No air condition, temperature was 28C in the room

The hotel was fine. The problem was the location. We were close to the train station. so that might be a good thing, but we were not close to the sites and the nightlife. So we did a lot of walking and taking the subway. If i were to do it again I would definetly stay in a different area. Near the train station is a bit shady and loud. The people at […] the front desk weren't helpful either. We asked for a restuarant suggestion in the area and they said eat in trastevere which is the opposite side of the city. Enjoyed my stay, the location is very good, the hotel is a walking distance from most of the sights. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and best of all the service was very friendly. The breakfast got a bit boring after eating the same things several mornings but it was much better than expected and a good start to a day. The best thing about this hotel is its location - so close to Termini station!! The room was very spacious but the bathroom had a shower that was broken. The hotel is pretty clean in general - but the towels were not always very clean - which wasn't a nice thing at all! During our stay, they forgot to vaccum out bathroom floor one day. The restaurant […] was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However, the internet is not free. I would recommend this hotel simply because of its location. This friendly hotel is located in a quiet street near the Termini central station. We arrived too early for check in, but the staff was friendly, looked after our luggage, and had placed it in our room for us when we returned a few hours later. The speak english well. The room was simply furnished, clean, airy, the bathroom looked newly renovated with […] lots of thick fluffy towels. Breakfast was plentiful, with both sweet and salty alternatives. The only minus here was that the staff only remembered to offer us coffe once in four days (it is being served at the tables). but hey, in Rome, you drink espresso standing at the counter in one of the nearby cafes.. Hotel located close to airport bus & train terminal, 5 minutes walk. the room is a bit noisy somtime, it depends on your room location/floor (I stayed on 1st floor), receptionists are quite friendly/helpful in general. Room temperature is hard to control, even though I had requested twice, but since March, the room temperature is O.K. room is clean. […] breakfast is o.k. make sure you request your coffee two cups at a time, sometime it will take a while to get your second cup of coffee. Good location, but very small rooms and a good audibility (can hear the neighbours talking). Friendly staff. The AC was not functioning.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Large comfortable room at a very reasonable price. I made use of the wellness/sauna area and had a couple of massages (extra) - very relaxing and a nice service. Friendly, helpful staff who speak excellent English - and who also let me speak my imperfect Italian with them. I had only one meal (pizza) at the restaurant. […] It was, I must say, one of the most awful restaurant experiences I've ever had. I had the feeling that everything, including dessert, was heated up and not homemade. This was not a problem for me as the food was not included in the price and there are lots of places to go nearby. Hotel was very convenient to Termini train station, street noise was normal. Only issue we had was the sound insulation between rooms is not very good. Other than a loud person next door, we were very pleased with the hotel.

Great location, just next to termini. You can get to the hotel easily from airport just by taking a shuttle bus to termini, then walking 500 meters to the hotel.

The location is great, close to the main train station. The hotel is clean. However the service of the staffs are just not as I expected. The lady at the information desk couldn't answer correctly the opening hours of Vatican Museum, which was OK. However, instead of looking up the correct answer using her computer, she quickly gave a wrong answer […] by guessing, 9am to 3pm she said, to dismiss us as quick as possible. (correct answer is: the Ticket Office is open from 9 am to 4 pm. The Museums close at 6 pm.) When the front desk guy was asked how to go to the airport, he asked us to go to the train station and ask the information desk there. Other than those minor issues, I like this hotel... The Hotel was fine, but breakast was not what I expected. We were there for a week and every morning the eggs and the coffee were cold. If you are big on these items , do not include breakfast with your stay.

The heating system was hard to regulate. Location and general conditions at the Hotel were good to excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and responded well to all requests. I don't know if I would rate it a four star. The hotel was surounded by mainy small good resturaunts. It was an excellent bang for the buck.

It is located near the central station. So it is good for exploring the city. But the service that the staff offer is quiet bad!! Not cooperative: We got a freezing cold room and the gut at the reception refused to change it before his cheif came the next day!! Second visit to this good value hotel in very convienent position for transport links. Helpful staff,easy walk to good restaurants and shops. Small bar and restaurant on site. Roof garden not open at this time of year.

I want to complain about internet at the piram hotel. It has not free wifi !!!!

I was very disappointed with the hotel comfort. The description states that is was a 4 star hotel, but in reality I would give it 2 stars maximum! The room was very small with old and broken furniture’s, not to clean either. The air conditioning was set up for a temperature of 25 without possibility to change that! At night was way too hot. Good placed hotel near the railway station - the beds were very hard and small toilet but if you could live with this it was a good priced hotel. We did not use the hotel breakfast. Nice and service minded personel who was willing to provide information.

We asked 4 times to get water from bide and to wash our hands and face on basin. . Only a little stream to clean our teeths. Only shower was working. We stayed there 14 days. Anybody didn`t repair them. It is unbelief. . Never stay again in your hotel.

The Welcome Piram hotel is very close to the Terminal and the bus station, so it's convinient to all the sites who want to see. The room was large and clean, the staff in the reception and in the restaurant was very helpful, but no many options for the breakfast or the dinner, if you have half-board and this was the only negative in our stay. Good Room. With Air conditioning. But, no Heater. Not so sophisticated living. This can go onto a 3star or 2star hotel type. Definitely not a 4start. The service is really good. And the breakfast is good as well. I went there during an offer period. Otherwise I feel it is expensive for this type of room.

