A very nice hotel in a quiet location. Not suitable for children. We enjoyed a relaxing holiday with attentive hotel staff. The only draw back was the high price of the WiFi internet connection.

We stayed there during the off-season (January)and it was a little difficult to find but we stopped several times for directions and all the neighbors were so nice. Once we got there, we were immediatly greeted by name and the Concierge was so nice. The accomodations were 1st class. The restaurant (the Chef) was amazing. A little expensive but worth […] every bit. We did the Spa and service was top notch. Small resort (maybe 50 or less rooms), short walk to the cliffs of the ocean and there was an amazing small (blue) cafe overlooking the ocean - great place for coffee and something sweet. Serves mainly seafood and was incredible. Hotel and staff were 1st class, personally not recommended for children, romantic and yet classy enough for business. Will be back! Will need a car, in summer (seasonal months) maybe things are a little more accesible but we drove quite a bit. Most restaurants and shops due not open until April/May but the hotel was amazing, clean, definetley a spa resort, small and luxerious. Uzziniet vairāk

An excellent hotel for couples to relax and unwind. There are around 40 rooms, on three floors, fully carpeted so very quiet. Also complimentary safe - very useful. It is very close to the beach - a hundred metres or so. There is a pool,small garden, tennis courts, indoor gym, jacuzzi and sauna. There is also free parking outside the hotel. Breakfast […] was very good and the service efficient . The staff were all very friendly and polite. We had one evening meal in the restaurant,which is not inexpensive, but was most enjoyable and nicely presented with a good choice of food. Definitely not a hotel for children or young people. There are a few typical Portuguse restaurants withing easy walking distance and reasonably priced. There is no entertainment in the hotel which is a definite 'plus' for us! Uzziniet vairāk

A very peaceful and quiet hotel next door to the beach, its more boutique with only 40 rooms, and with no childrens facilities, there weren't any so you could hear a pin drop around the pool and enjoy a relaxing swim whenever you wanted.. The breakfast was until 11am and no rugby scrums, very peaceful, great choices (even champagne) and very nice staff. […] The rooms were kept very clean, we had a garden view which overlooked villas but we don't sit in the room so it didn't bother us. We were in a heat wave so the air con in our room and in the hotel areas was welcomed. All staff were very helpful. There is a great supermarket around the back of the hotel and the beach is a 2 min walk, go left and find some smaller coves, there less crowded and a delight. We ate in all 3 restaurants on the beach and found them very nice especially the views but a nice 20 min walk takes you to Sao Domingoes, ask at reception, and never think you have gone past it as it pops out of nowhere, but the food is wonderful and very reasonable, very unlike us we went back twice, try the codfish in cream, its like a fish pie and so tasty. We also went into Albufiera, a 10 euro taxi drive, we went for a night out but found the drinks expensive and not a great atmosphere, more geared to families and avoid the marina, its more like blackpool pier.. However by the hotel it is very quiet with nothing to do, we were happy to eat locally, enjoy a walk on the beach and head back as wanted to relax, if you are looking for nights out rethink... The taxi from the airport was seventy euro, back to the airport it was fifty euro BUT the peace and quiet was well worth it, we always stay in 4* plus and I have to admit the attention to detail wasn't quiet there for a 4* but the relaxing atmosphere they create makes it a 5* in our book. We only ate once for lunch in the hotel as ran out of nights, but it was very nice, well presented and reasonable, Oh and theres a little cafe outside the hotel that sells ice cream Uzziniet vairāk

large room,clean,helpful personnel. great breakfast,though I wouldn't recommend their restaurant for dinner. exceeded my expectaion

We chose this hotel because we did not want to stay in touristy Albufeira. It is comfortable and relaxing and is able to retain its charm because of its small scale. The pool is lovely, and the breakfast is excellent. There is a library and pool table that we made good use of. It is near a nice beach, but all beaches in Portugal are public so there […] is no connection between the beach and the hotel, which wasn't so clear on the website. Also, unlike many of the other hotels, there are no signs pointing you to it at the rotaries. Print out directions before you go because not many people in the area seemed to know this hotel. If you want to avoid the fray of Albufeira, this is a great place. There are several delicious and local restaurants on the road toward Guia (try Ramires in Guia for chicken piri piri!). Hotelet uppfyller högt ställda krav. Restaurangen var toppen med mycket god mat och trevlig betjäning. Vi äter inte ofta på hotell där vi bor ,men här åt vi fantastiskt gott båda kvällarna och var mycket nöjda. Rekommenderas verkligen. Läget ca 300 m från en lång och bra sandstrand var för oss lämlig för långa promenader. Vi gjorde utflykter längs […] Algarvekusten och då var läget av hotell mycket bra. Uzziniet vairāk
