We enjoyed our stay with three toddlers. Breakfast at the hote is really worth it. Hotel is near all the attractions. Though the hotel is right across from the convention center, its not in downtown. Staff very friendly and helpful,great location .indoor pool are always a plus :)
My only real complaint about the hotel was the bed was extremely hard and had a dip 2 it, very uncomfortable, other than that it was a nice hotel. The breakfast buffet was very nice.

We were very pleased with our room. It was quite large, very convenient kitchen with large refrigerator microwave and cupboards to store snacks. We had our two boys in our room, 15 and 12 and the room felt spacious enough for all of us. The breakfast was great. Lots of options! The only negative is that it is not right in the middle of the things we wanted, like aquarium etc and we drove to these locations, but the price of the room reflected that and made it totally worth it! "Staybridge Chattanooga - convenience only"
Staybridge Suites Chattanooga is located close to the downtown Chattanooga area and is very convenient. The hotel is well run and offers good perks, including kitchen facilities in every room. Unfortunately, the immediate surrounding neighborhood is quite unttractive.

This was our second time to stay in this hotel. The facility is great. The room/suite size is nice even for our family of 6. The breakfast is amazing! The first time we encountered no problems. This last time there was a party/throwdown in the room under us until 3AM. Despite complaining to the front desk and manager (along with others in the hotel) […] our only option was to move rooms in the middle of the night. Moving 4 children, 5 and under, is not pleasant. Have stayed at Staybridge manny times. Always Good service and excellent breakfast. Within walking distance of everything. If you are going to Chattanooga and like free parking, free breakfast, and an extra room in you room, this is the place.

"Staybridge Suites Chattanooga- Great Place to Stay"
My wife and I stayed here to be close to the Downtown area of Chattanooga, and it was amazing! The staff was friendly, breakfast was great, and afternoon cookies in the lobby were a welcome snack. We would love to stay here again, and probably will!

This was a fabulous hotel. We only stayed one night but it was great. The room was clean, comfortable, Wii accessible, wi-fi worked great and since we stayed on a weekday we even had a free dinner provided. We got a great nights sleep and the hotel staff was very helpful with giving information about the area.

"Great stay"
Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with three small children. overall satisfied with the room. Wish bathroom had been a little bigger. pool was nice and a nice surprise to have towels at the pool for us. Good quality for price. Convenient to aquarium and restaurants. Will stay here again, but will pay the extra for a two bedroom.

This was our third time to stay at Staybridge Inn & Suites. We always have a great experience. It is so spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and well stocked. Parking is free and very convenient. The staff very polite. We will go back again and again. We travel all over the world. This is one of our favorite hotels.

We were there for a short weekend. The breakfasts were passing with a limited selection. The eggs on the second day was an overcooked omelette type dish. Need better selections.

The only issue we had was that the front desk staff was completely unresponsive to our emergency needs during the evening hours. We had lost a good night's sleep waiting for help that would never come from a front desk staff that made a commitment to fix the problem. A big deal-breaker for us. Staybridge downtown was by far the best hotel I've ever been to. Granted, I have stayed in some $30/night dives ;) It was extremely clean and well maintained. "fire alarm"
During my stay without warning the guest (thought that was against the law without notification) they conducted a fire alarm test for the hotel. I was NOT a happy camper!
