This hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and interest spots. The kids enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in our one BR suite. My only complaint was that the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the mattresses need to be replaced, but other than that we had a great stay.

The room was cute and cozy. The room was non-smoking and smelled like smoke. The bath room was too small.

The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful for any and all matters. The location was great, less than a mile from the the W&M campus and around a mile to Colonial W'burg. That was the best part. The room itself was poorly constructed: very thin walls allowed sounds from adjoining rooms to travel through: the people in the room next to us had dogs […] and we heard them all night long. Further, the maintenance was poor. The door in front of the washer/dryer fell off the tracks, and the tracks were so badly damaged i could not repair it. The towel rack fell off the wall. Seriously, came right off. The final straw was the uncomfortable furniture in the sitting room. We paid for a suite because we knew that, with our new baby, we would be spending a portion of our time just visiting in the hotel room. however, the couch and chair provided were VERY uncomfortable. It's taken a week to get my back somewhat tolerable. If you're looking for a great location, this is an awesome hotel. If you're looking for a place to visit or have some quiet time, keep looking. The room was very tight. We had a single queen bed which was only a foot away from the outside wall. The TV/dresser was 2 feet away from the foot of the bed and so getting around the room with two of us required some juggling. TV is enclosed in cabinet, so if you are sitting on the small loveseat/foldout sofa, you can't see it. The room was clean--bathroom […] as well. That goes a long way... Parking is a hassle. There really is parking only on one side of the building, so it's quite a hike to get to your room if it is on the other side of the building, as the elevator is not close by either. Considering the check-in process and very small size of room, I'd say spend $10 more and go elsewhere. I commented to the desk receptionist that I found the process very inhospitable and she told me they had just been discussing that earlier. She told me this place is a time-share, which is why there is all the hassle with deposits, pets, etc. Check-in at 4:00 and check-out at 10:00 a.m.--at least an hour earlier than other places. We arrived at 8:30 p.m. and was prepared to be out by 8:30 a.m., but hardly worth the parking, deposits, etc. for 12 hours. Uzziniet vairāk

We found our room at the Westgate to be a good value for the price. The bathroom was spacious and pristine...with great water pressure and a room spa tub. The television was a bit outdated but not really a problem for us. the only thing we didn't like was the hotel's lack of vending machines. The only way to get a snack was to walk across the street to a Walgreens. Everything else was pristine...just seems strange that a hotel of this calibur didn't have any snak machines available.

Well located, clean, friendly service.

Enjoyed everything about the place

Fint rom med god komfort og god standard. Området er fult av interessante steder å besøke, med mye historie å by på.
