Excellent hotel - staff and service were top-notch. Room was quiet and comfortable. Food and beverage service great. Close to everything, but felt like a little "oasis." Definitely plan to return in the future!

We were in Tucson for a wedding in the La Paloma area. I really loved this hotel. There's a great made to order free breakfast and complimentary cocktails during an evening manager's reception. The pool has nice views of the mountains. Everything was very clean from our room to the common areas to the pool. There's some restaurants and such within walking […] distance - and also a Starbucks. We rented a car to get around. There aren't many sidewalks in this area of Tucson (or many areas of Tucson). Everything was great with this hotel. You can't beat free happy hour and the cook to order breakfast! I had a problem with the lighting in my room. It seems that many of the lights were burned out and the switches awkward. Besides that, it was fine.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The views are great, the pool and jacuzzi are nice. I enjoyed the nightly manager's reception and the staff was very nice and helpful.

I would be nice to have security safes in the rooms. Email was hacked within an hour of using the hotel computer.

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend, and especially appreciated the manager's reception, yummy breakfast, and hot tub. Room was very nice. My only complaint - no recycling on the property (and yet, the water bottle had a hang tag "please recycle me.") Hard to believe a Hilton property would not have in room and lobby recycling.

Very pleasant quiet surroundings. Should fix placement of light switches so you don't have to get out of bed to turn on and off lights over night table. Hotel engineer came in minutes to fix thermostat as we had unusually cold weather during my stay. Breakfast buffet a real plus!

This hotel is in a great location. The mountains are in your backyard. Our room was cold one night which required a call to maintenance. They fixed the problem. Great breakfast and reception. I would definitely stay here again.

Except for the awkwardness of the room layout, specifically doors banging into drawers and not swinging without obstruction the hotel is clean and nice. Would not recommend for more than 3 nights for 3 or more people. Hopefully is was only our unit with the poor layout.

Free continental breakfast was out of this world !! Omelettes made to order and so much more . Brian at the front desk was so helpful in recommending places to hike , off the beaten path such as Seven Falls . It was our daughter's birthday and they sent a basket full of candy to our room ! Overall , great place to stay :)

Rooms were clean but ours needed quite a bit of maintenance. Several light bulbs had to be changed and there were 2 towel racks that were coming off the wall. When reported, maintenance came right away and fixed everything. Our rooms was showing some age - a few dents in the walls, paint chips, etc., but still comfortable. Room was clean but a bit disjointed, lots of small adjoining rooms. Separate living area from bedroom. Small fridge and mcrowave is nice. Brian at the front desk was great and accomodated our request for a room with a mountain view and a bathtub.

Can't say enough good things about our visit. Our suite was fantastic....large bathroom, extremely comfortable bed, refrigerator and microwave, 2 televisions. This hotel is a good price for one of the nicest areas of Tucson. It was very convenient to stay for the 60 mile start of the Tour De Tucson. The only negative is that it is a little far from the University, if that is where you want to be, about 7 miles, but close to the foot hills. The Hotel is very welcoming, a newer hotel in the foothills of Tucson, great location near the Catalina Mountains, views are impecible. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The layout of the hotel is very well planned. Each room has a balcony so everyone can have a view of Tucson. I would recommend to anyone who needs that "time away from the hustle […] and bustle"-this is where I go to "get away" and I have enjoyed it every time! I would not go to any other hotel in Tucson. This hotel is kind of a long drive from I-10 (we were driving from New Mexico to LA) but it was worth it. The room had a comfortable bed, a nice living room, a good shower, and everything seemed pretty clean. My only complaint is that the fridge didn't have a freezer and we had things that needed to stay frozen. The staff was very friendly and helpful. […] It was quite late when we got in and the guy at the desk directed us to a place called Union down the street that had decent food and a good beer selection and was, thankfully, still open. Wonderful experience. The only complaints I have are the rooms ate slightly small and they don't offer free WiFi. We have 3 young children and we stayed in a King Deluxe, it was a little cramped. However the breakfast was wonderful!

Very comfortable beds...excellent full breakfast buffet...2 flat screen TV's, microwave, fridge, separate living area. Really enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect location for us for visiting a relative in a nearby nursing home!

Wonderful hotel staff! Checked in and got our room quickly. The room was spacious, comfortable and most importantly clean. Outdoor pool area was nice and the breakfast was hot and delicious. Only stayed one night, but would have loved to have stayed longer.

We were new to Tucson but will be returning many times to visit our daughter at University of Arizona. The hotel is great. There is a beautiful mall across the street with great restaurants. We finally found a nice part of Tucson!

Wow - this place was awesome. Great pool, fitness room, best free breakfast ever and it's in a really nice area of Tucson. The room was wonderful with a nice comfy area to hang out and watch tv or read and a separate bedroom. It was an easy trip to the Univ of AZ which is what we were in town for - maybe 15-20 mins. Well worth the trip!

Our second visit here -- very happy with everything about this hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Only negative I can think about is that the shower curtains are too short (wet floor). Highly recommend.

My fiance, his two sons, and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice. I particularly liked having a real table in the room and 3 beds. We really enjoyed the manager's reception and the cook to order breakfast. The outdoor swimming pool was comfortably warm and not overly chlorinated. I think we'll be back!
