We had one overnight stay in an ongoing journey . Found everything very pleasant, and breakfast was excellent.

Rooms are clean and well kept. Front staff helpful and kind gave us excellent service. Breakfest area small and you may not get a seat on a business weekend trip but the food serviced was good.

After flying back from vacation, the ease and speed it took to get the hotel shuttle was a relief and the distance from the airport to the hotel was mere minutes. The friendliness and ease of checking in and the comfortable room given me, were both enjoyable experiences. The room was tired but fine and was clean. The breakfast was fine. The pool area not very nice location and not the cleaneast looking, i passed on using. Construction around makes getting out of hotel very confusing. Not as good as I have experienced at other Best Western Plus hotels.

The guaranteed shuttle service to the airport was 15 minutes late and was not large enough to take all the guests that wanted to go. Not world class; not even best in class.

The rooms are small, the bathroom is old and wasn't very clean. The free breakfast was nice and the staff are friendly. They have a long term parking option with the room when flying which also made it really hard to find a parking space. Not sure I would go back.

The first thing I noticed was the tattered, worn condition of the worn rugs on the entry floor and the hallways. We had dinner in the Lounge and the food was very good. We took the shuttle in the evening and in the morning very good service. Would recommend .

Bring food with you, the restaurant is not worth the cost, there are no other places to eat near by. Access to the hotel is tricky and not clearly indicated so do your research prior to departure.

The hotel was clean and the staff nice..it was noisy at night as we were beside the stairwell door which slammed all night and our tub was clogged so when you showered the water wouldn't drain, when I called the desk it was fixed within 10 minutes. Breakfast was good not just muffins and bagels.

My husband and I arrived on a Friday night amid the construction maze and were greeted by a friendly, helpful staff. Or room was luxurious, clean and convieniently on the first floor. When we decided to go out for dinner, we met one of the amazing shuttle drivers who offered to drive us to a little Italian restaurant not far away. After a lovely meal, […] we walked back. We took the shuttle to the airport to meet and assist our elderly aunt and uncle who were on a layover from Val Dor to Calgary. They flew out early the next morning and we returned to the hotel for another few hours sleep and a delicious hot breakfast.. From the online booking, the quality room at a reasonable price, and the helpful staff (especially the shuttle drivers) our whole experience was first class. This hotel does need some uplifting to improve its appearance. The shuttle is reliable, the free breakfast is good and incldes scrambled eggs, etc. The rooms are clean and the shower is good.
