Everything about the hotel was great. Breakfast, pool access room which i have gotten, nice view and surroundings. a little far from shopping but walking a little fills up my eyes with beautiful sea views. Rather average and disappointing stay. Hotel up keep was poor. Beds uncomfortable and rooms not ready for check in time. Shower drain was blocked and did not provide basic amenities such as hand soap and tissues. Activities through hotel were extremely overpriced.Staff were friendly but would not stay there again.

I can honestly say that this is by no means a 4 star hotel. I have never been more disappointed, so much that i only spent 2 nights out of the four. When we arrived the staff argued with me telling me that we did not have breakfast included in our stay. When my hotels.com voucher clearly stated that we did indeed have breakfast included. Our room smelled […] like damp mould and cigarettes and we asked to move. The gentleman behind reception was helpful and very nice, he moved us but the next room still smelled mould. I spend more than 40 nights a year in hotels and this is no more than a 2 star hotel. When we arrived at breakfast the next morning the restaurant staff again told us we did not have breakfast included in our stay. Again not a great start to the second day. After running backward and forward between the reception, our room and the restaurant looking for the paperwork to prove our hotels.com voucher included breakfast. Mattress- Fail. Renavation work from 1000- 0300 on the 5 th floor!! Positives were the staff who worked so well with the tools given to them. Change the mattresses they are not good. Secure the safes in the wardrobe, they need to be affixed or they are pointless.

As mentioned in earlier reviews, the Avantika and its staff have lived up to their reputation for lovely service and homely feeling. The reception staff and restaurant staff is warm and welcoming. The staff was very accommodating and also helped us check in an hour earlier. The breakfast buffet was good with Thai and continental spreads. As vegetarians, […] the staff also went out of their way to provide us veggie meals. It has a small restaurant which serves descent food post breakfast too. The hotel is located at end of Patong beach and so is calm and serene. At night its wonderful to hear the sounds of sea ways. I got upgraded from pool access to sea view rooms. However the rooms on second floor do not offer a good view due to presence of street cables . For sea view rooms, try to get third or fourth floor. Even though the hotel's taxi rates to airport was higher than usual (950B) , the staff was kind to help us get cab from regular cabbies on road (700B). Avantika offers great value for its stay given its closeness to Patong beach, 7-11 stores, restaurants. Would love to stay there again for next trip. Keep up guys !!! Uzziniet vairāk

We are four young canadians (two couples) who stayed at this hotel for three nights. There are no hotels directly on the public beach of Patong, however this hotel is in an excellent location directly across the street from the beach, ocean view rooms. You are paying for the location, which is worth it and close to the party, however far enough away […] to relax. Rooms are not overly fancy, but you are not there to hang out inside. Unfortunately I had quite a bad experience at this hotel. It looks beautiful in the pictures and should have been a nice well priced hotel to stay at. However, the hotel and expedia did not inform me that they were doing rennovation works during our stay. By that I mean during the only 2 nights we were staying in Phuket the hotel was rebuilding its […] restaurant using jack hammers and the like - all day. The hotel is very small and the pool area is right next to the restaurant so we could not make use of the pool at all, the temporary restaurant was in the lobby where the works could also be heard and I could not escape the noise even in my own hotel room. I used ear plugs the whole time I was there and it did not make a difference. The hotel did not explain that the renovation works were happening in a satisfactory manner and said the noise would be only between certain times which was incorrect so I planned to enjoy the pool area for 2 hours before the works began but when I got down there the jack hammering had already begun. The manager did not deal with this issue properly and even suggested that if I complained about my experience at the hotel he would lose his job. I have thought carefully about writing this review in case what he said is true. However, I feel I have a right to let others know that the situation was dealt with in a very unsatisfactory manner. Till att börja med så är hotellet inte något 4-stjärnigt! Vi bokade ett "deluxe" rum som var under all kritik! Rummet ligger i källaren på hotellet och har en "uteplats" som låg bakom en trappa och som var helt oduglig. Det luktade mögel och instängt i rummet! När jag sa till om det i receptionen så kommer städerskan och sprejar lite luktegott och tror […] det ska försvinna! Vi får därefter byta rum till ett "pool access" där det också luktade väldigt instängt och mögligt, för att inte glömma hur fuktigt det var där. Alla kläder, handdukar och sängkläder var fuktiga. 3:e rummet vi kom till var ett stort fint rum på översta våningen med fin utsikt, som det enligt beskrivning skulle vara i alla rum! Beskrivningen av rummen stämmer inte överens med verkligheten. På rummen i källaren har man ingen utsikt alls. I med att vi var runt i 3 st olika rum och rumskategorier så kan jag säga att det som står i beskrivningen inte efterlevs. Att byta rum var inga problem, det gick snabbt och smidigt. Tyvärr så är personalen väldigt dåliga på engelska och bartendern jobbar tydligen inte på lördagar(!?). Frukosten är också katastrofalt dålig. Tex måste man beställa hur många ägg du vill ha och ändå får man inte det man beställt. Summa summarum: ett hotell vi aldrig kommer att bo på igen eller att rekommendera! Very small hotel which needs renovation and restaurant wasn't good at all (we sent food back twice in order to get properly cooked meal). Very little pool and only few chairs for sunbathing. 大人3名1部屋でエキストラベッドがイヤなので、レギュラーベッドで３名泊まれるホテルを探していました。 このホテルがキングサイズベッド１台追加の選択表示が出て、キングサイズ計２台／部屋の予約が取れました。しかし実際はセミダブル２台＋エキストラベッド１台。ホテルに掛け合っても３名の場合はこのベット構成のみの一点張り。エクスペディアにクレームをつけてもリクエストので確約ではありませんとの回答。５泊もとっていたので最悪の旅行になりました。 もう二度と泊まりません。

