me to stay here again.
