The hotel was comfortable and the staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The food was good on all occasions. The only drawback was that on the Saturday night (and into the early hours) some of the other guests were somewhat loud in the corridors near our room.

Pretty basic, not well located for the city of Limerick and the reception staff on the evenig of my stay were the worst I encounterd all week whilst working in Ireland. The girl on reception was not Irish, not that that sould make any difference, but it did. Surly and not a great communicator, I found her general attitude dismisive and un-helpful. I […] was given a room at the furthest point of the Hotel and at the end of a long drag and stairs with my lugage I found that the room numbers ran out one number before the room I had been alocated. I returned to reception with my lugage to enquire and was told that a meeting room had been recently converted to add an extra bedroom but that the numbering signs had not been up-dated. The receptionist laughed out loud at her mistake, made no appologee and no offer of assitance with my lugage. I won't stay here again and would advise you not to either, and perhaps the receptionist should get another job, one she might be better suited to. Uzziniet vairāk

We had such a great stay here mainly because the staff were so friendly and helpful. I can't speak highly enough of them. We were in Limerick for an event so the location of the hotel was perfect for us since we had cars so it was quick access to all routes.

My wife and I stayed at The Kilmurry Lodge Hotel recently as we were attending a Munster rugby match at Thomond Park . Our room was very comfortable if a bit on the small side compared to more modern hotels . It was also at a perfect temperature , unlike some others which can be too warm . We had toasted sandwiches and drinks in the hotel bar , quality […] and service were both very good . There is a bus service ( 5 Euro return ) from the hotel to Thomond Park which is excellent value . I would advise using this service earlier rather than later , as traffic builds up in city centre closer to match time , and it then takes a long time ( ~ 40 mins ) to get over there . There was a buzzing sound in the electrics in my room but as soon as I rang reception they very quickly moved me to an upgraded room.Good service.

I have stayed in Kilmurry Lodge on numerous occasions but this is the last time I will stay in the Hotel. Travelled to have a Cracking Haloween week end away but it turned out to be a damp squib. I could not believe that Nelligan's Bar could not provide me with my favourite drink, a pint of Guinness, on Sunday or Monday night.. It reminded me of the […] song "Pub with no Beer" (and no customers either) Using the Lobby/Reception area as Resident's Bar is not acceptable. Food was good and I must compliment the receptionist whose name was Sylvia who is an outstanding employee and I expect she will be a wonderful asset to any Hotel. We arrived late, 10pm, and were pleasantly greeted at reception. The room was clean and comfortable. We went for a drink in the bar at about 10 30. At 11 20 I was told their was no lemon left for the drink. At 11 30 I was told I could only have a drink if I had the correct change as the tills were gone. At 11 40 I bought a drink and was told to take […] it to the lobby. The door of the bar was held open and we were told the drink would be delivered to the lobby. If they are so strict re closing time at the bar this should be stated on arrival. The reception and restaurant staff were pleasant but the bar staff left a lot to be desired. I noticed when having breakfast that they use Blenders products. Was impressed to see them using good Irish products. If we all try where possible to help one another we would be better off.

Despite the location of the hotel by a busy road there were issues with noise.Staff were excellent and room and corridors were clean.

The Kettle in my room has mould in it. When I asked for another one it was dirty from the outside. I ordered continental breakfast and I was been served in a broken tray. Also the toast cover was in aluminium and did not look appealing.

It was very short. Arrived at 11 pm checked out 5:30 am. Front desk manager was very pleasent for so early in the morning. Was kind to offer us breakfast even though service had not begun yet.

i really liked to hotel surroundings- the grounds are very well maintained and it is quiet despite being on a busy roundabout/main roads , the service and staff were very good, the food was also very good , the room was comfortable and spacious and also clean . my only real problem was that my room was upstairs and i had to carry a number of bags up […] the stairs with difficulty- there did not appear to be any lift which would have been useful when carrying bags Uzziniet vairāk

The room was large and clean. The door to the room proved very hard to open and some of the electric fittings didn't work. Main electric points were OK. A bit noisy during the night with doors to rooms being slammed shut.

hotel generally very good staff where your strongest point very good they where, the room lacked for me, the hot tap in the bath room sink does not work just a trickle of water from it. i would have thought there would be a bottle of water in the room if no mini bar. i checked in late and had to leave the room to get water to take medication.

The Hotel was easily found just off the Dublin Road. The level of accommodation was excellent, as was the food in the bar and the breakfast in the morning. Very good value for money

Cleanliness of room- False nail left on bathroom floor. Not thouroughly cleaned. A real shame as it was a lovely hotel.

We stayed in the family suite which had two twins in a separate room. Plenty of space for four adults. Hotel property is easily accessed from main road. About a 10 minute drive to downtown area.

Have stayed here approx. 6 times over the years and always check other hotels in Limerick, but the Kilmurry has the pub attached to the hotel with good food and beer. Not the cheapest, but is one of the best in Limerick. There is a Chinese Take Away across the road and a LIDL next door if you don't want to use the pub or restaurant. The hotel was in a very good location, the room was spacious & clean, however one of the barmaids was not at all pleasant, very rude in fact, and there was an awful lot of noise in the corridor late at night and i didn't hear any management going down to calm the people down. but overall the hotel was fine

So haben wir uns eine Unterkunft in Irland vorgestellt. Das ganze Haus atmet irischen Flair. Viel Grün ringsherum und auch viel Platz für den Leihwagen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war völlig ok, die Zimmer angemessen. Natürlich hatten wir nicht die Suite :-). Auch wer nicht authentisch irisch frühstücken möchte, findet sein Futter; sogar frische […] Brötchen (Modell Aldi). Das einzige kleine Minus war wie so oft das TV-Programm. Die Zeit dafür ist aber ohnehin knapp, dda es in und um Limerick viel zu sehen gibt. Braucht man zu den Klippen und in die Provinz ein Auto, ist man zwischen Hotel und Limerick Zentrum besser mit dem Bus unterwegs. Die Haltestelle befindet sich gleich neben der Hoteleinfahrt. So können alle auch die Pubkultur genießen. Wir hatten drei Nächte gebucht. Das Hotel ist aber auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen, falls man auf Wellness im Hotel verzichten kann. 100%-ige Weiterempfehlung! Uzziniet vairāk
