Una Hotel Palace — Catania

This is a modern hotel in a central location in Catania that I would not visit again. The beige carpet in our room was covered with very obvious and multiple large stains. The rooftop restaurant has nice day time views of Mt. Etna but that's it. It's usually hard to get a bad meal in Italy but this placed managed to serve swordfish that tasted like […] cardboard and salads that were limp and unappetizing. It was also way overpriced. Excellent location. Very pleasant helpful staff. Rooms very large and well appointed. Bar very good with good selection of tapas with drinks. We liked it so much we returned to stay for two more nights.

We stayed at this hotel in the beginning of February, i.e low season, despite the St Agata festival, so very few guests. The hotel personnel was very friendly and helpful and we got all the service we wanted. They all spoke English rather well. The breakfast buffet was very good with nice and efficient personnel. The restaurant at the top looked very […] good and was OK but rather expensive for the food served. The room was nicely furnished, the bathroom elegant, more generous in size compared to the room. A fine, centrally located hotel with a good dining room and an excellent roof-top bar. We used it as a perfect spot to start and end a Sicily walking tour. It was an excellent choice.

Our hotel just by the Milano train station was perfect. It was 2 blocks easy walking to train, and a short 4 stop subway ride into the center of Milan. Excellent value for the size of our room and amenities of the hotel. Beds were extremely comfortable and our windows opened for fresh air. The room is very good. They have a wonderful roof terrace with Mt. Etna view, where you can have (expensive) drinks or dinner. The breakfast is rather ordinary, though with a lot of choices. The room is well appointed, but we did not like the fact that underneath the bed linen, they had a bed cover made of plastic to protect the mattress. Accoglienza eccellente , per professionalità dello staff e per qualità dei servizi . preziose la disponibilità e le informazioni turistiche .L' hotel è in posizione centrale per la visita alla città .Le camere sono eleganti e pulite, Ottima la colazione .Il parcheggio ha un costo un pò elevato anche se la gestione è efficiente .

In der Fussgängerzone bei allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gelegen. Unser Standardzimmer war relativ klein, es ist jedoch alles vorhanden, was man für einen gepflegten Stadtaufenthalt benötigt. Die Stadt ist überraschend attraktiv. Ein Aperetiv auf der Terrasse bleibt unvergesslich.

現在マルタに住んでいますが、フェリー乗り場への連絡バスの時刻について問い合わせたところ、かなりの時間がかかったが丁寧に対応し調べてくれました。他の人に聞いても英語が通じなくて本当に困っていたので、ホテルのレセプションには感謝しています。来年もまた来たいと考えています。

　場所はエトネアド通りに面した中心部にありドゥオモ近くです。私はレンタカーで行ったので、エトネア通りを曲がろうとしたら、警官に止められましたが、ウナホテルに行くと言ったらOKでした。地下に広い駐車場がありびっくりでした。（イタリアなのに、料金は１日２０ユーロ）駅までが少し遠いのが難点。部屋はバスタブ付きでとてもきれいでした。

L'hotel è di alto livello, la colaziona è buona e ricca, le camere pulite, il personale gentilissimo anche se la manutenzione della stanza non era ottimale (un buco nel muro intorno la manopola doccia, l'aria condizionata impazzita che non scendeva sotto i 26 gradi). Nulla di grave o di rilevante. Ben più significativo mi sembra, e non riguarda solo […] Una Hotel, che ci siano ancora alberghi di livello così alto, e con prezzi non proprio da ostello, che prevedano tariffe aggiuntive e care per il colllegamente internet con il proprio smartphone o portatile. Lo reputo un errore e non credo convenga portare avanti una politica di questo tipo. Collegarsi con il mio telefonino era più conveniente e mi rimarrà il ricordo di una gestione spilorcia dell'Hotel. Bra hotell. Sentralt

Hotel au design épuré, plutot moderne, et très confortable. La grande majorité du personnel est très agréable et prêt à vous aider. Certains sont multilingues dont le français, Ne pas hésiter à les demander si vous avez besoin d'une quelconque information sur l'hotel ou touristique! Les chambres sont impeccables, confortables au niveau literie, la sdb […] est agréable. Une amélioration sur le petit déjeuner serait la bienvenue, au niveau du choix quotidien, mais aussi de l'accueil! (nous avons fait 3 jours de collation et quelque soit la serveuse, aucune n'est aimable, ce qui contraste avec le personnel de réception qui est souriant!) Uzziniet vairāk

NO SE LE PUEDE PONER NINGUNA PEGA UN 10 EN TODO

L'hotel è centralissimo in una struttura molto bella, le camere sono moderne e un pò gotiche, la colazione è meravigliosa con granite e qualsiasi altra cosa si possa volere, da vedere il roof garden. L'hotel si trova in zona ZTL e non c'è possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze, in compenso ci sono moltissimi negozi!

L'albergo è centralissimo e facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto. La struttura offre una splendida terrazza per l'aperitivo e la cena dove l'atmosfera è veramente unica. Il bagno è molto confortevole e lo stesso la camera, necessiterebbero di qualche attenzione in più per essere impeccabili.
