"Always Reliable"
Whenever I visit Louisville my family stays at the Country Inn & Suites. They have consistent great service, the rooms are clean, & my son loves the breakfast buffet.
My wife and I had a very enjoyable two night stay. We found the room well cleaned and very comfortable. The location of the hotel was in a very safe surrounding. The breakfast wasgood on both mornings, but could have had a few other choices.The desk people were very helpful and we would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise... I wasn't aware that all the rooms had suites... a definite bonus when traveling with kids! Each morning offered a different breakfast and it was impossible to try all the options!
"Can't beat the experience!"
This hotel was fabulous! First the room was huge the beds very confortable and had everything we needed for our large family of 2 adults and 5 kids from 18 months to 14 years old; Fridge, Role-a-way Bed, 2 TVs, Microwave and toiletries, plenty of towels and good shower. Great indoor pool with hot tub the kids loved it and so did the adults; and there […] were pool towels so we did not have to bring from the room or keep track of what we used at the pool. Second best free breakfast with fresh made waffles, eggs, biscuts, sausage, yogert, 3 different types of juice and all of the other breakfast things, all yummy! Third the hotel staff was very helpful with coupons for local dining, extra towels and more. Lastly on a personal note the kids loved the library of books in the lobby and the duck nesting in the parking lot. I would highly recommend this hotel as close to many attractions in the area including the Louisville Zoo. We will look for a Country Inn when we visit other places like the Columbus Zoo in April. "Great choice!"
The employee working the desk on both nights of our stay went above and beyond what he needed to do. He offered fresh baked cookies, called to see if our room was ok after we had gotten settled, checked on towels at the pool and even got my toddler a glass of milk.

We were happy with our night. I like the breakfasts at Country Inns. This hotel appears to be a bit old. The carpet shows some wear, the ceiling has some texture cracking and the pool area isn't very good. I would still stay again simply because it suited our personal needs and it wasn't expensive.

Very comfortable room, friendly staff, hotel and room looked brand new. Interior motif almost looked like a chalet. Really enjoyed the breakfast provided. Had it twice and it was slightly different each time, but included hot food such as scrambled eggs, hash brown potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and the usual pastries, cereals, and hot waffles. One night stay for business...room was clean but a little bland. Good breakfast and front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

The stay was a good one. Facilities excellent. I was a little disappointed that the maid service was making guest wait in line for breakfast. It seems there should be a better way that they come in as to not interupt guest. I witnessed 2 of them making breakfast while an eldery couple left because they ran out of time.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was for what I paid.

My family and I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the Zoo, and was the most inexpensive that had 2 queen beds and an indoor pool (things you look for when traveling with kids, lol). Although the pool was Not available the day we checked in, it was a day and a half later when we would actually be available to enjoy it. The pool was very nice, […] quiet. We had it all to ourselves. And the breakfast was very nice and included make yourself waffles-a hit with the kids. I really liked the homey feeling with the cookies @ the front desk and the little library next to the fireplace. I will stay at Country Inn & Suites from now on. Very nice hotel with a very caring staff. Breakfast was pretty good, and the guest laundry was a big bonus. Walls are pretty thin, but otherwise, hotel was very nce and a great deal for the money.

Even though it was a non smoking hotel the rooms had a hint of smoke. My guess is that the hotel used to be smoking and once changed the smell still lingers. Other than that everything was great. The workers seem to work hard. When I went into my room one afternoon the maid was cleaning my room...she was on her hands and knees in the bathroom scrubbing […] the floor. There was not much variety with the breakfast, needs more than one waffle iron. Our first room smelled of smoke and they switched but did not upgrade us which would have been nice.

we arived late night. I usually check my room but we were tired after a long drive. Brought in luggage and told the attendant about the condition of the room but told her I would just stay the night. Carpet and chair filty. Room had a pet odor ,carpet torn and where the room had been worked on caulk was in the floor. after I told the attendant about […] it she said the room should not have been in the rotation however she put us in it maybe because we were black, theyhad plenty of rooms there was nobody hardly there. the place did not compare yto 3 years ago. the next day the owner or manager gave us an upgraded room. this is not the kind of experience I would recommend to anyone. Very happy with the hotel. Upon check in, they moved all 3 rooms next to each other. King Suites had lot of room for get togethers. Free cookies, hot breakfast, helpfull front desk, 2 TV's, desk, iron, larger fridge-all amenities used. Good location. Will come back.

I stayed here for a few days on business and let me tell you, I was impressed. The staff was kind and the rooms were pretty nice. Grant it, it's not 5-star, but it's comfy and spacious. Breakfast was better than some other hotel chains in that you got sausage, eggs, and potatoes, however, again, don't expect a fine dining experience. You can tell it […] was stuff you just add a bit of water too and you're done. The location is great! You are just a few minutes from shopping centers and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. "Need to update quite a bit"
Overall my stay was less than expected. Bedding and sheets were very worn. First night sheet had a couple of holes in it. One of the four pillows had a lot of staining, really needed to be replaced. Had put a note after the first night to change bedding. They replaced the sheets but not the stained pillow. Actually set out the pillow the next night... […] and they still didn't change it. Toilet would not flush without holding the handle down for about 3-4 seconds before the pressurized tank would actually "kick in," and when it did it was very sluggish. Nice comfortable 2 room suite. I liked that they kept extra blankets in the room. Decent gym & pool. Continental breakfast was ok too. Very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

We were extremely pleased with this hotel. The room was very nice and clean. The blankets and pillows were soft. Even the lobby of the hotel was inviting. My 7 year really loved the indoor pool as well.

We came to L'ville to visit with friends and were looking for something clean, affordable, and convenient to our needs. This hotel met all our objectives, and exceeded them in some ways. It was clear that some floors of the facility were undergoing renovation, but our floor was clean and quiet. We also found the double queen room to be more spacious […] than some we've experienced in the past. The free breakfast was nothing special, but consistent with what we've experienced in other hotels, even those that cost quite a bit more. There was a window missing in the swim area, making for a cold swim for my kids (since it's November), but I assume this was just bad timing... considering how the rest of the hotel was kept up, I'm certain they were on it. Our stay was quite pleasant. We didn't want to pay the extra ten dollars for a rollaway bed, and the staff was very accommodating […] in giving us extra blankets, etc... for the floor for my son. staff was very friendly and helpful. When we got to our room top lock on a door was broken and room smelled like smoke although it was non- smoking room. Other than that everything alse was alright.

Hotel located in business class area. We thought for the money it was a good deal but it appears the facility is in need of upgrading rooms. Carpet was worn and slightly soiled from use and bed linens also showed signs of age. Bed linens were clean but in service a little longer than most hotels of that class.
This hotel is efficient, clean and well-kept.

Compaired with other Country Inn locations this was at the bottom. Of course it was half the price of the other one at the airport which made it OK but nothing more.
