We stayed here because our usual hotels were booked or very high priced the weekend of Boston Marathon. Staff at front desk was ok. Walking into room, there was broken and open switchplate near door with wires showing. Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, and towels were thin and hard. Bed was saggy and whole room looked like ti needed an update. There […] was a kitchen as advertised, but we really didn't need it. Breakfast was not advertised with good reason. They had wrapped bagels and banana nut muffins, period. Coffee and some fresh fruit, including rock hard pears. Almost no room to sit. There are better hotels right in the area. Uzziniet vairāk

i was not satisfied. dirty elevators and room. we were planning to stay at many hotel. i should be reiumbursed for this stay else i wont use hotels.coml

This hotel is located in a business park in Waltham. Pretty close to Boston. No frills. You get what you pay for.

Stayed at the Embassy Suites in Waltham, MA while visiting family in the Boston area. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was helpful and courtesy. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and a big plus. Loved the fact that COSTCO was next door and the fact that the hotel is right on Route 128/I-95. Its absolutely great. Nice and clean, basic hotel. I did have a suite but it was all good

Cheap rate close to boston

We have stayed there several times the first two times the folks were friendly and effective. This last time the folks could not help us with the tv or the heating and cooling. Neither worker right.

The room was fine and clean. The staff is very friendly. My only complaint was that the laundry was filthy. I didn't even want to use it, so I went downtown to the laudromat instead.

The hotel was old, outdated and smelled like stale smoke. Our sheets smelled like smoke in our non-smoking room. There were exposed wires from a missing outlet. The bathroom is very old. There is no shampoo and just a small bar of soap provided. I will not be returning.

This was a nice hotel... nothing too special about it, but it was nice and comfortable. The hotel staff could probably use a few lessons in dealing with unhappy customers, but treated me just fine. I like that it is right off the highway which made our trip to BOS a easier the next morning.

These rooms have a 2-burner oven, coffee maker, microwave, kitchen sink with garbage disposal, full-sized fridge, couch, desk, TV, iron, and bed. They are built for week long stays, and have everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The only problem is that you have to drive 30 minutes from this hotel to get to Boston.

The hotel sits smack in the middle of a suburban highway wasteland (forget about walking anywhere), but not far by car from downtown Waltham, Boston or several universities. Also, the price was right (relative to better hotels) but the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. There were crumbs in the pullout sofa & crumbs & pills of some […] sort underneath. What's more, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.... The entrance to the hotel was dreary & looked like a housing project. Ditto for the breakfast lounge. This is probably what hotels in the Soviet Union looked like, but that's really just a matter of taste. I was not impressed with this hotel. Our initial room (non-smoking) smelled like an ashtray and then we were assigned a different room. The room smelled and the bed was not very comfortable. The front desk person was nice but the rest of the staff was unwilling to help us with our room. The location is nice, but my advice would be to stay at the Homestead […] hotel (which is not very nice either, but cheaper) if you insist on staying at Waltham. A cheap decent hotel that is close to the city. It is about a 20 minute drive to get into boston proper. one complaint was that there were several cigarette burns in the bed spread. that was somewhat disgusting. hotel suited the purpose for the right price though

it was a little too far out with only one restaurant near by....luckily tour picked us up there and it also wasn't that far to the T line......dissappointed pool was not heated and covered up already ...and no internet to use....could use better breakfast offerings....I don't drink cofee!!!...nothing else.... but great helpers at the desk!!

I work in Waltham about six weeks a year, and I appreciate the convenience of a suite hotel with a kitchen as I frequently am too tired to go out to dinner after work. This is by far the nicest suite hotel in the area. The only real down side is that there are very few restaurants within walking distance. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I stayed here because all of the hotels in Boston were crazy expensive. There was a stench in my room that was disguting. The clientele was questionable at best. I fire alarm sent everyone outside in the pouring rain early am. On the positive side the girls at the desk were friendly and accomodating. Hotel room was ok, nothing special. The bed wasn't that comfortable. I was hoping to sleep in after a long week, but there were constant doors slamming and pounding everywhere by the employees. The service is also not that great.

Although fairly close to Logan Airport, and a reasonable rate, there were no gas stations open after 9pm in the near vicinity to fill up the rental car before departing very early the next morning. The hotel lobby definitely needs a facelift. The rugs were torn, ragged, and dirty. The couch in our room looked old and tattered, and bathtub floor in our […] room was also stained and looked dirty. Filthy from the elevator to the rooms. It took three attempts before the front dest clerk and I was able to find a room that I felt was presentalbe. There was even a bed paint stains all over and the sheets were wrinkled and faded no pride in presentation at all. Ifelt comfortable staying in this hotel, however, it does need some upgrading. For example, the wall close to the tub/shower showed much water damage. I spent the first night in ankle deep water in the shower due to a clogged drain. However, maintenance was prompt in responding to the problem the next morning. The reception desk staff was professional […] and accomodating. The room was adequate, howvever, more attention should be made to cleanliness (obvious old crumbs and debris on metal bedframe, dust underneath the bed). Rooms are a bit shabby and dated. The breakfast and gym are a joke, pass on both

The location was good with easy access to 95. The bed was very comfortable and the small kitchen allowed us to prepare a small meal and eat breakfast on the weekend which was nice. The room had a floral scent which was overpowering in the first room we were given and much milder in our second room. Someone with scent sensitivity would not be able to […] stay in the room. The tub had black mold around the joint of the tub surround and the shower curtain was beginning to spot with mold. While the price was cheap, you certainly get what you pay for and no more. The small sofa in the room and bed cover were worn and dingy looking. Unless you stay more than 7 nights, you get no room cleaning, no change of towels, no bed made. There is no shampoo provided - a first for me. The front desk clerks were pleasant, but did not know directions […] to things and certainly did not offer to look anything up. I would stay there again.

It was a terrible experience, terrible service, horrible hotel, they don't offer anything for what you're paying. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Good business work space and kitchen. Small and uncomfortable bed. Awful breakfast. Wandering front desk clerk.

This hotel desk asked me if I wanted to buy the shampoo. Shampoo is not included in the price of the hotel room for the night. That was a surprise .

I was a bit disappointed to learn that a choice was made to block the sound from the Fox News channel. At first, I thought it was only the television in my particular room, but it was also the case with the television in the fitness area. Then, I checked the breakfast area and the Fox News station was completely blocked in that area.
