Overall, my family had a good time. Close to Disney entrance, rooms were clean and convenient with bunk beds for the kids. Best 2 star we have stayed in. Food was overpriced at hotel and the buffet quality was poor in my opinion. I would recommend if are on a budget and have children.

We chose Hotel Cheyenne as best priced of available Disney Hotels. It's a 10 minute walk or 3 minute bus ride to the park, buses every 15 min. Rooms are small and basic, but decorated in a fun cowboy style. Food is pretty good buffet style breakfast and dinner - you certainly aren't going to go hungry here. I guess the only real complaint was that having […] built a whole Wild West town, there are then no horses, no cowboys wandering around, no theatre. Maybe I should have gone to the Wild West show in the Disney Village. Maybe there are horse rides in the summer. It just seemed a bit empty outside and could have done with some animation along the very long internal road through the hotel buildings. Exactly what you'd expect. It was perfect for us for a trip to Disneyland and a few days to visit Paris. Hotel location is great within walking distance of Disney parks and RER service in to Paris. Price is excellent for a family compared to Paris hotels. Being a Disney hotel you get the advantage of being able to access the parks early int he morning. […] Rooms are basic, but clean, breakfast catering is like a school dinner hall and large queues slow service is to be expected at reception. Although we did not go in to park and only used hotel as base for other event in Paris, we still got the same great service and hospitality. And the price was a lot cheaper then most others in the centre.

we have just come back from a 2 night stay at the Cheyenne great location anf the staff were really friendly. Breakfast is busy but there's plenty available - cereal, toast, croissants etc you can have photos with certain characters in the morning and the bus is very frequent and runs until 11.30pm . Lovely hotel, great location, it's supposed to be a 20 min walk to the park, it's actually only about 5-10 min walk! Great food and brilliantly themed hotel! Recommend to a friend definitely!

Great looking hotel based on a wild west theme, very helpful staff, nice rooms, breakfast was excellent. Not far to the two parks, the bus service was also very good. Jessie from toy story was one of the characters be seen there, my daughter was very happy about that.

There was only 1 pillow per person and when I called Housekeeping to get an extra pillow they told me that they didn't supply extra pillows. The mattress was like sleeping on a plank!!

Typical Disney hotel and experience really. The room was fine, everything worked and did what it said in the brochure, but that is about it. The only downside really was that the staff were very much processing the next person in the queue, so you very much felt like you were just a number who had to be dealt with and passed through as quickly as possible, […] and also the prices in the hotel. We are vegetarian, which isn't a lifestyle choice that is on the Disney Corporation radar, so while we had to pay the inflated all you can eat buffet price there were only 2 things we could eat - a cheese pizza and ratatouille, which for £20 each was a bit much. This is a great budget Disney hotel . Reception staff are excellent . Rooms clean and tidy . Breakfast is very basic and a bit like being in a cattle market but saying that the hotel in cheap compared to most Disney hotels so still worth staying there and I would go back again . Loved the theme of this hotel. Public areas clean, tidy and staff very helpful. Room very smelly and warm on arrival and not enough pillows-requested more but allegedly "not a spare pillow in the whole of Disneyland!" For the price very very happy.

So much attention to detail has gone in to this beautiful hotel & the free bus to and from Disneyland makes it extremely easy to pop there and back again in no time at all. Hotel was great for the price paid for it, we were 4 adult girls staying in the one room and the only thing that we could say would be that the double bed was perhaps smaller than the average double but other than that we were very impressed. lovely clean well decorated hotel. Staff were fantastic, shuttle bus to park frequent and quick. Breakfast time is a bit of a nightmare! A bit like a cattle market, but plenty of good food on offer.Rooms would benefit from tea/ coffee making facilities. Excellent value for money. Would go back again no problem:)

The whole experience was very good. Everything is worked out by Disney to make things simple. The rooms were very clean and bathroom spotless with a good working shower as well as bath with water as hot as you like. The only thing that didn't work was one flickering light and one that didn't work. We were that busy we didn't get it reported. Opposite […] was a laundry which would be useful for families who might be stopping longer and also a cold drinks and warm drinks machines that we did use. The staff were very friendly with us - nothing was a problem and we always got a smile. It made you feel special and welcome. Breakfast as others have said was a busy affair but we always got a seat right away and the help yourself buffet was adequate. I didn't expect so many characters to be at breakfast but they came frequently and were available for photos - either professional or take your own with your mobile/camera. We walked down at eight in the morning and were delighted to see Mickey Mouse. We joined a short queue in reception area and got our photos. :-) It was so handy being able to get on a bus when we wanted and taken straight to the parks. excellent value for money overall. stayed here 2 nights for daughters 7th bday. check in was smooth and daughter was even given a voucher to get a free badge in any disney shop & an autographed picture which was a lovely unexpected touch. rooms were easy to find and were cleaned daily and towels replaced. At breakfast time there are characters outside the restaurant so you can get a few extra autographs without the queues at the parks! You need to get an early slot for breakfast.(they ask you on check in what time you want to eat ) on the 1st morning we ate at 8.30 which was fine. the 2nd morning we got there just after 9am and it was horrendously busy with no spare tables!!!! I would advise taking breakfast between 7.30-8.30 and then you make full use of the extra 2 hours Disney Magic where you can get into the park before the general public have access at 10am. The breakfast was basic and very french/german based with bread rolls/croissants and ham/cheese etc. NO Full English here or cups of tea im afraid!!! The choice of this hotel was not as bad as I read it from some other bad reviews. Although the keycard slot was loose but it doesnt mean the hotel itself is old... Yes the bed double bed wasnt too comfortable but i believe after a long day at Disney, no matter where you are sleeping, everywhere is comfy... breakfast was long queues but the lady at the […] reception was working fast.... not too much choice of food, but i think was quite OK... coz i believe people choosing hotels nearby or Disney Hotels, they are actually looking for the extra hour to the park and also to be the first ones at the park, so trust breakfast would be something to grab and go.... then why should we need a big variety of food? It would be best if the hotel provided already packed sandwiches... hehehehe.... for me... I just grabbed a croissant and add ham and cheese blocks in it... and GO!!!!! I booked this hotel just 2 weeks prior at a brilliant price. The hotel is slightly futher out than the other disney hotels but the convenient, free shuttle bus makes trips to Disney village and the parks extremely easy. I stayed in the Billy The Kid accommodation block, this is was very close to everything. The room was imaculate, very clean, and seemed […] new. Maids service everyday was brilliant. We booked into breakfast for 7am every morning as this did get very busy. The choice of drinks and food was brilliant. We also ate in the Chuck Wagon restaurant for dinner one evening. The choice for both adults and children was outstanding, and this was an all you can eat buffet. My last comments relate to the brilliant staff throughout the hotel. My 5yr old really enjoyed sleeping on the top bunk bed and now he wants a bunk bed in his bedroom! The room was nice and really warm when we got in which was nice as it was cold outside!

