Definitly is not a five star hotel, maybe many years ago. Is little far from the strip, but the worst was the hotel lacks maintenance, for example the shower water wasn´t drained , so the water came up to the room.

The resort and complex - brilliant but staff left us confused. Confusing information led to extra charges for what was deemed part of the package.We had a room and breakfast package and were instructed during our stay to eat at this location and when we checked out we had a charge for eating at this site, after specifically asking were we ate. Other […] information also was not relayed in a understanding manner either which resulted in services not utilised after specifically discussing and being advise these attracted additional extra charges. We didn't know this hotel is so isolated when we were approaching to it. The lady seem not good at training on how to response to our concern when we checked in. These initial incident brought us very bad impression about this hotel. But soon we found out this hotel provides free spa, swimming pool and very cheap ($1.5 pergame) bowling, table pool, […] and movie theater as well as free money on playing casio. We then got a lot of fun of it. Remember to apply the free Player Card that can save you a lot of money and gives you discount on using buffets. I was not happy to be charged "Resort Fee" which I didn't notice specified in the booking process. The front desk manager help me find it out and offered me two compliment buffet vouchers which I don't deserve to get. The service is great. The room is nice and the swimming pool is fantastic and beautiful. It has about 6 pools with one major big pool in the center. Uzziniet vairāk

I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vegas, away from the crowd on strip.

We have been to Vegas many times and love the location of this gem off the strip. There is a beautiful view of the mountains especially in the pool area that can be lost from hotels on the strip. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Having been to Las Vegas on numerous occasions we decided to stay off the strip for a change. If you want to get away from the large crowds this is the place to stay. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative was that the pool water was to cold for swimming. Outstanding hotel and staff, only draw back it the distance from strip and airport. Shuttle was available but not frequent. Amenities suburb.

First off the beds were very uncomfortable, the hair dryer has a cord that was like 6-8 inches long, rendering it kind of useless unless you slink down by the wall..the Italian place in the casino had terrible service, food was ok nothing to write home about for sure. Not sure about the resort being 5 stars not sure where they got that rating. Not like […] any other 5 star hotel we have been to in the last few years. Go to the Trump its definitely 5 stars. Good overall resort. Great selection of restaurants within resort from high end to food court. No need to go to the strip. Spa very expensive and attitude to place a reservation. Three conventions at same time in addition to concert on Saturday night. Had no problem with noise or delay in room service with all activity at the same time. Loved almost everything about the place, but be aware that they are going to tack on a $28 (per night) "Resort Fee," to your booking price and not tell you about it until you get there. That said, my wife did use the spa and gym every day we were there and she said they were great. The rooms are big and very comfortable and one whole wall is a window, […] so they feel really spacious. I don't gamble, so I can't speak to the casino aspect. We ate at two of the restaurants there, the cafe and a Japanese restaurant called Haichi. The cafe was good (though overpriced). The Red Rock resort left a bad impression on us. The room was dirty it had a used coffee cup on the table and the tub had soap scum and bit of blood in it.the smoke from the casino was nauseating and we didnt like the pools outside the hot tubs were not hot. There was also some hot tubs roped off just for the elite rich guests which is very unfair.The […] food at the buffet was terrible . Never again.Not impressed at all for a five star place. We absolutely loved this hotel. It had everything we could want right in the hotel or extremely nearby. The bathtub was amazing!! There were little things about the room that had not been cleaned. Overrall though we loved it and will come again!

Loved everything about the Red Rock Hotel....the views, the decor, the service, the buffet and American Cafe was delicious. Loved being away from the strip BUT if you need to go it's just minutes away from the highway that will take you there in less than half an hour. Our major complaint was we asked prior to booking and also at checkin whether the pools were heated. We were lied to because we were told all pools were heated when only two small jacuzzi pools were actually heated. Disappointing eight year olds on vacation is not good. Our room was not very clean. I asked to switch rooms, but hotel said they werent able too move us. And it was our honeymoon...

I like the location of the hotel as it is off the beaten path of the strip. Very quite. The rooms as spacious & clean. I like staying at the Red Rock hotel.

We selected Red Rock due to their proximity to our family in the Summerlin neighborhood, less than 1mile. We had heard good things about it, and we very pleased with our stay. The hotel is modern, well appointed, and gorgeous. It's location is far from the craziness and traffic of the strip, and view gives you the choice of the city or natural beauty […] of Red Rock canyon. Flying out of Vegan on News Years day, found an affordable alternative to the strip for New Year's Eve. Great evening dining and gambling! Starbucks on site to assist me with my early flight out. I highly recommend a weekend there! Close enough to the strip, and there is great shopping nearby Red Rock.

