"Just OK"
Stayed here one night with my wife and two children. This hotel was just OK at best. The person who checked us in acted like we were an annoyance to her. There was no such thing as a pleasant greeting. The beds were so hard that we could not sleep on them. The best I can say is that the breakfast was decent. We would not stay here again.

"Second time we've stayed here."
When we fly in to visit family we end up flying in late, so last year we tried out this hotel. It was really convenient and comfortable, so we tried it again this year. Same thing! For the price the hotel was nice, safe location. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise considering it wasnt just cereal and bad bakery items... the pool is small, but who really stays in the pool for a long time? I liked it!!

"Holiday Inn Bradley Airport"
This hotel was clean and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The staff was not friendly at all. They seemed annoyed if you asked for anything. We asked for a pillow for the pull out couch and they couldn't get one. The breakfast was good but the staff person sighed and made comments about how much food you took. The staff were friendly. The room was very nice. I loved having a couch in the room in addition to the double beds. It was so nice to have a place to eat & sit to watch TV other than just on a bed, which I find uncomfortable. If you need a good place to stay with family before an early flight, this is a very convenient and friendly hotel. Easy to pick up fruit, yoghurt, whatever before you head out, the shuttle runs frequently and the rooms are very comfortable. Great place.

Very helpful desk clerk. Allowed us to use the pool 2 hours past the official closing to accommodate the kids. Difficulties with pancake machine at breakfast. Staff person didn't know how to operate it. Convenient location. Very clean. No view.

I tried t his hotel for the first time a week ago, after staying for years at another nearby hotel, which I can now say is a fleabag compared to the Holiday Inn Express. We had an early morning flight out of Bradley and this hotel was extremely convenient with a shuttle service. the room was great - very comfortable beds, granite bathroom counter, very clean and spacious. the breakfast was good - wonderful warm cinnamon rolls - a cut above the usual. Highly recommend

Hotel is a quick 5 minute drive to the airport. Shuttle service offered. We had a little confusion about the shuttle for getting TO the hotel from the airport, so make sure you ASK. The charge for leaving the car at the hotel was only marginally less than long-term at the airport - I would choose airport parking next time. Stayed here for one night stay. We got a room with 2 queen beds. It also had a sofa in it. The room was clean and comfy. The beds had 4 pillows each which I liked I didn't have to ask for extra ones. It had a decent breakfast in the morning. Bathroom was also spacious and clean with plenty of towels. Due to our flight being late , we didn't arrive at the hotel until 3:00 AM. The desk clerk was there with a welcoming smile. Our room was clean and comfortable.
