Hotel Boston — Stresa

If we were to stay there again it would have to be in a superior room with a balcony as the standard room we had was very basic at the back of the hotel looking onto rubbish bins. But overall we got what we paid for.

arrived late at night and let them know in advance through hotels.com and were waiting and so friendly when we finally showed up. wanted to get to iselle for car transport and were helpful looking up internet and making phone calls for timetable. very clean and very lovely spot in Stresa minutes from the lake with stunning scenery!

I highly recommend the Hotel Boston. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, fantastic air conditioning and good breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Service was good. Rooms were basic but fine for the price.

If you are visiting the lake district, this is a good point for the visit. Off the main street a bit, but near the heart of the community, this hotel took good care of us. Even though a tour bus came in and "took over", we had no problems with out stay and would definately consider returning.

We arrived 2 days early on our reservation, but the hotel did arrange a room. It had only a double bed, not twins, and most rooms would have also been larger. There was a wonderful breakfast included, qualifying as a "full" breakfast, with cold cuts, cheese, hard boiled eggs, unlimited coffee and juice, muesli, and more. Excellent location,but noisy from cars on the street and trash service very early in the morning

Stresa is a hidden gem of a town and you can spend a week there, exploring the lake towns. This was one of the few hotels I was able to book using a travel site and after seeing what other hotels are available there I would most like stay somewhere else. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und empfehlenswert für Leute, die sich wenig im Zimmer aufhalten wollen.. Die Zimmer sind klein, bescheiden eingerichtet und ziemlich ringhörig. Das Frühstück ist nichts Besonderes. Das Personal war höflich und bis spät am Abend anwesend. Tiene una buena relacion calidad precio, aunque Stresa es pequeña se encuentra bien situado. Hay aparcamiento junto al hotel, a media tarde no hay problema para encontrar hueco. El personal de recepcion es muy amable y siempre bien dispuesto. Las camas una estaba bien y la otro no tanto. El desayuno es muy pobre. Zimmer winzig, dusche nicht zu gebrauchen. Duschkabine ist kaputt und viel zu klein. Wasser tropft nur aus der brause und wird erst nach etwa 10 min. warm.

De ligging is aardig, parkeerplaats moeilijk, alles staat continu vol. De kamer die wij hadden heel sober, simpel en de douchecabine ging heel zwaar dicht en lekte. De eigenares en personeel waren vriendelijk en ontbijt buffet goed. Verder voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Cet hotel se permet de vous faire payer en espèce des petits déjeuners déjà payés, soit 60€ de plus! Les murs sont en carton, très mauvaise insonorisation

L'hôtel est très bien situé par rapport à l'embarcadère pour les îles Borromées, c'est là son atout majeur. Nous avions pris un supplément pour avoir un balcon avec vue sur le lac, mais nous avons été déçus car la vue n'était pas telle que vantée sur l'article (on voyait le lac au loin, derrière les immeubles). a l'ecart du centre villes calme reception trés bien proche du centre villes et des sites touristiques

Cet hotel devrait être classé comme 2 étoiles. La chambre est vétuste, peu confortable, à un rapport qualité prix non satisfaisant (certainement la situation géographique explique le prix élevé par rapport au prestation). La literie est de mauvaise qualité et l'hotel est mal isolé par rapport au couloir.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast as you can eat reasonablely healthy (sometimes a problem in Italy). Good value as the hotel is placed few hundred meters from Lago Magiore and city center in Stresa. Important: Not all rooms have balcony and seewiev - you probaply have to order a "superior" room to get see view.

Tout était parfait, sauf l''insonorisation entre les chambres (ce n'est pas génant si les personnes sont respectueuses, mais cela peut vite devenir un problème...)

Prima hotel, simpel maar schoon. Aardige mensen, lieve ontbijtmevrouw. Op loopafstand van de restaurantjes en om de hoek van het meer. Prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding!

Hôtel bien placé dan STRESA. Les meubles de chambres standard sont vieillots et même mal en point pour certains. Salle de bains exigüe et non fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner simple. Personnel agréable.

Bonjour, nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cet hôtel. Il est bien situé (8mn du port et du centre de Stresa). Le petit déjeuner est correct (sucré, salé...). Le personnel est agréable. Je le recommande pour aller visiter les îles Borromée et les environs.

chambre pas trés grande mais fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner avec choix limité en viennoiserie. Proche de l'embarcadère pour les iles;

Hôtel de classe moyenne, bien situé. Chambres simples mais propres. Nous avons eu un peu froid le soir et la nuit (peu ou pas de chauffage). Personnel sympathique et serviable. Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα ότι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης. Επαρκές πρωινό, ανάλογα με την τιμή του,πολύ καλή υποδοχη. Θα ξαναπήγαινα.
