Hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was on the small side and as a result one bed was too close to the air-conditioning unit. Bed was always very cold (hard to stay warm) while the room was comfortable. Subway right out the door and Soho only a few blocks away. Tribeca is now a fun neighborhood all on it's own. Stay was overall very nice. Omar at the front desk could not do enough for us and was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioner/heater in our room was not running efficiently. (did not report this, was to busy concerning ourselves with having fun and not spending time on routine maintenance of something that should have been checked prior to our […] arrival.) The hotel or someone should have let us know that between 4-7 monday thru friday there is no parking in front of the hotel because that area is a bus traffic lane. The Hotel is in a great location. There is plenty to see and do up West Broadway, 6th Avenue or Canal Street. You are also really close to all the bars and restaurants in TriBeCa and Greenwich Village. We recommend the breakfast in the hotel which is value for money compared with surrounding coffee shops or cafes. We had a TriBeCa King view room which […] had great views of the busy streets below without too much noise. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom had a decent shower. The Subway is right outside the hotel for easy access Uptown. Originally we were going to stay closer to Times Square but were glad we chose The Hilton Garden Inn Tribeca instead. "Overall a pleasant stay"
The room was a nice size compared to other places I've been.. room service was ok. didn't like that the menu was outdated. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The concierge was very helpful.
