Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room wasn't cleaned until 5pm one day and cleaner was not happy when she couldn't gain immediate access to clean the room as my daughter was in the shower. This is the 2nd time we've been to this hotel and the experience of dining amonst the characters is wonderful but you have to pay the (very expensive) price. This time, we were not impressed with being put in the Disney Suites for an evening meal and breakfast as I do not think there was the same amount of choice.

This hotel is in a great location on park and offers some great experiences, such as dining with Disney characters, which children find magical, however this comes at a price, I would strongly recommend booking this on a half board or full board basis, as the bead and breakfast option that we booked, proved to be extremely expensive when you factor […] in the cost of the evening meals or room service or mini bar. The only real options for dinner are the hotel restaurants, of which there are only two, as most of the restaurants on the park close early and/or only offer basis 'happy meal' type options, and the restaurants in the hotel cost us circa €140 per night for two adults and 1 4 year old, without any additional wine etc.. the buffet was €51 per head per night. Also the swimming pool is too small for the size of hotel and gets full very quickly, so this has limited availability, especially for younger families. I debated whether to spend the extra money to stay at this hotel, let me tell it's worth it. Great location, comfort and extras features such as arcade, indoors pool, kids club/play area.

Breakfast was great. We had lovely rooms on the ground floor with their own patios which superb. The staff were very friendly and as it was a minute from the entrance gate it was perfect so would recommend it to everyone. Just remember to take a travel kettle though there are none in the rooms and there is nothing like a cup of tea on the patio!

Very nice hotel, just some quibbles that made the experience frustrating: 1) signposting to get to the hotel is shocking - with two small children in tow after a 6 hour journey by train, we had to ask at travel information in the train station and again at tourist information, and neither were able to direct us to how we get to the hotel. In the event […] you have to pass through security gates that look like you are entering the disneyland park itself, and then though you can see the building, you discover that the building also houses all the tickets offices and entrance barriers to the park, and there is no signage at all to indicate the part where reception is housed. Very frustrating. 2) Check-in - this took an hour of queuing - every person to check in in front of us took 20 minutes minimum as everything was explained to each set of guests - can't believe there is not a more efficient process, where you can get your room and then come down later to get your park tickets etc. 3) Concierge service was poor- we asked them to book us a table at a restaurant which is in the disneyland park, and they said they didn't organise bookings for that particular restaurant. when we asked to see menus of other restaurants to check for their suitability for children, they said they did not keep menus. 4) Best food choices were in Disney Village, found the restaurants in Disneyland and Walt Disney Studios not just overprced but shockingly poor quality of food. We have stayed in the other Disney hotels but for us this one is by far the best. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help. being at the front of the park it's location is fabulous. Breakfast was fantastic. they get you a table unlike the other hotels where it is a bit of a free for all!

Great location, clean, great service. I was disappointed there was no wifi throughout the hotel. Free wifi is a must these days. It is not the best value for money hotel I have stayed at. I think it is extremely overpriced.

Yes, it's pricey, but it's worth every penny. We've stayed in all the disney hotels and this one has definitely spoiled us, we never want to stay anywhere else if we visit Dsineyland Paris again - there's just no comparison.

We booked a 4 night stay and was given 5-day pass to the park. This came as a surprise as we thought the pass to the park will only start on the day after check-in. Unfortunately our original room had a leaky toilet but the reception staff upgraded us straight away. A great hotel for kids and adults alike, food and buffet breakfast were excellent. The kids had a chance every morning to get character autographs and photos and also throughout the day in the hotel. From the moment we arrived everything went so well the sun was shining and very warm. Concierge collected the luggage, valet parking took the car, all great. Had to wait about 20 mins to check in but no problem. Hotel was a lovely place and the staff were very helpful and spoke very good english. Great hotel for many reasons. The first is the location. After a busy day at Disney it is so great to be able to walk straight into your hotel from the Disney village, especially as we have 3 kids one in a buggy. Ma si fa pagare troppo anche quando i servizi come in bassa stagione non sono top come nel periodo normale di operatività. Sinceramente preferisco il New York hotel per un rapporto qualità prezzo superiore […] a questo, diciamo che in caso di offerta si puo fare una pazzia almeno una volta nella vita e provare questo hotel che per le sue caratteristiche è unico al mondo gli altri hotel disney sono molto lontani dal parco soprattutto negli USA. Comunque hotel di classe con servizi di classe anche se come detto non sempre il personale è cordiale ed anche qui ho visto in un certo senso furberie per "fregare" i turisti: mi riferisco al ristorante inventions che era chiuso ed il buffet è stato fatto nel california grill ma almeno in quella occasione non meritava il prezzo pagato: solo due personaggi e cibo non proprio eccezionale. E' stato il mio terzo soggiorno negli hotel del parco , ho prenotato per 4 notti ed è stata una esperienza assolutamente fantastica; arredamento dell'hotel curato nei minimi dettagli, personale affabile, buona colazione e costante presenza dei personaggi Disney (meraviglioso per bambini ). Ma la cosa che ho apprezzato maggiormente è l'immediatezza nel […] raggiungere i parchi e il Disney Village a piedi senza dipendere dalle navette. Unica pecca il totale inutilizzo degli aspirapolvere....per tutta la durata del soggiorno percorrendo i corridoi, sempre nelle medesime posizioni si notavano a terra pezzi di carta, di cellophane, oggettini di plastica ed addirittura un cotton fioc... ma in fondo nella nostra stanza, oltre a trovare a terra un bigliettino con degli appunti lasciati da precedenti occupanti l'abitazione, ci ha tenuto compagnia per tutto il soggiorno un pezzo di cerotto avanti alla porta del bagno. Fortunatamente però, in luogo degli aspirapolvere, c'erano innumerevoli bambini che, correndo scalzi dappertutto, nei corridoi, nella hall, nel ristorante, provvedevano a pulire almeno in parte la moquette. 日本のホテルではチェックインしてからしかパークチケットはもらえないと思うのですが。。。、今回2泊しました、チェックインは15時すぎてからですが、それよりも数時間前から手続きができその日から3日分のパークチケット（1日に２パーク）とファストパス１日一人１枚（計３枚）がいただけました。日本より１日分おおいですよね。海外では普通なのかな？予約するときの係りの方はこの件の回答は曖昧でしたので、行くまでどんなんだろうかと思っていました。部屋はフロントから遠かったですが（リクエストしなかった）あまり気にしていません。朝食のバイキングの種類は普通です、そんなにこれでもかと言うほど多くありません。フロント、ドアーマン、クロークの方たち皆さん親切でしたありがとう楽しいディズニーライフが過ごせました。

Aangename kamers met een mooie badkamer met meer dan voldoende handdoeken en toiletartikelen. Spijtig van het vervelende geurtje in de kamer. Mooie keuze aan het ontbijt. Ik vreesde dat het hotel na 20 jaar wat afgeleefd zou zijn, maar het tegendeel was waar. Erg leuk om vlak aan de ingang van het park en the Village te verblijven.
