"Convenient, clean, comfortable"
The BW Kelly Inn in Billings was conveniently located, very clean, comfortable and had friendly & available staff. Arrived quite late at night and had to park next door but otherwise everything was great. Nice breakfast service too. Would definitely stay there again if I'm passing through Billings.

The service was great from check in to check out. The person at the complimentary breakfast was friendly and cheery. So nice to have in the AM. The food was plentiful and good. Our room was comfortable especially the bed and pillows. My husband is always complaining about hotel pillows but not this time. "Clean, friendly and convenient"
Room was very clean as was reception and breakfast area. Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel close to centre of Billings and easy access to major routes.
Great location in Billings with only being one exit away from the mall. When we got there we waited about ten minutes for a receptionist to help us because she was on the phone with several customers. Then when she waited on us she was interrupted by another phone call. Great breakfast, exercise room, and pool.
"Outstanding Pool"
The best thing about this hotel was the swimming pool. It was awesome, complete with its own WIPE OUT zone. Hard to describe, but totally fun for families.

The hotel itself is very nice, well taken care of but the beds were like cement blocks unfortunately.

The pool at this hotel is fantastic for kids! Waterslide and more! Also a nice hot tub for the adults. We chose this hotel because it accomodates pets. There is a great path along the canal for dog walking. The breakfast provided was better than average - delicious coffee!

"Great Place to Stay"
The only problem I had with the room is the bed was very hard. I didn't rest very well and my back killed me in the morning. I had my grandsons with me and they had a blast in the pool. It was such a fun pool for them to play in.

We are extremely happy with our stay at this hotel. The kids pool was excellent with water slides and other fun activities. We stayed at this hotel on our way to Glacier National Park, and our kids would not want to leave. The pool was too much fun for them, and it was the highlight of our trip for the kids. "Perfect for Montana"
I couldn't believe how perfect the decor was for a Montana hotel. We arrived very early and our room was ready. We really didn't need anything extra and that is good. "Kids loved the pool."
Picked the hotel mostly because the photos of the pool area looked awesome for younger kids. It was better than the pictures. Room was clean and nice. Only had 2 issues with the hotel. 1 - lack of parking. If you go out for dinner it's tough to find a spot when you get back. The snow piles in some of the spots didn't help. 2 - lack of seating for breakfast. […] We had to stand and wait for a table to clear. Maybe like 12 tables. Waited about 15 minutes.
