Had a good stay. no dramas of any kind. hotel staff were helpful and friendly. good location :)

Decent place, good location. Main bed is comfortable but the pull out bed is really uncomfortable.

we have stayed here for the last 5 years. We reserved the same type room this year (studio)...imagine our suprise when we walked in to find 2 Queen beds and no couch. We were told they have removed all the murphy beds and couches and replaced them with 2 Queens. The beds were more comfortable but we go with another couple, and lounging in each others […] rooms are not nearly as comfortable with this arrangement. Very kid and pet-friendly. Right by the gondola to the ski hill. Huge out door hot tub, nice heated pool. New mattresses, new bed linens, even sheets just for our dog! Exceptionally well stocked kitchenette, and again looked like all new kitchen wares. Their little restaurant is somewhat disappointing, but okay pizza and creative cocktails.

The gondola to the village is great , an the staff is very helpful . A DVD player would be nice

A 2-minute cabriolet ride from Winter Park ski village, and a 5-minute drive from the town of Winter Park, this resort has a great location. The rooms are large and the bathrooms clean. We had a suite with a nice kitchenette and plenty of good utensils. The housekeeping staff are very efficient. The heated pool, hot tub, and sauna were a delight after […] a day of skiing. Good location, comfortable and quite clean when we went. This place is pet friendly.

The Vintage is a homey hotel with fireplaces in some rooms and kitchenettes. The village is accessed by the Cabriolet which runs continuously during the day - a 2.5 minute ride - and the Night shuttle which runs every 15-20 minutes until 11. I didn't get to the hot tub, but they also have a game room and onsite restaurant, although they don't serve […] breakfast. Just get on the Cabriolet at 730 and go to Goody's or the Back Bowl. Close to town and ski lift. Beds are old and too soft.

The hotel looked new on the outside but the rooms were well worn. The staff was super friendly.

very nice accomidations

Very friendly staff. One of the few hotels that welcomes dogs. Heated outdoor pool and hot tub are still a draw. New gondola takes you a hop over to the village. The downside: hotel is getting a little outdated - beds aren't all that comfy, tvs are old CRTs (we don't visit the mountains for the tvs though!). Restaurant/bar was closed in September - […] so no place to grab a beer and hang out. Could use a coffee bar on site. Good deal for the price though. We had a regular hotel style room this time - the suites are a bit bigger with small kitchenette - good for ski trips. Would still recommend - hoping for some updates soon! Uzziniet vairāk

It was decent for the price but would have been nice to know that paying extra for a room was pointless since we weren't allowed to use it because of it being off season.

Clean and quiet, just the way we like it!

The hotel sits adjacent to the Gondola that takes you into the village. The hot tub was spacious and comfortable. A truly excellent mid-range hotel. Very good for the price.

Was in the area with the family and needed an overnight stay on our way to whitewater rafting on the Colorado River near Radium. Convenient location and nice facility.

The Vintage Hotel was just what I expected from a reasonably priced, fabulously located mountain lodge.

The hotel was ok, but not great. The hotel appeared fairly dated. Choose another hotel if you have the opportunity.

Our family enjoyed our summer stay at the Vintage Resort. We enjoyed the beautiful Colorado mountains and the summer activities in Winter Park. The pool was warm on a cool evening and the hot tub was huge. The room was clean but the beds were very hard. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked a room at the Vintage for a weekend getaway because the price we found was really reasonable. That said, we wouldn't do it again. Both beds in our room were sagging and uncomfortable. We were also annoyed by the lack of sound isolation between rooms. There were kids in the next room and we could just about make out every word they were saying […] and they weren't even yelling. Those are our only complaints, but they were enough of an issue to make it not an enjoyable stay for us. I wouldn't recommend it. Uzziniet vairāk

Great place to stay if you are going through Winter Park in the off-season. Room was nice and staff was very friendly and even went beyond. Thankfully the room cooled off since there was no a/c to our knowledge. Was an ideal location since they were having a festival at the shop/village that you could ride a lift over to.

We enjoyed staying at the Vintage and the value was great! We would like to see better signage and it is easier to find than the directions given to us. Staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Having the gondola right out front would be a great advantage in the winter.

