My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary. This is such a nice hotel. Everything is so nice and incredibly quiet. The staff is very welcoming and polite. Just got back from Lake George. By far this hotel is one of the nicest on Route 9. Super, super clean and spacious rooms. Even though the hotel was pretty packed, we had the best sleep away from home. Very quite. Amazing pool with a nice water slide. Breakfast is pretty decent too. They change their daily items. The Great Escape water park and amusement […] park are only a 2 minute drive. Outlets are a walking distance. Staff go out of their way to ensure you are having a pleasant time. just too cold for at the cold weather the heating unit seems can't warm the room enough, even I set the heat at 90 degree already

The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Large bathroom with nice size tub to soak in. Only minor complaint: the in-room coffee was poor in quality and quite weak, although I prefer strong coffee.

Excellent for the money. Everything was was clean and worked well. At first, I couldn't get theTV in our room to work. I called the front desk. A guy came in literally 30 seconds. Turned out the cord connection in back was loose, which the guy attributed to the cleaning staff. But he pointed out that they do actually clean behind the dressers. But an odd collection of weight machines. They'd have done much better with one single universal type machine and save the floor space because there was no room to spread out a single mat. The hotel was very clean, and our room was especially clean. Our housekeeper Lillian did an amazing job and We could immediate tell from meeting her that she took great pride in her work. I stayed in many other hotels in the Lake George area and the housekeeping staff at other hotels would benefit from a training session from Lillian.

Great place to stay. Kids enjoyed water slide! Good Breakfast. Conveniently located 3 miles between Lake George and Queensbury. Nice playground for kids, decorated beautifully fall! Screened gazebo to relax outside. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here several times. Always a good place to stay. Clean and friendly. Close to outlets, and the events of Lake George. Fun pool with a slide (though pool was cold this time). Large clean whirlpool. Comfy bed, decent breakfast -- though those egg patties are like cardboard -- but there was lots more..

This hotel was worth every penney. The room was large, clean and in great shape. The indoor pool was fantastic and my kids loved the slide.

The location of the place is awesome ... It's near the shopping mall and it's a just 5 min drive to the lake... The breakfast is not that great... Customers need more choices... No available staff after 5pm... That's not so cool.... The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly ESP the twin guys...

The hotel was lovely! When we drove up the driveway we were impressed with the lovely grounds. The lobby was very attractive and personnel very pleasant. We had two adjoining rooms which worked very well for our family. The rooms were very clean and the refrigerator came in very handy for us. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety for all. […] The one issue I did have is with the location of the waffle makers. They should have been off to the side so that those not interested in waffles could bypass and go on to the eggs, bacon, etc. Definitely plenty to choose from and no need to drive to a restaurant for breakfast. Hotel location is a plus ~ very central to everything Lake George, Six Flags and the outlets.The rooms were just a level above basic but nice for the price and location. The pool was very fun for the children ~ small water slide seemed to do the job for them.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was big with plenty of space for 2 adults and two young kids. We were there in the low season but the buffet breakfast was fresh, varied, and plentiful every day. The indoor wading pool, swimming pool, and water slide were really clean and fully functional. […] The only recommendation would be for bigger pool towels! The outdoor kids playground and the indoor games arcade make this a great hotel to stay with kids. We stayed here during our kitchen remodel and the owners were VERY accommodating, allowing us to arrive hours early. Everything was very clean and the pool area is even more attractive than the photos. We are used to staying at Disney properties and feel that the Comfort Suites compete with that level of service and accommodations.

This hotel was AMAZING for my toddler and I. It is walking distance to the outlets, right off of 87, and has the best pool area of any hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff was super friendly and helpful for the duration of our 48 hour stay. Breakfast was fine. Absolutely no complaints!

If you want to go to the outlets then this is the perfect location to walk down the hill to the stores. The staff were great and friendly during check in and at all hours to answer questions and give directions. There's a big new play structure and basketball court in the rear of the hotel so it's great to sit and watch kids play while on a break from […] site seeing.
