The Westin Resort Macau — Coloane (Makau sala)

This resort is fantastic for kids, spacious lawns to run around barefoot, a grass football pitch, great swimming pool, good service and in walking distance to Fernandos (Macau's best value for money restaurant).

Hotel obviously needs some tlc but hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Bathroom large, clean and modern. Shuttle bus service excellent. Location quiet and superb. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is fine. Nice easy shuttle. Shows some sign of wear from age but overall a great stay. Staff was wonderful also.

The Westin has been around for many years, and for some it may show its age. But its still a gorgeous setting, with a well trained and competent staff. The rooms remain as clean and bright and brilliant in the sunlight as ever. If you need Macao proper, and who doesn't at some time in the journey here, it's no more than 12 minutes to the Cotai Strip. […] If you don't want the gambling and the shows, there's golf and tennis and a well equipped gym with a beautiful lagoon type swimming pool to take you away to a different era. Great place to stay if you are playing golf.

Good rates available here for a reason. The hotel is being run down whilst the Starwood Group build a new larger property in Macau. The rooms are ok with comfy clean beds but the fixtures and fittings are in a poor state.

Great stay at the Westin Macau! Spacious rooms with large terrace and great view overlooking the water. Only fault was that the rooms were tired and could have been a little cleaner. Other than that would definitely stay again! Hotel is close to Fernando's!!

Location is far away from all the site seeing and the Casino. Room is great as always, restruant food is good.

My friend and I wanted to go out for a night in Macau, so we booked this hotel and it was so beautiful the area was perfect distance from the strip, close to Fernandos which is our favorite. The property was well maintained. The Staff was amazing! I would definitely stay there again!

Nice Hotel, with large room's,good service ,mostly friendly staff, The hotel is showing sign's of it's age,but is still ok, i think would benefit from a refurbishment soon, but overall we enjoyed our 2 day's there,

We managed to get upgraded into a beach view room on the 7th floor, so the view was really nice and it was quiet. The room was big, with a good bathroom and amenities. There were a few stains on the walls and carpets, so rooms may need redecorating. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only problem is that the hotel only operates the […] free shuttle bus to Venetian and Macau Ferry terminal every 30 minutes, on a first come first served basis. So during peak times, you may have to wait longer. Taxis rarely come to the hotel, unless they are dropping someone off and you catch them. But good resort if you want a relaxing beach getaway. The shuttle bus ferries guests to 3 major locales in Macau but the attitute of the bus drivers is very much lacking. Firstly, there are no proper designated bus stops for guests to boarding and disembarking. Safety is certainly a concern. At the Macau Ferry Terminal, despite seeing that we were travelling with young kids, he was totally unhelpful and […] rude in behaviour when we tried to board the shuttle bus. There was one occasion, we waited for more than 30 minutes but the shuttle bus just sped away without showing any courtesy to stop by and let us know WHY??? This is a rather old hotel but it was maintained. Overall service is average considering we are expecting more from a FIVE STAR Starwood flagship hotel. A great thanks to the concierge team who are helpful and informative. The foreign concierge staffs are more pleasant and helpful than the local staff though. Nicely done up rooms with balcony and sit out, especially the one facing the sea, is cosy and comfortable. The health club facilities are great with an indoor swimming pool and the works. The affable and ever helping staff there is real icing on the cake. Location is great, specially with kids. Good playground and nearby beach. Breakfast buffet is sub standard Service is not optimal, quite a lot of waiting time

I loved the hotels location, accomodations and services. The hotel is right on the beach which is nice but away from most of Macau's attractions but with the shuttle provide by the hotel or short taxi ride it's only a few minutes away. 它是一間和一般澳門酒店十分不同的酒店，感覺似到了東南亞其他地方，房間設施較舊，但其他配套及康樂設施十分不錯，很有渡假的感覺。

客房比较旧，淋浴房设备很好，阳台很大，环境幽静，服务人员态度很好，如果去澳门不打算赌博可以考虑这家酒店！

虽然酒店离开澳门繁华市区有些远，但还是可以接受的程度。酒店免费的shuttle bus非常方便和快捷，半小时一班，准时准点。酒店环境舒适、娴静，设施齐全，就是不出酒店也能享受各种休闲心情。带女儿待了两晚，流连忘返。离澳门最大的最有名的赌场酒店威尼斯人非常近，想要享受繁华奢侈，可以到那里一游。极力推荐的休假酒店。

リゾート地区にあるため子供連れが多く、廊下を飛び回り夜遅くまで騒がしいこともありました。子供連れには最高のホテルでしょう。カジノなどにでかけるためにはタクシー利用が便利。5月以降の夏に利用されることをお勧めします。

環境清幽, 很適合度假,餐廳食物也很優良, 但沒有機場接送不太方便

吃、玩非常不方便的位置，適合長時間待在飯店渡假的旅客，飯店設備還不賴，雖然老但不舊。

非常好 酒店free upgrade 海景露台 是休息渡假浪漫的好地方 環境十分寧靜

The view of the balcony was fully blocked by the plant grown. The temperature of the hot water (bathing room) was not suitable for bathing at winter time. Water supply (bathing room) was weak.

basically all other 5 stars hotels are too expensive, which made Westin an excellent choice

有点偏远，出行有点不便，到葡京那边打的有些贵，酒店有很好的shuttle bus 服务，每半小时一班，可以做到威尼斯人和码头。酒店内环境非常不错，我们的房间自带阳台，看下去就是海，楼下有很好的游泳池，人造海滩和健身房！硬件设施非常不错！工作人员大多都只会说英语，少部分会说中文，服务态度非常不错，让人很惬意！价格方面，性价比很高！

酒店本身十分舒適,令人感覺很輕鬆,很有渡假村的感覺!房間及走廊亦十分寬敞,浴室用品也非常好用,值得一讚!! 唯一不足之處是交通不便!建議酒店加設穿梭巴士到澳門各地區及加密班次,方便住客外出活動/進膳. (強烈建議增設穿梭巴士由氹仔臨時客運碼頭到酒店!!)

今回2度目の滞在です。やはり、バルコニーで海を見ながら海の音を聞きながらまったりとビールを飲みながら過ごせるのが気に入っています。 マカオの海なので、さすがに入れる気がしないので沖縄のように海が綺麗であれば、もっと最高なんですが、こればかりはホテルの責任じゃないのでしょうがないですね。ホテルの雰囲気はアットホームな感じで居心地もいいです。

家族旅行にお勧めのホテルです。 アウトドアプールはとても広く、子供たちは大喜びでした。インドアプールは適温で、薬品臭さもありませんでした。 夜はビーチを20分ほど歩いて、フェルナンドというポルトガル料理のレストランに行きました。カジュアルな雰囲気でとてもよかったです。 覚悟はしていましたが、アクセスは不便です。 カジノなし、買い物なしで、のんびりしたい方にお勧めです。

パンは温かく、種類も豊富、ジャムも４種類、コーヒーもホットチョコレートもたっぷり３杯は飲めるモーニングサービスをテラスで食べるのはverygood。マカオにはめずらしい朝日をすがすがしく感じさせるホテル。天国のベッドとよばれるキングスサイズのベッドはここならでは。疲れた身体を癒しにくるのに最高のホテルです。 子供づれにはプールがあったり、遊具や芝生もあり、自然の中で遊ぶ欧米人比率が高いホテルです。フェリーからのシャトルバスの乗る場所がややわくださいかりにくいが、看板をもったお兄さんがいるの心配なく。