I go here every year for holiday gathering with family and I am starting to look forward to next year already. I LOVE the SPA and the rooms and hotel are so cozy, I highly recommend. I may even consider going back just for fun, there is so much to do at Red Rock !

we very much enjoyed our stay. the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. the staff was helpful. we found the restaurants to be a bit pricey, but across the street were some amazing restaurants with affordable prices. the resort fees should be adjusted as it was too cold to use the pool and they were higher than most other hotels. but we look forward […] to another trip to this resort and will highly recommend it to anyone needing a restful break. a $28 per day outrageous "resort fee" where the "resort" maintenance people can NOT even fix a running toilette flush after 3 attempts. Also, at 1 am poolside music was so loud that relaxation and sleeping was impossible. When complained about my experience during checkout, it is so ridiculously funny that they ONLY hand you a review or feed back piece […] of paper so you can spend your valuable time to mention their shortcomings for them to make more money and charge people more nickels and dimes rather than offering a customer satisfaction offer. There is no microwave in the room and you have to pay 15 dollars extra everyday even you only need to use one time and the room dining service said that they don't have it

This is the best hotel in vegas, if you don't like staying close to the strip. The room was clean and in a separate wing than the casino, but the walls are kind of thin, so expect to hear occasional chatter from other guests rooms. Also make sure to double check your bill, otherwise you may get charged an extra internet fee on top of the resort fee. […] Other than that, the hotel was a decent and clean one and the pool was not clouded at all. This place has it all movie theaters bowling alley eating places from inexpensive to full on exquisite and all inbetween a must go to resort.

Beautiful property on the outskirts of Las Vegas, but the staff did not seem aware of the basics of guest comfort. Two beds were requested on the reservation, but first room assigned was one bed. Hotel staff indicated that they had not consulted the reservation initially when assigning the room. Second room offered a loud leaky shower and a running […] toilet, which necessitated we get creative to fix. When reported, housekeeping said they could not give us an estimated time of repair. This Hotel was an excellent choice. This is probably one of the most luxurious and newer hotels in all Las Vegas. The Hotel is located about15 - 20 min away from the strip but while that can be an inconvenience for some people it was a plus for us. It is much quieter than the other hotels on the strip and allow us to rest nicely after a busy day. It […] allowed us to drive around withing Las Vegas and see regular neighborhoods and restaurants out of the strip. In general this hotel is very luxurious, is in very pristine conditions and the service is one of the best. The hotel is very clean and I have not idea at what time the general areas are cleaned but the fact is that everything was shining. The restaurants withing the Hotel are excellent. The buffet is likely the best in Las Vegas and certainly the best value. If you get the Resort card it cost like USD 5 for breakfast, USD 7 for lunch and around 14 for dinner. All non alcoholic drinks are included. the only problem is that as it is so good there is always a fairly long line including a long line of locals. Check in went smoothly enough but when we got to our room there was one queen bed instead of the 2 we reserved and paid for as we were a party of 3. A call to the front desk confirmed that they did not have any rooms with 2 beds available. They offered to send a rollaway bed at no charge to us We left to eat dinner and go bowling and were gone 2.5 hours […] and returned at midnight to find that the bed had not been delivered. After almost an hour of calls and being told that there were no rollaways, a staff person just appeared with one. No apology or offer to set it up just knocked on the door and left. Also the room was huge but incredibly dusty. When the sun came through the curtain in the morning it looked like it was snowing. At check out I did not want tot pay the extra resort fee due to the poor service the night before but no dice. They did offer to give us a coupon for breakfast but we'd already eaten. Warning--the rate online actually cost us much more after resort fees and taxes. Won't make this mistake again. Uzziniet vairāk

Requested quiet room so I could rest over vacation... Got noisy room with kids running in hallway and loud music on other side. Treid to change rooms but they wouldn't accommodate me. Walls are paper thin- you can hear EVERYTHING going on. Also, it' s a spectacular room but no cups? That is bizarre! Also, there was confusion regarding the resort fee. […] Apparently that is optional depending on how and where you book your room. Black room key indicated you will have to pay the $28 per day which only allows free access into workout club/spa. There are really no other amemities unless you count free parking. This hotel is really nice. There's a resort fee - $25/day.

The hotel's terrific, but i was charged an additional 30-35 per cent after checking in for a room tax. I feel the room rate i was quoted was misleading, as i was charged additionally when i arrived.

Red Rock was a beautiful, friendly and fun resort. However, when you book a room....request a room near elevator unless you like long walks. It is a great place, but not to user friendly. Staff was nice, casino nice, fun to have movies and bowling alley. Beautiful pools!! Just be prepared to hike around thats really the only drawback. Oh...the rooms […] are nice and contemporary, just a bit dark!! So if you need a lot of light it may not be for you!! Over all a pleasant experience and I would stay again. Uzziniet vairāk

The room was clean and cozy. Especially, I liked spa facility very much. The only disappointing one was Japanese restaurant Hazzi inside the hotel. The quality of Sushi there was worse than that of any local japanese restaurant and menu is very overpriced. Except that, this hotel is worth the price and we were satisfied with staying there.