カップルでの利用で3泊しました。 最上階（といっても4階）のスイートを利用したのですが、総合的に言うと、値段と期待値が高かった分ちょっぴり期待はずれでした。 これまでタイでは、お金を出せば出しただけ、相応のファシリティ品質とサービスレベルを得られるという認識でいましたが、5月にお隣のカロンビーチで泊まった1泊3500円のホテルと殆ど同じでした。 （大きな不満があるというわけではなく、先述のとおり「もっと」満足できると期待していたからですが） 入り口には常時警備のオジサンが2交代くらいで立っていますが、彼らは非常にフレンドリーで、出入りする度に笑顔で話しかけてきます。これはとても好感が持てました。 逆にフロントのお姉さんたちは、なんというかすごくフツーで、愛想が良いわけでも悪いわけでもなく、ただ淡々と業務をこなすのみといった感じです。ただ、事前にベッドをシングル×2にしてもらうよう依頼しておいたにも関わらず、到着時には準備がされておらず、「準備するから45分待ってくれ」と言われ待つこと1時間。シビレを切らして尋ねると「あと20分」と。仕方がないのでバイクをレンタルして食事に行き、戻ってくるとさすがに準備ができていました。 あと、早朝からダイビングに出かけ、17時頃戻ってくるとまだ部屋に「Please […] Clean Up」の札がかかっており、部屋が朝のままでした。フロントに言うと特段の詫びはなく、夕食後に戻ってくるとベッドメイクとタオルの交換だけがされていました。 あと、プールは強烈に狭く、欧米や中国からの家族連れでいっぱいでした。 と不満ばかり並べてしまいましたが、良い点としては ・パトンの歓楽街の喧騒から離れており、道路を挟んで目の前がビーチのため「リゾートに来てる感」が味わえること。 ・（フロント以外の）スタッフは極めてフレンドリーで感じが良いこと。（但し日本語は一切不可） ・ホテルでバイクを借りられること。（1日400バーツと、相場よりは若干高めだが品質良し） ・部屋の内装は決してしっかりはしてないものの、リゾート感があり、南国気分に浸れること。 ・WifiはFreeで、チェックイン時に必要なアカウント数を言えばたくさん発行してくれること。つまりスマホやPC、ｉPadなどガジェットたっぷりの人でも問題なし。（有線LANはなし） といった点があり、総じて「コスパが良くない」という点を除けばまずまずです。 Uzziniet vairāk

酒店離中心區比較遠,走路要行20分鐘.其中一間房UPGRADE 到3樓海景房,房內大床很大,單人床是QUEEN SIZE,很舒適,洗手間內有浴缶.洗手間很傳聲,裡面做什麼出面都會聽到.可惜花灑是固定的,很難洗澡,而且水壓不夠,水力時大時細. 其中一間房是pool access room, room 108內有jakuzzi(全hotel 只有一間房有),但我們沒有用過.勸大家不要因為pool access 就訂(當初我是因為這個原因), 因為泳池細到你根本唔想游,而且地方太open了.這間房燈光太暗,洗手間沒有浴缶. hotel 內staff 都好helpful,地方整潔,雖然早餐不是自助,但即叫即整的omlet十分好吃,份量都會夠飽. 出門右手邊7-11出面有一間報local tour 的,阿姐識講普通話, […] 而且開價很合理. グランド デラックス フル オーシャン ビューを予約していましたが、スイートにアップグレードしていただきました。寝室と同じくらいの広さのリビングダイニングスペースがあり、くつろげました。ホテルから道を挟んでビーチが目の前です。部屋は4階で、海が見えました。 バススペースは広くて明るく、トイレ・バスタブのほかにシャワーブースがあります。洗面所のボールは2つありました。また、バススペースとは別に独立したトイレがあり便利でした。 ベッドはキングサイズのダブルで天蓋付きです。 寝室内に一段上がった板張りのスペースがあり、寝転がって読書などができます。 部屋やホテル全体の内装はタイ風で、リゾート気分が味わえました。 レセプションに無料で利用できるパソコンがあり、日本語を見ることができます。（日本語入力 […] はできません） プールは5X15メートル程度とあまり大きくなく、5人以上利用すると狭く感じます。 朝食付きプランだったので、毎朝利用しました。レストランは6時45分から開いています。果物が2種類、パンが3種類、温かい料理が2品、シリアル、フルーツジュースなどのビュッフェのほか、卵料理とソーセージなどを別に作ってくれます。品数は多くはありませんが5日間利用しても飽きませんでした。 ホテル前のビーチにはビーチチェアやパラソルが並んでいます。海は眺めるのみで、チェア等の利用はしませんでした。 町の中心地からは徒歩15分で、露天やレストランやビーチを眺めながら歩くと退屈しませんでした。 スタッフは依頼にすぐに対応してくださり、快適に過ごせました。 こじんまりした静かなホテルが好きな方にお勧めです。 Uzziniet vairāk
