We were very pleased with the comfort of the room, bed, cleanliness, etc. It was very quiet at night and great to have a light breakfast the next morning before we left. Would definitely stay there again.

I'm a fan of Suites by Marriott but this one didn't hit the mark. House keeping was poor, only offered shampoo and conditioner no lotion, bathroom was substandard, shower head barley got you wet. The breakfast was ok. Some good restaurants nearby.

I really liked my stay at this Hotel. The only downside I have to this particular hotel is the location and the somewhat awkward way you have to get to it from South University Drive, but that's not their fault. Other than that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The only complaint was the breakfast was average for the price of the room. The staff was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I thought the hotel was very nice. Only complaint would be the woman working the breakfast area. Things would run out and not be refilled in a timely manner, the small trash receptacle by the coffee was overflowing and when a young child accidently dumped her whole breakfast on the floor she made no attempt to help clean it up! We have stayed there many times and the new remodel is very nice. However, you remodeled the breakfast also. We went to breakfast and there was no coffee, sugar packets were empty (going to make coffee in the room), no white or chocolate milk. I do know the very sweet lady who does the breakfast was very busy with both the service area and a conference […] room breakfast, perhaps this was part of the problem. stay was great. road construction made initially finding it a trick. will book again for same event. runners breakfast was awesome and plenty early. shuttle service was good but I'll drive myself next time.

My room was clean. The overall condition of the room was ok but the bed was not comfortable and the tub had been painted. The hardware was rusty. I stayed in room 143. It was next to the highway and if it were not for the noisy ac unit I couldn't have sept because of the noise from the highway outside my window. The service was great and breakfast was […] good. Hotel rooms were newly renovated with nice decor. Beds not the most comfortable, but okay. The location and parking is difficult, but really great Mexican food restaurant very close walking distance. Stayed 5 nights on business for the second year in a row. The hotel management bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. We did have constant issues […] with housekeeping though. First day, we were skipped over and our room wasn't cleaned; Second day, they didn't leave new toiletries; Third day, they left their cleaning rag in our bathtub with pink sticky cleaner sprayed on tub and not rinsed. The hotel management always had housekeeping come take care of the issues, but got tired of messing with it. Thought the price was expensive for the quality of the stay. Close to Will Rogers Colliseum for the rodeo and stock show....close to the stock yards for touristy fun!!! Restaurants are near also!!! We will be staying there again!!!

Although the hotel was very close to the stock show venue....I did not feel that it quite lived up to its nightly rates or the "suites" description. The "suite" was small..basically a regular room with a half wall between the two areas. Very small bathroom area and the hair dryer was small and missing the filter cover and was found in the closet in […] a bag. Cleaning staff extremely rude. Opened the door to my room twice after being told not to disturb. Proceeded to be upset that we had not checked out at 8am in the morning. Air conditioning unit in room was extremely loud. Rattled all night.

Before going to dinner I asked at the front desk for directions to a well-known restaurant very close by. A little off the beaten path - access from I-30 is not all that easy - but I think worth the effort. Hotel is very nicely maintained with a friendly staff. Quick check-in, which I appreciate. Free breakfast was adequate. Would definitely stay there again.

We checked in for an overnight stay and were told that they had wifi in the room. They didn't. They had a broadband cable "conveniently" place so that we couldn't lie in bed and surf the web on our laptops as is our custom. Instead, we were required to take turns sitting in an uncomfortable chair at a cheap desk to check our work emails, etc. The toilet […] ran all night until we ran the shower the next morning. Then it weirdly stopped. That worked out okay though because we showered at the crack of dawn due to an attempt by housekeeping to barge into the room before we woke up. Fortunately, my husband thought to put the hook-and-ball lock on the door before we went to bed. Otherwise, the housekeeper would have been able to serve us breakfast in bed if that had been her desire. Not a place we will ever stay again. This is a wonderful hotel! We flew our 18 year old daughter in to audition for TCU and the staff at SpringHill Suites really took care of her. This was our daughter's first time traveling by herself and we really felt very comfortable with her staying at SpringHill Suites. The room was wonderful, food was great and the staff is exceptional!

Our first room was on the second floor, directly adjacent to the interstate. When I asked to be moved, I was accommodated immediately. The second room was perfect in every way. The bed was wonderful. The breakfast was good and plentiful. This hotel is close to the museum district. We will stay there again.

The hotel is located in a very quiet corner not far from the freeway, rooms were very clean and everything worked properly. Breakfast plentyful, tasty and good selection. Not a "walk to.." hotel, but close to everything with a car. A "go back to" hotel for sure.

The accomodations were roomy and comfortable. The hotel is tucked away almost under the freeway and there isn't much within walking distance except a little Mexican restaurant, but if you don't mind jumping in the car, it is well located for the museum district and university. Wonderful hotel in perfect location in Ft. Worth for the Will Rogers Colliseum. Excellent hoted because of great service, parking, and safety. (lots of crime in Ft. Worth during Christmas). There is no view from the hotel. It is tucked back in a quiet little area and the mattress had seen better days but the Hotel was very clean. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very kind to a single older traveler and the breakfast buffet was bountiful, including several choices for hot food. Deon, who ran the buffet was a gem and kept everything replenished […] and warm. Consider leaving her a tip if you visit. Great and easy access to any where you wanted to go. We like the layout of the room. It was very convenient to have relatives meet us at the motel and have drinks and snacks in the sitting room area before going to other events. Our bed was comfortable; it was easy to move the TV to face the bedroom or the sitting room. Everything was clean and well kept.