The hotel is just a minute away from railway station. The district is rather cheesy, but all in all it was safe even in the evening. It is great to plan your trips to Florence (which is just 1,5 hours away) or to other cities since the hotel is so close to the station. Yet again, you get to the place from Fiumcino airport in no time using a train. By […] foot it takes 20-25 minutes to get to Piazza Venezia, 25 minutes to Borghese Gallery. Using buses is convenient: to get back to the hotel, you take the one with TERMINI (name of the railway station) sign on the display. This hotel is extremely well located, only a couple short blocks from Rome's central railway station, Termini. It was very clean and had everything one needs, but it's old, has some maintenance issues, and staff appear to be a bit overwhelmed. When I first used my key to get into our room, the door handle fell off in my hand! It took a maintenance man, […] a bell hop, and the hotel manager, together, over an hour to get our TV to work. All was eventually sorted out, but a bit inconvenient. Always a long wait at the desk, as people all seem to have issues needing resolution. the hotel is in convenient location. the staffs are friendly. The room is average but clean. the only thing really sucks for me is the internet. it's expensive and it didn't work in the room. I had to go into very noisy and cold lobby using it and the speed was super slow.

stayed for 3nights in a double standard bed room, It wasn't comfortable at all, there was no wardrobe where to put the clothes, the window was really small and it is was inside the building, you can see outside !! The staff wasn't helpful , we've asked for informations about restaurants and places to celebrate the new year but they didnt help.

Not that great.

Piram looks nicer than it is. Room shares a wall with another rooms bathroom and you can hear everything that goes on. Someone coughed all night in the adjoining room which made sleeping a challenge. When checking out we complained to the clerk and all they would do is say "sorry." Find another place to stay in Rome.

I recommend the hotel, the price is worth it and excellent location. Great staff and confort.

The service was unbelievably terrible, when I requested for a change of room because the shower didn't work and the room was not the one I requested for even though I got in early. I was promised repeatedly that it will be changed but it never happened. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

The hotel's location is very convenience only take three minutes to Termini station. The room is clean. There should be shower door in the bathroom instead of only shower curtain otherwise the water spread all over the bathroom.

Spent only 2 nights in November. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good with great coffee. The location was close to Termini Station. We had only 1 issue, a broken toilet. We asked for repair which was not complete for 24 hours, luckily we has 2 rooms We were not offered another room or any accommodation. Good location to some of the sites. Very close to train station.

First off the location was super close to the termini which was awsome literly like 3-5 min walk. The front desk the girl wasn't too kind, but the guy is super nice and friendly, spoke good english. We got asigned to room 452 at first and the room key didn't work it let us inside but trying to turn on the light that didn't work. so got another room […] 451 which was fine. Don't bother with the breakfast it was nasty. but overall this is good hotel to stay in i would recommend it. Mostly all tourist in that area so nothing to worry about pretty safe area. Check-in staff was a young lady who didn't seem all that happy to be there but I can live with that. Elevator didn't work one morning and when I told staff he just said it was working now and I said it wasn't working when I wanted to come down and he said again "It's working now!" and yes he actually shouted. The clerk - woman - was something have never experinced before. Arrogant and no sense of customer service. Then, at first us assigned room was smelling sewer but lukily the tall man clerk shifted us to decent room ! Thank about that for him.

The location is perfect!!! 5 minutes by foot from the main bus/train/metro station. Pretty queit...There is a lot of space in the rooms...but something missing...they are little "cold". The staff was very friendly and helpfull. At the beginning the cleaner did half work adn left a lot of dust all over the room, but after we complain was all right. The […] breakfast is very poor and without any veriety...We ordered a dinner as well- big mistake, almost the same every evening and we hardly could eat the meat dishes. i ask for iron and they said that they not have . hotel that have 4 stars not have a iron. the breakfast was the same like hotel 3 stars in Tuscany. the internet cost Money and work very slowly. this hotel is only 3 stars .

I stayed at the Piram Hotel in Rome on a recent visit to Rome.. Nicley located about a block and 1/2 from the main train station. The location was very convenient. Upon my arrival I found the front desk staff to be very rude. The restaurant staff was great as were the maids. The hotel was clean and the rooms comfortable. The way we were treated by the front desk staff really ruined the experience. We had friends stop by the hotel and inquire about us, they were treated rudely as well. I talked to other guests who made similar comments. Room was extremely small but clean. Very noisy in the early morning with traffic and bin lorries. We were at the back of the hotel, room was very dark and lighting in room was poor. Great location, very close to the train/bus station. We lived in a double room, which was very spacious and clean. The only negative thing, was that the staff in the breakfast restaurant were very stressed, and therefore a bit rude... They ran with the food, almost bumping in to the guests. Besides that, we were very satisfied with our stay!

We got a very good deal from Hotels.com for the weekend 30/09 to 04/10. The hotel is in a great location close to the Termini for buses, trains and Metro. Walking to the Colosseum was about 20 mins as was Trevi Fountain and on to Spanish Steps, Pantheon etc. The area around the hotel was Ok with a choice of reasonable restaurants/cafes but beware of […] the price differentials from eating at the counter/ seated inside and seated outside as this can triple (or more) your bill!!! The hotel itself was satisfactory although probably a tad short of 4*. The Full English Breakfast was quite awful. However a super weekend break in Rome. This hotel is located within an easy walk of the Termini Station and the Via Veneto.It is not as grand as the photos on their website might lead one to believe. Nevertheless, the rooms were clean and reasonably quiet; the breakfast was good. Towels were fluffy; pillows were flat.
