Fantastic breakfast. Great staff. Good English. Furnishings simple, but nice. Location slightly removed from main attractions. Very close to main train station, tram & metro stops. Great Greek restaurant across street. Very nice experience.

I have been to Warsaw a few times as my wife is Polish. Neither of us had stayed at the Radisson before but as the price was very good we decided to treat ourselves. The hotel itself is a 5 star hotel: the room was large and comfortable [more later], the breakfast was varied, plentiful and very nice - having said that, if it wasn't included in the price […] we'd have eaten elsewhere as it is very very expensive.. which brings me to the area... The immediate area to the east and north east of the hotel is not one you should think about having a stroll in the evening or nightime. The area to the south - towards the Centrum is perfectly reasonable for a city centre. It is a 10 -15 minute walk to the Centrum Train/Bus terminal and many eateries/bars and cinemas. It is a short tram/taxi/bus ride to the Old Town also, which is a must. Back to the room - we had a coffee machine which did not work properly. Despite my requests there was no assistance on this mater. Nor were any answers given as to why I had to go outside our room to get a quarter decent wifi signal. In the room it was non-existent. The flat screen tv was good, as it took my usb stick. Also, the blurb states that the rooms were soundproofed.. this didn't stop our neighbours slamming doors every half hour or so. Overall, the hotel is great. The only thing is the hotel is located in between 2 tram stops on Pope Paul II Blvd, and it is quite a long walk from either of the stop. Why can't they put a stop at the street where the hotel is located?

When I arrived, it was not the Hotel I expected - there are two Radission Blus in downtown Warsaw. - however the hotel itself is great, the people great and it is within walking distance from the Old Town . Once I understood where we were, with the help of a map from the receptionist, everything was fine.

Good location, quality hotel, good fitness center and great breakfast. I could even ask for a late checkout for free. The only negative thing is that there was only a bathrobe in the room and we were two people.

The Radisson was great! The hotel was lovely. It's about a 15-20 min walk to old town and many other sites. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. There are many restaurants located around the hotel as well as a grocery store right around the corner. Breakfast was delicious so I would recommend including it with your stay. Very helpful staff. Staff member at reception left the hotel to purchase a SIM card for me. When he returned, he brought the SIM card to my room and even installed it /set it up.

A well located five star hotel in the centre of Warsaw, easily accessible from the station either by foot, tram or the 160 bus. The bus is great as its only a 12 minute ride to the old town. The facilities are excellent, especially the gym and the swimming pool.

I had to ask for the room I wanted twice, ie a room with a single big bed, once upon arrival, and then 3 hours later when I got to our designated room, it had 2 beds....Though it was rectified very fast and without any fuss. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Excellent service - awesome breakfast buffet, eggs to order, espresso and lattes, fruit and bread galore, all fresh. Comfortable bed (a little soft for us, we like European hard-style beds). Only negative was water temp was not consistent. We were on tenth floor so maybe that had something to do with it. Once every minute or so, while in the shower, […] the hot water would drop a little and the water would go warm-cool, just for ten seconds, but still a bit annoying. That was the only negative Everything else in the room was great. Quiet (important for us), very clean and fresh sheets daily, heated floor in bathroom, nice TV with 4 English news channels. We like to walk and it wasn't far to old town, even closer to Centrum mall and train station and Uprising Museum. A cheap cab ride to most places. Neighborhood borders some high rise business buildings in one direction and high rise aprtment builings in the other direction, so not much to look at from the hotel. Free intl english newspaper in the morning and 2 bottles of complimentary water in the rooms. Freindly staff for a hotel with hundreds of rooms. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant. The hotel was very comfortable with most of the facilities you would expect in a 5 star location. The business class room was clean, spacious and well decorated. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the waitressing staff very attentive. There were however some areas where we felt improvements could be made. There were no bath robes provided - which […] made using the pool and sauna area inconvenient - and no daily paper supplied even though both of these facilities are highlighted as beding part of the business class room service. In addition the cost of a soft drink from the room minibar was extortionate and the hotel taxi which brought us back to the airport overcharged us. Very good breakfast, spacious room, good location. Considering the price I paid, it is definitely very good, but I would not say it has the five star qualities, such as room being too dry, bed a little uncomfortable, and old towels. But as I said, I have no complains due to the price.

I booked Radisson Blu because it advertised a swimming pool. However, the pool closed for cleaning the 2nd day of my stay. During the booking process there was no warning of that. I could've found a good hotel but without a pool for less money. On the plus side: free wifi in the rooms.

GYM was a 12 out of 10, tons of machines and free weight it is actually a membership gym but not crowded. Staff was ok not overly helpful. Bed was extremeley stiff for me and when I complained they said all teh beds were the same and new after the 2nd night I was going to change hotels as I am used to a soft bed then offered to " add a softerner " there […] exact words it a mattress pad which actually helped but I think they should have offered the 1st time. Comfortable hotel. Centrally located. Pretty small rooms. I requested a bedroom with two single beds as I was staying with a colleague and the beds were tiny. Staff were helpfull. Breakfast was abundant and varied.

Decent hotel close to central train station and shopping centre but 20 minute walk to old town and main sights. 15 minute walk to Uprising Museum which is a must go. Room spacious (standard) and in good condition other than shower head which was blocked by limescale and did not give even spray. Water temp also a bit up and down once set. This isn't a 5 star hotel. Not even close. I've stayed in most of the major hotels in Warsaw and this is easily the worst. Service was appalling. Not enough staff seemed to be the main problem. Those that were there were probably overworked so I'll give them that excuse for the general rudeness of most.

We enjoyed our stay. Room wifi is not reliable. Front desk was slow. Restaurant good. Staff are very polite and helpful, Hotel is central for Greater Warsaw. Pleasant 15 min walk to old town. Easy walk to Golden Terraces for shopping.

Room and all areas were spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of foods but was crowded at times due to coach loads of tourists. Fantastic location only 10 - 15 minutes walk from the centre of the city. Reception staff provided an umbrella when it rained. We would recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure visits.

My wife and I stayed three nights at a discout rate with a perfect breakfast! There is a big indoor market nearby. Hotel-reserved taxi to Chopin airport cost only 60. Watch out for the taxi at the airport. I paid 140 from the airport to Old Town.

This hotel promises alot, but delivers on very little. The room wasn't ready when we arrived. Extras such as robes and slippers....well yes but there was only one for 2 people, great if you like to share i suppose. The nespresso machine is great....but only 6 pouches, 2 of which were decaf, and they they didn't get refilled during our stay. The bed […] was possibly the least comfortable i've had in recent times and the bedclothes rather synthetic.
