I wanted to go down to do some gambling and instead of wasting a quarter of the day driving down, I decided to stay Sat night into Sun. Although the room was basically clean, it was shabby. The room needed much updating, repair and maintenance. The headboards were chipped, the carpet stained, the walls chipped and stained and the vertical blinds were broken. We had to hand a blanket over the blinds for privacy. "Fine for a night"
This hotel is fine for a night's stay. The room was fairly clean, with fresh sheets and towels...but the whole place is a bit downtrodden. If you're staying to visit Atlantic City, there is a bus that stops at the street right in front of the hotel that will take you into the city for $2.10.