Pretty reasonable on the whole, and it's close to the Village and the parks with a pleasant walk along the creek. The room was fine with 2 bunks but the bathroom basin was blocked. Of course you pay over the odds for the food, but the kids liked it well enough and certainly we've had far worse buffets elsewhere. All Disney hotel buffets seem to be the […] same! We didn't have any hold ups with check-in and the staff were helpful. One warning - on your first day you might not get a decent breakfast time as other guests have already taken the best times. my main and very important problem with our room was the master bed mattress. was impossible to sleep on and moved to the bottom bunk bed which was very comfy. In regarding the breakfast, I do not eat food with gluten or sugar. The hotel had gluten free bread but not much of what to put on to eat except butter and yellow cheese. Brilliant for families! Fantastic theme and general surroundings were well kept. Shuttle bus excellent and quick. Only downside was prices and quality of food in general. Limited shop option on site at hotel shop. Rooms a little tired but wild go back again because of location and theme...brilliant for of younger kid.

Hotel is far from Disney land but Free shuttel bus service makes it easy and simple. Great western style hotel with all required atmosphere. No Aircodition but FAN only which we felt very uncomfirtable because we were there during peak summer.

What a wonderful experience and very novel stay in a mock up of the old wild west. I was half expecting Clint Eastwood to step out around some corner with his 6 shooter. Only Disney could pull off something so well. The kids enjoyed meeting the characters as well as the pony rides exclusive to the Cheyenne. The staff were great and helpful.The room […] was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and soaps etc. The only thing I would say that could be improved is the buffet breakfast which was a little frenetic with the numbers of guests. Seating I think should be arranged by the hotel staff to make it a little less messy. We were a group of 8 (2 families), but had a bit of a mission to try and sit together. While some families with just 3 or 4 people were sat at the larger tables that could easily have seated our party of 8. Apart from that little gripe I would definitely stay again without hesitation. Overall not as good as expected from a Disney hotel. Not even as good as a 2* motel in the U.S. Our room smelt of smoke. Opened window & put on fan but still very bad, so rang reception (to say we'd booked non smoking) but not helpful at first, only offering to spray air freshener (to which I'm allergic). Later, offered an air purifier which helped, […] but the smokey smell returned after a day. Couldn't be bothered to complain again. Towels thin, rough & dowdy. Bed: rock hard. Some staff friendly, some sullen & grumpy (no, they weren't Snow White's dwarfs:-) Only saw 1 character - Minnie. No tea making facilities - but could put returnable deposit on a kettle. Good points: Quiet location. 15 min walk from park. Good breakfast - we chose 7am. Nice dinner buffet, expensive - but expected that in France, go before 9 pm as gets very busy. Bendy buses to parks every few minutes. Queues not too long. Studios bit of a disappointment as not as big as anticipated, finished it all by 4pm, so hopped to Disneyland again which was great (apart from very smelly toilets) & had water drinking fountains. Tarzan live show was fantastic, as was the Parade, Fantillusion light parade at 10.15pm, and Dreams with fireworks at midnight. But quite a few rides with 'technical difficulties' & staff slow to tell the queues when rides stopped working. Far too much money for such a poorly-kept hotel! I've stayed in many European hotels. This one was very, very weak for the cost. Even factoring in the convenience of staying on property, the hotel just doesn't deliver value at all. Stay away.

We took our 4 year old for his birthday - hotel's western theme is really good - you expect Wyatt Earp to pop round the corner - Amenities on site very good - breakfast busy - would suggest an earlier sitting - easy to drive to - 5-10 min walk from Disney Village - and only a further 5 min walk to the parks - great location - good time had by all

Great Hotel. Have previously stayed at Sequoi Lodge and this hotel rated just as good although a little further fromthe parks. We looked at Santa Fe but this hotel is definatley much better and is worth the small extra cost.

Wounderful hotel can't really say more than that. Does what it says on the tin. A hotel close to Disney. A lovely walk or a very short bus ride. My 2 year old and 3 year old loved the theme. Buffet breakfast was as expected. At the end of the day you get what you expect for the rate.

Had fun in the pretend atmosphere here, as well as admiring the other theme hotels. On some days hotel guests get into Disneyland a bit earlier, which saves some queuing stress.

A great hotel. Lovely atmosphere and really good location. Fantastic value for money. Breakfast was great, and all the staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend for a break to Disneyland, staying in a Disney hotel without the over inflated prices of the 3 and 4 star offerings.
