We had a 1 bedroom suite overlooking the pool and marsh area. Lovely to hear the birds in the marsh area. Room was very comfortable, clean and having the kitchen was fabulous. Bathroom was large! Nice quiet area away from the highway. Nice pool and beach area. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Overall our stay was good - and we would stay there again, we just had a bachelor suite, room size and kitchen was good and dinner at Local's (the onsite restaurant) was great. The beach area is very small though, and there cafe for lunch is lacking - (too bad Local's isn't open for lunch). Shortfalls include poorly organized front desk service - it […] took 30 minutes to check out, as both clerks were busy answering tour guide questions - they should either have an express checkout, or at very least 1 of the 2 clerks dedicated to checking out at "check out time". Cannot wait to come back! Beautiful location and the room was so spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a split level with the bedroom and master bath up top. It was nice, but a lot warmer than the air conditionded bottom floor.

I was very pleased with the hotel. There was no noise transfer between suites and I had a great nights sleep. The bed was comfy. I was very disappointed that the restaurant "Local" would not allow me to order a dessert. Beecause they wouldn't put the dessert onto a plastic or paper plate.

What a beautiful spot and hotel! Just loved it. Has everything you need. We had quite a walk to our room (inside and outside), but it was part of our adventure...and we have small kids, so it's totally doable and not an issue. Beautiful fully self-contained rooms.

A beautiful resort nestled away in a cozy little lakeside town. I'm sure in the summer it loses its charms due to an influx if tourists but in the off season it's an excellent getaway at a very low price. I was impressed by the quality of the rooms.

Made reservation; on line;did not get even close to what we reserved ; a lake view; nice sized room; with a coupon for lower rate. Got none; small closet sized room; over looking dumpy looking street and falling down buildings; which they call at the hotel a bluff view//// could not stay in that room; way to tiny/////// bed pushed up againist the window/// […] asked for a different room got a nice rm with kitchen; sofa; lk view for way more money . It was raining/ windy; cold ; wet day; could not beleive you could only get into your rm; by going through lobby; then back outside and going down a long cold windy walk way; it felt more like a motel that was way over priced; would I stay there again; No- Way//// lesson learned; call the hotel directly and get info from the front desk. The rooms are new, fresh and comfortable. Outdoor pool and beach. For convenience, full kitchen and balconies. I keep returning for the romantic setting along lake and wetlands. Next to a huge park and situated in a quiet lakeshore location.

I liked everything, but there were a few disappointments. The view from the balcony was not really "view of the lake" but partial or sideways. We asked to check in early because their check in time is at 4 pm and we had to leave for a wedding at 330. We got into our room early and it was outstanding. Our lakeview room was on the corner and we could see the lake but the view was really of the parking lot and the restaurant.

Resort has nice, well equipped rooms including oven, fridge and microwave, good facilities - including a gym, pool and hot tub, and a nice location on the shore of Okanagan Lake. However, maintenance was lacking - shower knob came off in my hand, sliding patio door could not be latched, and odd arrangement of vanity in bathroom meant that toilet seat […] would not stay up. Staff was friendly, although did not provide any advance notice that triathlon on Sunday morning would make access to or from the resort difficult, or that the onsite restaurant would be closed on the Labour Day holiday. Beach at the resort is best suited to sunbathing or for toddlers to play at water's edge - once in the water there are lots of rocks, and even out by the edge of the marked off swimming area it's only a metre deep. Pool and hot tub are nice, but tend to be a bit crowded since few go to the beach. If you want a real bach, I'd recommend going to one fo the nearby beaches like Sunoka. Overall, it's still a nice resort, but in my opinion a bit pricey for what you get. Uzziniet vairāk

This is a lovely new hotel located on the water in a quiet and picturesque community. The hotel ahs many fine amenities. Potential guests need to know that services in the community are several kilometers away up the hill.

We enjoyed our stay but on arrival found out that our room only had a King Queen and a sofa bed. We thought that we had two twin beds a well as stated in our room inclusion, It caused a bit of a problem as all adults had to sleep together. This is was our third year staying here and our third year booking through Hotels.com. We noticed the units are starting to show little wear and tear; carpets are looking a tad tired, pots and pans should really be replaced, the table in our unit had two broken legs and there was mould in the corners of the shower. We booked a one bedroom and once checked-in […] we opened the door to a beautiful loft unit which at first we were thrilled about but by the second night not so thrilled by as the airconditioner didn't cool off the sleeping area very well. Having said all that we are always happy to be here, it is a great location and the staff are friendly. Check-in is not till 4 but, all one has to do is phone and ask for an earlier time if needed. If we go back next year I'm packing a larger frying, my own coffee pot as I'm not a huge fan of French Presses, my own coffee, phoning ahead for an early check in and a bleach pen to tackle the shower!!!! I always stay here in the Okanagan. The rooms are great especially with the views. The resaurant is awesome. The spa is good. The waterfront beach access is good and you can swim in the lake or use the pool. Quiet. I love it!

We found when we arrived that although an accessible room had been requested through Expedia, that request had not been passed on. The desk manager attempted to arrange for our comfort and was most helpful, however, we had a normal bathroom and my husband had great difficulty using the shower. SWR is no longer the top rateable place it was 5 years back at our 1st stay. Starting to get a little frayed around the edges. Carpet was worn & dirty. we had a 1st fl "view":room which viewed only the noisy pool area outside our room and the housekeeping service was poor at best . sheets were worn and "pilled" Restaurant is still pretty good but not […] as high quality as previous visits. Not sure we will return. The location is convenient for Okanagan wine touring but not much more can be said. It once was a great place, but sadly no longer. We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel with our daughter and we loved it!!!
