This hotel had clean comfortable rooms, and the staff were all professional and friendly. Very close to the outlet mall and a nice antique mall, as well as several restaurants. We were very happy with our stay.

The sheets were paper thin they were so worn. Stains on the sheets looked as if they weren't clean. We were late getting out of our room one day, and it was never cleaned. We were disappointed. We had stayed here many times, but we are looking elsewhere for our next visit to the area.

We kinda of didnt have a lot of hotels to choose from, we needed something in Ames but every hotel was full. Its only about 15-20 mins from Ames so wasnt too bad. Theres a small mall in walking distance, and right around the corner convinece of food and gas. I was very pleased with the room and the bed was nice. We had two rooms because it only offered […] a king bed, come to find out the room had a couch with a fold out in it, so you may want to call and check about that. I was a little upset when I called before and said we needed our rooms early and they were running late and couldnt let us in the rooms for an hour. The front lady was very rude, but the next morning complelty differant. Overall it was nice we werent there that long but I enjoyed my stay. Uzziniet vairāk

It was great, our granddaughter enjoyed the pool. Found nothing wrong with the hotel or the staff.

We had a very good stay. The pool is open long hours so the kids had plenty of time to swim. We were able to have dinner (Subway, McDonalds, Casey's and Pizza Ranch close by) and birthday cake in the breakfast nook in the evening and in the morning there was plenty of kid friendly food for breakfast. We will do this again.

This was a great place to relax and celebrate a 12 year old's birthday. The pool is open from 6am to 11pm daily!

We arrived late and were looking forward getting to sleep quickly. But just as we were getting settled, we noticed hair in one of the two beds. I brushed them aside and didn't think it was a big deal, but my wife started looking more carefully. We then discovered this was not just one stray hair, but the bed was full of it. And we soon discovered it […] was not just one bed - both beds had hair in them. There was even hair on top of the bedspreads. We had to get dressed again, pack up our clothes, and went to the front desk. The receptionist quickly provided us with a new room and apologized. The new room was on the third floor, which I did not think would be a problem, but I should have taken the handicap room I was offered on the first floor. It was much hotter on the 3rd floor, even though our room did reach a comfortable temperature once the air conditioning had been running for about 30 minutes. But at that time we had lost about an hour of our sleep time. The hallways on the 3rd floor as well as the room had a bit of an odor. But at least no hair in the beds! This place serves a hot breakfast, but when we arrived, which was an hour prior to the closing of breakfast, they were out of sausage, with a note that they were all. The only hot item available was the eggs, and they were of the "institutional" kind - clearly purchased already prepared and just reheated. The also kept running out of milk and juice while I was there. I enjoyed the pool, and the staff was friendly - but this was not a well ran place. Uzziniet vairāk

This is a great hotel. We showed up late and needed a rollaway. Although the person behind the counter looked like they had no desire to do anything, he got us checked in quickly and got us the rollaway in a matter of a few minutes.
