Hotel was great for bus and train station, also only 20 minute walk to the centre, through the beautiful parks. Staff were friendly and helpfull, prices very reasonable, food and drink excellent. Rooms were more than satisfactory, well furnished, spotless, comfy beds but no kettle, which I missed. Overall A+

We only stayed one night as we were just passing through Zagreb but the hotel was very nice and very conveniently located for the railway station and city centre. Excellent wifi, very fast and able to connect three devices at once.

My wife and I arrived here late from Vienna on the train and only stayed one night. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel. The staff was also very helpful, especially when we ran into problems trying to find out rental agency (apparently Avis has been giving out the wrong address to its customers in Zagreb for the past year). Good. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Convenient location, within walking distance of. Airport bus terminal. Only drawback was that we thought breakfast at 15.5 euros per person a little expensive.

Good breakfast although the food runs out early. It ends at 10:30 but the hot food is almost all gone by 10 and they don't refill. The hotel is comfortable and clean and offers good rates. It's in walking distance of everything, I would return again. It just needs little more maintenance to make it perfect. In the spa when I went, only 2 of the 3 hot […] tubs worked and the steam room was out of order as well. You have to ask for someone from the front desk to turn on the hot tub for you at 30 minutes at a time and then you have to ask for someone to come back if you want it back on. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The location is good, two stops from the bus station by tram. There is a tram station in front of the hotel which can take you to almost every place in the city. We strongly recommend this hotel.

We have walk from Main Bus station to Hotel only 10 mins. The location is great and convenience for city walk. Moreover, they have offer the free wifi ticket to access the wifi.

Fantastic hotel, in a fantastic location, with fantastic service. This was a great hotel to be near both the train station and the bus depot. We used this hotel to be close to the bus station so we could go to Plitvice early in the morning and it worked perfectly. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Zagreb.

Hotel room is large with quirky decor. Otherwise, it's pretty basic. Location is ok, about a 15 minute walk to the main square. Train tracks were right across the street from our room so we kept our window closed. We didn't spend a ton of time in the room, so the hotel was adequate for our purposes.

Staff was polite, room was comfortable (decor a little eccentric). Hotel is close to the train station, which was good for us, but it would take about 15 minutes to walk to the shopping and cultural district. We were given a room meant for the disabled, which means that the bathroom was huge, but unfortunately, the water didn't drain very well.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Would reccommend taking the bus on the cornor out front of the hotel.Be sure to buy ticket before getting on the bus. Easy access anywhere. Breakfast outstanding at this hotel.

We stayed here for three nights during our honeymoon in Croatia. The hotel was very clean and included amenities such as free wifi and a nice hotel gym. Lovely room - very clean. We were overlooking the station but there was no noise from there as we had double glazing. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean with lots of fluffy towels.
