We needed a pet friendly hotel close to Kemah and close to my brother's house. We received a great price and stayed 2 nights. Fri and Sat. Front desk staff very friendly. Breakfast OK, Room nice, sofa uncomfortable. First night quiet, Sat night had above guest jumped around sounded like moving furniture until 2 AM. I called the front desk the noise […] lasted for 45 more minutes. We didn't want room service but asked for more towels and did not receive them. Smoking and back exit was dirty with liter. The rooms and overall location was good, the problem was management was rude and not very helpful or accommodating , they are foreign and do not speak English fluently , I will not stay at this hotel again

Clean, comfortable room. Decent bed. Internet access, both wired and wireless, was a problem. Hotel was quite willing to reset routers, etc., to help with the problems. Personnel noted the problem was not new. Persistence was eventually rewarded.

We came to the area for the NHRA Spring Nationals and didn't want to stay in a hotel near the interstate. This hotel was chosen for its proximity to Kemah boardwalk, NASA, and easy driving distance to Galveston. The hotel was very clean. We stayed three nights and on the third housekeeping did not leave any coffee in the room. There was a terrible thunderstorm […] which resulted in a power outage and I was surprised to find no emergency backuplights in the hallways or stairways. I would have expected some sort of emergency generator for at least some safety lighting. The lady during the day at the front desk was pleasant enough, but always answered "I don't know" when asked about anything in the surrounding area. The Mexican restaurant across the street was very good! There is a nice coffee shop about a mile to the west from the hotel if you're missing your Starbucks and don't want to venture into Target. I was very suprised to say the least...this was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in anywhere. The room was spacious and designed well. And the staff were so friendly, The hotel is located in a safe, central location. I will stay there again and recommend these accomodations to my friends as well.

Great location, decent room, very loud. Our room was at the top of the stairway & open to the lobby, which made it very noisy. Kids jumping in the room above us. A couple of towels were dirty/stained. Front dest brought up clean towels right away, but was already disgusted. We are planning to return to the area, just won't stay at this place again.

Awesome value for the money... beautiful appointments, comfortable, staff helpful, curious and kind, You could easily spend twice the money and not get a place this nice. Also, great restaurants nearby a plus!

i enjoyed it very much! the location was perfect for someone not familiar with the area; there was alot to do. the comfort and cleanliness was excellent and the food in the morning was good as well. I will definetly return if in the area!!!

Location is near NASA and Kehma. I really have mixed feeling about this hotel. I really didnt have any issues except that the hotel decor was very outdated which makes it look old and little dirty. The breakfast was ok, the lady working the breakfast area was niece and friendly. would i consider staying here again? maybe because of location and price […] but please do a remodel!! Customer service was great the staff was very friendly. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the breakfast area was very small. My husband and I had to wait to sit down and eat because there were only 6 tables to sit at for all the guests in the hotel to eat at.

The front desk staff were very nice and courteous. It was a rainy night but very comfortable. Parking was good and the traffic was not that bad on the front road where the hotel is located. Breakfast the next morning was also very good.

The staff was courteous and helpful from start to finish. The hotel is in fine condition. My room had nice amenities such as sitting area, king size bed, fridge, microwave, and sink. Complimentary breakfast is tasty. Great location near to Kemah boardwalk and other attractions such as Johnson Space Center.

needs to work on customer service. employee at nihgt was friendly but employee in the morning was rude. ask him if we could sit at the table by the pool to eat breakfeast because the entire dinning room was full. he said just go eat it in your room.it would have been nice if he would have told the big group who was eating mcdonalds to go eat it in the […] room instead of the quest trying to eat the food the hotel provided. The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were clean but simple, the pics showed a little bit more space. The only negative we had was kids running through the halls making a lot of noise at night till 3:00 a.m.