I went there for the 2011 Winter Park Beer Festival. Althought this hotel didn't offer shuttle to downtown Winter Park, it was the best choice for me and my family. Sure, I could have stayed in one of the dives downtown and crawled into my room. But I have children and the Vintage offered an extremely warm outdoor pool and a hot tub. My room was huge […] and featured a kitchenette. The staff opened the in-house tavern for some beer and dinner. The next day I took the chair lift gondola down to Winter Park base village for an affordable and fun day of family extreme activities! The staff was a bit eccentric - but what the hell - they live in the mountains! Overall, this place was a delightful bargain. I am a picky SOB and I recommend this awsome resort hotel for anyone. Hotel is in a great location with a very convenient mini-gondola ride outside the front doors that will take you down to "the village" where you can access all the mountain activities, skiing, mountain biking, restaurants and plenty of stuff for the kids. There's no A/C in the hotel rooms so if you go in the Summer, I recommend opening the windows soon […] after you check-in to cool things off - certainly wasn't unbearably hot, but hotter than we were used to..we'll bring a small portable window fan next time...also, if you get a hotel room that faces the pool, be prepared for some good noise until they close it up at 10pm. Overall, a nice hotel with a great location - would definitely recommend to others - very family friendly and pet friendly too. Uzziniet vairāk

We never realized how beautiful Winter Park was in the summertime. The flowers everywhere are wonderful. We took a free horse-drawn carriage ride in downtown, had some gelato, and rode the cabriolet from the Vintage Resort to the village below. Very nice loft room, you'll love it!

Such an interesting location and interesting sky box service to local shops and restaurants.......but they all closed VERY early and we missed out on many by the time we checked-in. No air conditioning. It was definitely cool that evening and a fan in the window did the job, but would have liked the option for allergy reasons. The pictures on the site […] are much nicer than the actual place. Needs an upgrade. Nice outdoor pool area. Uzziniet vairāk

I wouldn't want to stay here a week. Bring earplugs. Any sound from outside the door is easily heard due to gaps in the door jam. The murphy bed was kind of hard and the pillows were rock hard. Nice bar/grill and pool area though.

This ski area hotel, which I assume is ridiculously expensive in winter, was relatively cheap in July. We've paid more for trashy places in much less desirable locations. The room was of average maintenance and cleanliness. The mattress and pillows were rather soft for our tastes. The room (5th floor) lacked A/C, and the hallway and room were very hot […] when we returned from a ~70 F day in RMNP - we left the windows wide open all night with a box fan blowing in, even though the outside temp. overnight was quite cool (maybe 40-50 F). It is about a 1 hour drive to the west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, our destination. Bonus: upon return from the park, we were treated to a moose trotting through the hotel parking lot! Great location right in front of the open air gondola that takes you into the base area. Have stayed here many times, this time got a room with a Murphy Bed. Strongly recommend against it. Very uncomfortable! The management was very accomodating and moved us to a room with a real bed. Be warned when chosing rooms here.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Vintage hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a small stove top, microwave and refrigerator. They provided dishes and utensils also. The location was great. Right outside the hotel, you can catch a free ride on the air-lift to the shops and attractions below. stayed there one nite and wish we could of stayed longer we had the onebedromm and love it. its a 4- 5 star hotel. most definately go back for the winter,kids and i didnt want to leave

We stayed in six different hotels over a week and this one was our favorite. We loved the kitchenette for the break it gave us from eating out. The studio didn't have a lot of space but it was well laid out. The hotel personnel were attentive and helpful. The hotel had a huge hot tub which was really nice. Hotel is cute, and you get what you pay for. Room was clean and tidy. In the off season, specifically, the third week in May, there is no service at the hotel except housekeeping, which does a great job. The check-in counter is staffed only from 3-10PM, then the house phones are forwarded to the Lodge, a few miles down mountain. Shower had rust-colored […] water, and the tub was slow to drain. This hotel deserves better than its 2.5 star rating. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hot tub and pool are well maintained, and the rooms are clean and pretty with nice views. The bathroom is a little less up-to-date, but completely functional. We especially appreciated the complimentary hot apple cider after skiing/boarding.

We checked in a little early. Tub had scum in it. Mattresses were very saggy and duvets were old. Very few electrical outlets for my laptop. We got the impression that this was probably one of the nicest ski hotels in the area back in the 1980's...but it's in dire need of an upgrade. This was our 2.annual stay. We love this place!!The convenience, the rooms with kitchenettes, the restaurant, and of course the HOTTUB!!!! The staff is always so freindly and helpful!

Hotel is close to slopes and village, just take the cabriolet lift out front. Ample parking, convient and free. Excellent staff. Lockers available for ski equipment at no xtra cost. Dry sauna and outdoor hot tub were perfect after day of skiing. On site restaurant left a little to be desired but great for burgers and beer. Other restaurants nearby in […] the village.
