My girlfriends and I REALLY enjoyed our stay. It was like a 2 bedroom 2 bath apt! Very clean!! Even the pull out sofa was VERY COMFORTABLE! We were really surprised. Other than the children playing in the hallway we had a really enjoyable stay! We will definately stay here again!
"Supervision needed on housecleaning crew!"
We would have really enjoyed our stay if there had not been a red splatter all over our bathroom vanity area. Called management but ... Well she came up but dismissed it as hair dye . Plus we were in a non smoking room & the bedroom smelled like bar due to cigarette smoke coming through the Air vents. The hotel front desk workers were very friendly except for one. The hotel has both smoking and non-smoking rooms. Out room was located near the stairwell and the cigarette smoke filled our nonsmoking hallway. We had a couple issues with lack of house keeping. We made a second call regarding the lack ov cleanIng and it was taken care of swiftly. My husband and I took the grandkids to the Newport Aquarium over their spring break, easy access to Newport. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite which was great. Hotel was very clean, staff very polite and helpful. Great reception in the evening with soups, salads and breads, etc. Full breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed the exercise room and pool. "Surprisingly GREAT!"
We were staying in Cincinnati for a birthday party, and really just needed a place to sleep for the night. I *strategically* chose this hotel due to its close proximity to IKEA and the Frontgate outlet mall. The hotel itself was surprisingly nice and clean! We will definitely return!

Their breakfase is well beyond dry cerial and muffins. They have eggs, breakfast meats self-serve waffles fresh fruit. A full line up.

We needed to attend a function at the Marriott Hotel. Since the Marriott had no vacancies, I looked online for someplace closeby. This is within walking distance (on a nice day) and exceeded my expectations. The room was beautiful and the complimentary breakfast was top notch!
"The Staybridge West Chester- great girls weekend!"
We were a group of 6 girls who wanted to spend an afternoon and evening together and we had a fabulous time- we will come back again. The room was great, the pool great, and the front lobby and sitting area and fireplace was very pretty. Rate was really reasonable, too! Thanks for a great time!

This hotel was EXCELLENT. THe check in process was quick and easy. We thought we were going to have to pay for our dogs ($75 non-refundable fee). However, it turned out that this fee was only if you stayed OVER 7 nights. So we got a great room for a great price and didn't pay a pet fee! The room was really nice. King bed with kitchenette and two TVs. […] The living room TV even had a DVD player to use. I would stay in this hotel again when going through the area. The hotel was clean. Staff friendly. Rooms with the "kitchnette" were nice. I only have one question-why no ventilation.
"A Sweet Suite to Suite Your Needs"
I was very pleased with our "double bed" suite. It had a fridge with an ice-maker in the freezer, and everything you needed to make a meal for your family. There was adequate space for the kids and even a view of the pool from our room. It had such a cute courtyard, with several tables and chairs just outside the pool. Cheese omlets, assorted breads-sweet to poppyseed, sausage, oatmeal and you could even make your own waffles. I could go on.
