Villa Di Piazzano — Cortona

Nice place to relax, Cortona City is 10min by car. Most quests were elders ;) but, for couple it`s also nice for weekend.

A great hotel, well worth the money. Shame i visited in November when the pool was closed but nonetheless a great place to visit Cortona and Tuscany/Umbria

Amazing property! The family has thought out all details, from grounds, restaurant, friendly accommodating staff, incredible rooms and views. Highly recommend this fabulous Villa outside of Cortona.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights as part of a two week tour of Italy. We wished we could have stayed much longer. As we took the hotels advice to visit the many sights in the area we didn't get to enjoy the hotel as much as we could have. There is a wonderful pool set among beautiful gardens, great outdoor eating for breakfast and dinner. […] And plenty of richly furnished sitting rooms to hang out, relax and cHat. Our only frustration was with the erratic internet access - provided free. Unfortunately the rural location combined with ancient thick walls made online access a challenge. Not unexpected - and in a way a relief from "always on". I recommend this hotel if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting near to the tourist sights. Uzziniet vairāk

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in April and had such a wonderful time. Our room, the villa, and the grounds were beautiful; the pictures do not do it justice. The staff were very helpful-booking us a fabulous dinner in Cortona with a bird's eye view of the Good Friday procession and final event. We would go back in a heart beat and had only […] wished we could stay longer. You will want to rent a car (and gps), but it is completely worth it. We walked around both the grounds and surrounding area and had a lovely hike up past olive groves, a pretty little church, and with striking views of Cortona and the surrounding countryside. From the moment we drove up the tree-lined approach to the villa, from the friendly welcome at the reception to the beautiful surrounding scenery, we knew that this was going to be a special holiday. The owners, who ran the hotel, were extremely hospitable, advising on local places of intertest and places to visit. The food was especially good, typically […] Tuscan in variety and wonderfully cooked. The chef was extremely proud of her kitchen, and took great intertest in sharing her culinary skills with customers. The villa itself, set in the most beautiful Tuscan countryside with rolling hills and fields full of sunflowers, was immaculate in appearance and detail, and one immediately felt at ease in its quiet and relaxing surroundings. The extensive pool was a welcome relief after a day in the hot Tuscan sun, with plenty of space to accommodate all guests. Overall this was a most enjoyable stay, which we would fully recommend, and one which we intend to repeat at our earliest opportunity. Uzziniet vairāk

location splendida, un mondo di pace e cortesia da parte dello staff. meravigliosi gli interni,il parco, area piscina. la colazione potrebbe essere perfezionata ma non è un problema unico inconveniente è che a differenza di altri siti,qui il prelievo da carta viene effettuato alla prenotazione
